I became aware of Mr Rahm while being involved in a discrimination suit a coworker had filed. Mr Rahm was very thorough, personally interested and helpful.
When I felt I was being discriminated against in my job, with a different company, Mr Rahm was the only light at the end of a dark tunnel I was spiraling into. I would have felt even more hopeless without knowing he was available.
Mr Rahm was very honest in his assessment of my situation, the possible outcomes, and the direction(s) we could attempt. The final outcome was well within the parameters he laid out at the very beginning.
I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I feel that Mr Rahm did not recoup all of the costs associated with this suit but that also was an up-front possibility he pointed out.
Mr Rahm is an honorable man and his office has behave in an ethical manner.

I was hit from behind while stopped for a traffic light. Even though the car was not damaged seriously, my hand on the steering was was seriously wrenched at the thumb. amazing attorney! My son was injured during delivery and I was given the news that he would never walk he's had to overcome a lot of obstacles. Roger got Justice For My Baby! My husband passed away due to several medical errors at a hospital. Roger Johnson represented myself and my children. Roger negotiated a settlement so that I have financial security. My son was given an injection , by a nurse , without doctors orders. Within 2 minutes my son went in to cardiac arrest. He never regained consciousness and passed away 36 days later. Mr. Scroggie was a huge help to our college freshman who has never had even so much as a speeding ticket and was inappropriately accused of criminal charges. Mr. Scroggie helped explain to our college kiddo why we were in-fact not going to accept anything other than a complete dismissal of the charges as there were no laws broken, the authorities never talked to our college student the night in question, and our kiddo had done nothing wrong. The case was dismissed! He is a champion of college kids who can so easily be scared/swayed/coerced! I highly recommend him and thank him from the bottom of our heart!

My co-Managing Partner, Charles Floyd Johnson, is an attorney as well. 2017 I was introduced to Ron and Mark Lacey by Attorney Nikki Mitchell, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Mitchell, Brown & Associates, LLC. I retained Nikki Mitchell to handle matters concerning my Aunt and Uncle’s estate. I was the Executor of my Aunt and Uncle’s estate, they lived in St. Louis, MO. Both my Aunt and Uncle had fallen ill and their only daughter (my cousin), with whom they had a difficult relationship, had taken legal action to seize their estate. My co-Managing Partner, Charles Floyd Johnson, is an attorney as well. 2017 I was introduced to Ron and Mark Lacey by Attorney Nikki Mitchell, Senior Partner in the Law Firm of Mitchell, Brown & Associates, LLC. I retained Nikki Mitchell to handle matters concerning my Aunt and Uncle’s estate. I was the Executor of my Aunt and Uncle’s estate, they lived in St. Louis, MO. Both my Aunt and Uncle had fallen ill and their only daughter (my cousin), with whom they had a difficult relationship, had taken legal action to seize their estate. Mitchell, Brown & Associates specializes in estate and probate law but I also needed to retain a law firm that specialized in civil litigation. Ron and Mark Lacey were professional, tenacious, thorough, meticulous and represented the highest standards of legal expertise in civil litigation. They treated my Aunt and Uncle with the utmost respect, kindness and consideration. For four years, from 2017 until 2021, I traveled constantly from Los Angeles, where I live, to St. Louis for court hearings, depositions, meetings with Ron and Mark Lacey and with Nikki Mitchell, and to spend time with my Aunt and Uncle. Ron and Mark Lacey maintained constant contact with me and visited my Aunt and Uncle to update them on the status of their case. My Uncle died June 2018 and my Aunt died March 2020, but before my Uncle passed away he spoke of his respect and admiration for Ron and Mark Lacey. They successfully prosecuted the civil case against my Aunt and Uncle’s daughter. He was real with us from the start. Other lawyers told us they didn't know how to handle our case. Or that I didn't have enough evidence to go forward. But he knew there was a shot at it and when we dug further we knew that the risk was worth the shot and we could win big time. This lawyer knows his stuff. And he's humane meaning if he helps you, it's because he knows he can. If he can't he will let you know from the start and not just take your money. Every case is different. My case was a little complicated at the beginning and no lawyer wanted to help me except him. Even the 777-7777 lawyers turned me down. Famous ones on tv. But this lawyer tried to dig in and see if there was a chance instead of asking a couple questions and immediately declining.
