Adriana was fantastic. I fired my previous lawyer who did nothing on my auto accident claim and never updated me. Adriana kept me informed every week on the status of my claim and fought hard to get my previous attorney to lower his fees (he tried to get a big fee for doing nothing. She even remained calm when he cussed her out). She got my auto insurance to pay me more money for my totaled car beyond what they originally paid me. She was pleasant and easy to talk to and a darn hard worker. Highly recommend her to anyone. If I ever need a lawyer again I will hire Adriana. Thanks Adriana for doing a great job on my claim.

I was told by four different law firms that I had no case in an incident where I was bit by a dog in Vegas at a hospital. Bud and his firm made our acquisition process the best it could be. It was apparent that he‘s done a ton of asset purchase agreements. At our initial consultation, we talked about what I wanted to see in the agreement and Bud suggested changes that would protect us as individuals and shareholders.
As we exchanged drafts with the buyer’s counsel, Bud caught several mistakes and regressions. He was on time and prepared for every call and meeting we had. Any time we met in person, copies of the agreements were on the conference table when we walked in, marked up and flagged with the items we were there to talk about. He made me feel like my business was important.

I was injured in a merchandise store because of their negligence. They refused to take any responsibility. I was injured in a Las Vegas casino. The casino denied all responsibility and concealed video coverage of my incident.
Martin Little went to war for me. After many depositions and court battles with the casino's hired guns, he proved the casino destroyed evidence and got sanctions against them.
He then got me a significant 7 figure recovery.
I would highly recommend Martin Little to other injured victims. He is always available day or night to talk and advise. He visited me on multiple occasions and personally handled all aspects of my case.

I switched from another attorney because of lack of communication. I have both of my attorneys personal cell phone numbers and can contact them anytime, this makes me feel very involved in my case.They got me to a Dr. who has a upstanding reputation, and will not only help my case but actually care how I want to handle my medical treatment. When they took my case they also took my 3 childrens cases over from the other law office because it was already settled but we had been waiting more than 2 months to set up their accounts. The Palmer law office not only set up the accounts without a fee, they found that there was over $2000, that was unaccounted for in all the court documents the other office did, so my kids got a lot more than we had agreed on. You tell me, where WOULD that money had gone?
When you speak to them they are so personable yet professional, but that makes me feel so good about having them on my side is it's so obvious they have three things that we do not see enough of... An amazing work ethic, values and morels. I carry their cards everywhere because after dealing with the other attorneys office, I want everyone to get the genuine treatment I get!

Kurth law office has handled 2 of my custody battles and has been by far the most outstanding attorney anyone could ever ask for. He has gone out of his way to make me as a client feel like I've mattered. He knows the law well and pushes for what is right. Went above and beyond in every instance. Retained for a felony criminal case, that was dropped to a misdemeanor thanks to his efforts! Worked around the clock to file appropriate motions, including late night visits, while incarcerated, in order to discuss details of the case. Have also retained him for a personal injury, car accident claim for a fellow family member, and he made the process as quick and painless as possible. Took care of every detail to where all the injured had to do was show up for her treatment, and then was later compensated for it. Would recommend him, with no hesitation, for any situation!

I was rear ended and sustained a minor neck injury, seemed pretty strait forward until the other parties insurance refused to pay my medical bills or fix my correctly. I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. I was involved in a severe car accident in 2018 and I couldn't find an attorney to take my case. Each attorney I went to said my case was too "complicated" and that it would cost their firm too much money to pursue. However, when I went to Mark on the referral of a friend, who looked over my case file and then explained to me how he was going to fight for me. He didn't treat me like an inept person, just because I am not a fellow lawyer. I am an award-winning journalist, and I know a decent amount about our legal system and how it works. But each time I consulted with an attorney they talked to me like I was somehow unable to understand the complexities of our legal system. Mark didn't do this to me. He explained, in detail what damages I was due under the law, specific supreme court precedents that went in my favor, and why my case wasn't in fact "complicated" like other attorneys who looked at my case said it was. Right away, he started filing subpoenas or information, and always kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He didn't do anything without my authorization and at each step of the legal process, he explained why he was doing what he was doing. I ended up having to give a deposition, which I have never done before. As a journalist, I know how they work, but I still was slightly nervous because I never before have testified in court. So Mark Hutchings went through the process step-by-step with me, what to expect, what questions I could expect to hear from the other attorneys, etc. I remember specifically asking him "Do you think I have a case here? Please be honest." He paused, which made my stomach flip. He then looked up at me and said "Colton, I wouldn't have come this far with you if I didn't think we had a case. Lawyers don't do that. They tell you right away. I will take this all the way to the mat if that is what it takes to win this case." So, we went all the way to arbitration after the deposition. I was prepped and ready to go. Being a journalist, I have been taught to be skeptical of our legal system and to ask questions. That is what I did, and Mark never once pushed back on me when I asked questions, or wanted more detail about how arbitration works. After arbitration, and after the settlement, Mark was able to secure me twice the amount that we originally expected in damages. I would recommend Mark for anyone who has a civil case that needs an attorney who won't back down or be intimidated by the legal system. Moreover, the other attorneys that work at his firm helped me, along with his amazing paralegal Helen. I cannot say enough good things about Helen and Alex (another attorney at his firm). Both of them worked on my case day and night without pause for the last two years. My case is finally coming to a close (thank goodness) and if it wasn't for Mark and his staff I wouldn't have been able to settle my case and begin my life again. This car crash has consumed almost 2-years of my life! It has caused me much harm physically, emotionally and financially. Mark Hutchings is a superior litigator who will ensure that your needs are met when it comes to the specifics of your case. He is an attorney who will fight for you.

When my father began losing his health, it was a very stressful and sad situation. My father was no longer able to make decisions based on his illness. When I was hurt on the job, I didn't know what to do. I immediately thought that my injuries would heal quickly and I would be able to continue at work.
