Mr. Gustafson, returned my phone call within a couple of hours. He was interested in understanding my request and genuinely interested in assisting me. He asked questions and gave me some direction on how to proceed. He called me the following day and told me that he would review the document and call me back. I was in a motor vehicle accident while on vacation in Las Vegas. After being rear ended and suffering a concussion I started to experience lots of medical issues. I hired an attorney in Las Vegas to help me but he had no experience in Mild traumatic brain injury . Big Mistake! He had no clue, he thought all I had was a headache and it would go away.
I started to look for a new attorney as I came across Tim Titolo's site. I called him and after talking to him it was clear he understood brain injuries! He was so knowledgeable and compassionate. I am very leery of having to use an attorney for anything. I have been in many accidents that people recommended an attorney but luckily I have not had to use them. But for my recent incident only because of my outcome sustaining a TBI (tramatic Brain injury) along with other injuries to other extremities Tim Titolo was recommended to me by a trusted friend. After researching a few other attorneys my husband and I were confident with all the facts found on Mr. Titolo. Although my case was not as high profile as he is experienced with we had no doubt that we would be able to trust in his knowledge where we lacked in the given situation. I would highly recommend the Titolo Law Offices services if you find yourself with serious injuries such as a Brain injury.

This was my first accident lawsuit and I can’t thank kris enough! Me being a mother with 3 kids losing my job and transportation within a month of each other I was so stressed out and didn’t know where to turn..Kris contacted me not even an hour after being dropped off by my tow truck company he’s been on top of my case ever since!
