I reached out to Pariente Law firm for some potential legal issues I had concerns that I would be possibly facing. I called to make an appointment but my work schedule conflicts with the same time that the firm's office hours are open. Michael personally reached out to me and offered to meet me on a Saturday when the office is closed, which is extremely hard to find any attorney that would be willing to be that flexible, so I am extremely grateful for that! We sat down and I explained to him my situation, and he offered me his advice, which felt like a weight lifted off of my shoulders. With his 20+ years of experience as an attorney, I felt as ease knowing that this is the exact person I need to go to if my legal issues were ever to come up.

When you find yourself in need of a criminal defense attorney your whole world is upside down. You have made a serious mistake or a series of them. To get your world back to reality call Michael Pariente. I never knew there were lawyers like Mike. He is an amazing human being. He is immediately available any time. He handles your case like he is the one in trouble. He took my potential felony case with a mandatory two year minimum sentence back to a misdemeanor with no jail or prison time. All he cared about was getting me the best outcome possible. He really cares about you as a person and is such a nice guy. he likes to curse, so don't be distracted, LOL. I do too, so we got along great. Don't get excited when you hear the fee. Just pay it and be glad he 's taking your case. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Mike, and John. You really, and maybe literally, saved my life. I don't think I could have done 2 years in prison. What you do really does matter to your clients. We are scared to death. I can’t believe how Mr. Krametbauer is practicing as an Attonery and a temporary Las Vegas Court Judge when he rules in favor of defendants who are fraudulent. In our case he stated we have not met the burden of proof to be entitled to a relief when proper documentation was provided to him. He is supposed to serve the community of Las Vegas with integrity, judicial diligence and impartiality. When presenting our case Mr. Krametbauer, he failed to make a decision based on the law, common sense and the evidence presented. He ruled against the plaintiff (the victim) even though the defendant (a debtor) was properly served, never showed up to court and forged documentation. Mr. Krametbauer ignored relevant evidence, and this is considered an error of law practice. Proper evidence was presented against the defendant and still he ruled in his favor. We have spent energy, time, and money on attorney, court and serve fees and are still not entitled to a relief, are you serious? so this means that fraudsters can hurt people and businesses and that is ok. The defendant would just get a letter stating the case was dismiss without being penalized and continue affecting other people and businesses from Las Vegas, this is the reason why criminals, thieves and fraudsters are still on the streets affecting other innocent people. How can anyone rule in favor of forgers who are affecting businesses and the community? Mr. Karametbauer never requested additional documentation from us, everything he asked for on the court day was provided to him, it’s obvious that he just ignored our evidence. I would never recommend an attorney that fails to execute its judicial duties to represent any individual in the Las Vegas area. This Law Firm should monitor his performance and the court too

My husband and I sought out services from the Personal Injury Prosafter being involved in an automobile accident. First, off this is one of best and genuine law firms! I called in because I was wrongfully profiled and suffered from some prejudice at Walmart, I called in tears and David answered the phone. He was genuine and honest and listened. I am a law student myself and to hear someone actually be genuine and helpful while the other lawyers thought my case was too petty for them. I was then assigned to a new attorney, but she was completely unaware that she had been assigned to my case. She showed little to no interest or regard for my situation, which was incredibly disheartening. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was glaring.
Based on my experience with their handling of employment law, I question their professionalism in other areas as well. It felt like asking an unqualified individual to represent me, rather than a knowledgeable legal professional.
I do not recommend this law firm. While they may present themselves well initially, my experience was a complete waste of time.

I hired Jennifer Isso to help me with my divorce. Worse decision I made!!! She came across as empathic, knowledgeable, understanding & caring. I thought I could trust her. This couldn't be further from the truth!
My health is really bad & I've never been divorced, so I needed her help & guidance through this process. I continued to pay her whatever she asked for, since she was considered an unbundled lawyer. Turns out she's one of the most unprofessional people I've ever met!!! Treat people how you want to be treated!! Period!! I paid her a total of $5100 which included a TPO.
I had been approving the Disclosure documentation on Oct. 29th with her for my second court date on Nov. 19th (today). Without any communication at all with me, she files in court on Monday (Oct. 30th) morning that she had dropped me as her lawyer!!! Who does that??!! Unbelievable!! This is how you treat a client??!! Really??!! How unprofessional is that!! Tuesday morning, she emails my husband informing him that she's dropped me!! This is when I found out what had happened. I was shocked & speechless!!! My first thought was this has to be a mistake. Right? No professional behaves in this manner!!
She had time to notify my husband & not me the client??!! Unacceptable on so many levels!!! Proper business practices is you let your CLIENT know. All she needed to do was to tell me she needed additional money to represent me in court. It's that simple!! It's called communication!! No one's a mind reader!!! I was paying for professional representation, so I assumed.
This morning was my court date with the judge. I paid Jennifer Isso $1000 for the Disclosures that I assumed was being submitted to the judge (she never told me otherwise & wasn't communicating with me). She only sent my husband a copy that was it!! The court received nothing. What goes around, comes around!!! I truly had trusted her & she proved to me that I should've never hired her!

Not responding to calls or emails!
Took 6 months to file a SINGLE MOTION that used up the entirety of the retainer ($2500) and withdrew right away.
Took another 6 months to finally come up with a billing history that made absolutely NO sense.
Stay away at all costs!

When looking for a law firm to represent my family after a car accident in Las Vegas, it was difficult to know who to trust. A family friend recommended De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers, and from the start, I was impressed with the professionalism of their staff and my personal injury attorney.
My car collision case took about a year to settle after my family finished physical therapy. There were some bumps along the way, especially when it came to communication expectations, but one of the best things about this firm is that you can reach out to your lawyer anytime if you have questions or concerns.
Whether I needed to know about medical bill payments, co-pay and deductible reimbursements, rental car costs, or even replacing car seats, the staff were always there to provide clear answers and guidance. I was also able to choose my own chiropractor for medical treatment, and when I needed additional physical therapy, they made the process easy. My case manager was another key player in my experience—her knowledge and support made a huge difference.
At times, I felt frustrated with the process, but whenever I reached out to my injury lawyer directly, they listened, took my concerns seriously, and made me feel taken care of. They genuinely wanted the best for my family, and that meant a lot to me.

Not only does she NOT have a College degree, she does NOT have a High School diploma, nor a GED. Byron got my first offense DUI closed and essentially all I had to do was pay a $500 fine no other punishments. And I didn’t even have to show up in person to court. The judge was super easy on me because Byron set me up to have all the requirement finished prior to the hearing.
Overall an amazing experience, Bryon was extremely helpful, friendly and always available over the phone.

Byron went above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first time dealing with a criminal case and as such knew absolutely nothing. The PD’s office did the least possible to explain or help us understand the ins and outs regarding my nephews charges/case. Byron spent over an hour on a Friday night explaining things in detail and making sure I understood what he was explaining. Although Byron was unable to directly represent us in this case, he directed me to a very good known lawyer for further assistance.
This dude is legit hilarious and tells you stories to empathize as well as to help you understand what he is explaining. As we know all the legal mumbo jumbo can get confusing without the proper education.
I have no doubt Byron would have been an amazing person to represent us. Unfortunately, we reached out a bit too late.

I am a Utah resident. While driving through Nevada, I was cited for a moving violation.
