I would recommend the public defender over this guy. Terrible communication, could never get ahold of him or his office. He was always late except for my last appearance which he didnt even show up to. The judge had to call me up with no lawyer and proceeded to tell me I could let my lawyer know that the case was closed. He even asked me what I thought my defense should be as if he's not the lawyer.

Adriana and her team are exceptionally professional , attentive and detailed. I interviewed numerous law firms prior to hiring her. Adriana was fantastic. I fired my previous lawyer who did nothing on my auto accident claim and never updated me. Adriana kept me informed every week on the status of my claim and fought hard to get my previous attorney to lower his fees (he tried to get a big fee for doing nothing. She even remained calm when he cussed her out). She got my auto insurance to pay me more money for my totaled car beyond what they originally paid me. She was pleasant and easy to talk to and a darn hard worker. Highly recommend her to anyone. If I ever need a lawyer again I will hire Adriana. Thanks Adriana for doing a great job on my claim.

Bud and his firm made our acquisition process the best it could be. It was apparent that he‘s done a ton of asset purchase agreements. At our initial consultation, we talked about what I wanted to see in the agreement and Bud suggested changes that would protect us as individuals and shareholders.
As we exchanged drafts with the buyer’s counsel, Bud caught several mistakes and regressions. He was on time and prepared for every call and meeting we had. Any time we met in person, copies of the agreements were on the conference table when we walked in, marked up and flagged with the items we were there to talk about. He made me feel like my business was important.
Learned a lot, and we got the deal done with what I feel were very favorable terms for me and my company. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with CPK on 2 occasions: once in 2017 for an auto collision and again I hired them in early 2023 for a workers comp claim. Leon was my first attorney for the car accident and Billie-Marie was my second lawyer for my work comp claim. They are amazing. They’re both very friendly, helpful and patient. I have only gone through a situation similar to this, once before in my life. That was 50 years ago and all I do remember is having to switch attorney's in the middle of the process, which took 6 years to settle.
More recent, my husband who was hit by a SUV in 2019 and has lost half of his left leg due to the accident, to this day hasn't seen one red cent. I can count on my 1 hand how many times they actually have called him in 5 years.
The point I am making is Jeff and his staff are awesome!!! Jeff personally dealt with me constantly. He kept me up to date on my case. He was always, polite, pleasant,took his time with my questions, and most importantly to me, when he said he would call me back he or one of his staff did just that. I never even met him because I was in the middle of relocating.
If you or you know of someone who needs a accident attorney, you definitely need to call Jeff Temples firm. I promise you won't be disappointed. From start to finish, it took about 5 months, give or take. I am waiting for my settlement money to come in the mail and going car shopping.
