My experience with John Jilik has been exceptional. I was extremely blessed to have had John as my lawyer to oversee the legal process of my personal injury case. John and his team have been extremely supportive during the entire process. Their main concerns was my wellbeing and receiving the help that I needed during my healing process. John was consistent,genuine, persistent and he periodically checked up on me first, then updated me along the way with things. My only job was to heal and John took care of the rest. What I liked the most about John was that’s he’s very honest and straightforward. There was never any question or doubt with John as him and his team is very trustworthy. I hired Mr. Sarnacki in December, 2023, for what proved to be both a contentious divorce, capped with a criminal prosecution filing against (my now) ex-husband. Like most difficult and complicated divorces, this nine month period felt like an extremely long slog through the legal system. That said, Mr. Sarnacki (figuratively) held my hand during the many legal filings, court dates, and legal maneuverings that advanced throughout the numerous months of my divorce. Mr. Sarnacki's acute flexibility throughout this process, as well as his calm, educated, and well versed demeanor, were an added bonus throughout this process. He, along with his Legal Assistant, Victoria, not only prioritized what is now, old-fashioned common sense along with judicial fact finding while navigating the legal proceedings, but he also insisted on treating the entire process with common decency, something that seemingly felt overwhelming when emotions ran high! If faced with yet another divorce (which will never happen), I would rehire Mr. Sarnacki in a heartbeat. Easily, the best divorce attorney in Michigan.

Mr Steve Matz helped me ( Daniel Fitch ) 12 years ago when I was struck while riding my motorcycle. He always said after our victorious case was completed, that if l ever needed help, don't hesitate to call him, that he would help me, well years later, my home insurance didn't want to pay for all the items that were destroyed by a lightning strike. I didn't feel that was fair, so I called Steve, and the first words out of his mouth were, "I told you I would always help you". He helped me without charging me a single cent. He got involved, and the insurance company paid another 5 thousand dollars for items that they had directly told me that they would not pay for. I have so much Respect for Steve as a Lawyer, and as a Human Being. He is a great Soul who Truly believes that he has an obligation to Help People,and that's what he does. Words cannot express how grateful, and proud I feel to know him.

I hired Todd for a very serious charge pertaining to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This was a Felony matter and the possibility of an extend jail sentence was real and highly probable. From the first visit with him in Oakland county Jail he was honest and upfront with me on what he felt he could bring to the table. I couldn’t be happier with his services from the day of retention all the way through to sentencing. He was always very responsive and fought hard against the prosecutor when they tried to make a case for a harsher punishment. Todd was also very fairly priced for the experience and knowledge of the Judges and Prosecutors in Oakland county. I truly believe he got me the best possible outcome in a situation that could have turned out very ugly. Great guy and a great lawyer – worth every penny!!

After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Mr. Carron was very knowledgeable , responsive, caring and listened to any concerns or questions we had. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

Mike was incredibly prompt and attentive when he did my consult; I felt definitely heard out when explaining my situation and having to make some hard choices for my family, however Mike gave amazing advice to help guide me to a solution. Although it was only a consult, I plan to move forward and hire him for anything regarding family law. When my therapist finally convinced me to apply for disability I had already eaten through my savings in denial and was in a pretty bad place (though thankfully was safe and had a roof over my head, but I wasn't doing very well otherwise). I was overwhelmed and not sure how to proceed. My mother is a nurse so she asked around for colleagues who knew about the process, and one recommended Mr. Silverman - that was the best stroke of luck I could have asked for.
He was thorough and businesslike, on top of everything, kept meticulous records and chased every possible avenue. But he was also patient with me, sympathetic, and possessed of a humanity and no-nonsense humbleness you wish you could get in your doctors let alone your attorney. I probably felt more embarrassed about my situation than he did, and he tirelessly did the necessary research not only to know exactly what to do, what I was entitled to by law, and how to go about it, but also what things I needed to focus on to make sure the proper authoritative channels understood my situation in a way that was meaningful to them (important when you're an adult with a late ADHD diagnosis- he sifted through my chatter and knew which things were the needed information and which were not).
Through the whole long process, he was there getting things done, rolling with the inevitable snags and figuring out how to get over those hurdles, and keeping me up to date on what was happening, even letting me know now and then he was still on things just because it had been a while and we were still waiting. I never could have done it on my own, but I'm also confident he went above and beyond and strongly recommend specifically this man to help you out with legal advice. Knowing I had him in my corner kept me calm through the journey and I recently got my first disability payment, which hopefully will be the start of me getting a better handle on my health now that the millstone of supporting myself is lifted from my shoulders.

I went to Mr. Silverman after losing my first appeal for disability, as most people do. Sam explained the processes, what he would be doing, kept me informed as the case moved along thru the appeals process to a successful conclusion in a hearing in front of a judge.
