In May of 2017 I tore a tendon in my shoulder and was unable to get medical attention for a month, I contacted Jay Trucks, he got things going in the right direction, surgery was uneventful so I hired him after loosing a job I loved due to restrictions. My husband and 2 friends were hit by a car while on their motorcycles. They were very fortunate when they were referred to Bryan at Sinus Dramis. When our father died the will he left was contested by a family member. With no money for a lawyer my brother and I were forced to go it alone in court. I called Johnny asking for any advise he could give, he went above and beyond! We spoke multiple times and he gave us key insights into the law around our case and how to behave at trial. JUDY COLEMAN, COLEMAN LAW CENTER, LIVONIA, MI IS A STAR. SHE WILL FIGHT LIKE HELL FOR YOU. Judy represented me in a corrupt Wayne County Probate guardianship of my elderly aunt. The state dragged my 96 year old aunt kicking and screaming from her home April 18, 2022 with the baseless claim that she was legally incapacitated. . They held her , against her will, in isolation at Wyandotte Hospital; and, they wanted to show she was legally incapacitated. The claims made by AS and Guardian Care were all lies and baseless. The judge released my aunt and sent her home. Judy is still fighting for me and my aunt as Guardian Care froze my aunt's bank account and they are in contempt of court as the judge ordered them to immediately release her bank account so her 8 prescriptions and oxygen can be paid for...thus far they have not released her account. I found myself in a sticky stituation when I voluntarily appeared for and I found myself getting a little twisted around in deposition. I hired Larry to assist me with some changes to my dep. which pretty much brought my worries to a conclusion. The person I was supporting in the case prevailed, and all ended well. I found Larry personal and straight forward. I felt comfortabel knowing had things gone bad for me, he would have been there for me. While inquiring a new attorney for my (high conflict) family law case I asked both family and friends for recommendations. Attorney Chatterton came highly recommended from both sides. I was immediately impressed by Attorney Chatterton during our initial consultation. Not only was I able to give ample information but also very specific details pertaining to my case that prior attorneys had dismissed my concerns for. Attorney Chatterton did not once interrupt and instead, listened intently to my concerns, and at one point asked me to continue when I thought I was taking up his time. To be clear, I spoke with his assistant Holly most of the time. She was kind, informative, and very helpful whenever we conversed. That being said, it was frustrating when I would not receive a call or text back sometimes until the next day or even the following. A previous employer stated I was a no call no show. The reality is that I was laid off during covid. After several appeals on my own to no avail and a missed hearing, I was referred to Cristine. The state wanted several tens of thousand of dollars in back payment. It was a truly terrifying situation to be in, with Cristine's help the judge decided he would hear my case.
