My 77 year old Aunt has had a precipitous decline in her physical and mental function recently from vascular dementia. A friend who had a great result working with Dave recommended him to me. I spoke with Dave about the considerations I should have in placing her in an ALF or Nursing Home. Dave answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. His years of experience and expertise were readily apparent and something you would not find by trying to "Google" this information online. More importantly, Dave was compassionate. I hired David a year ago to represent my case against a hospice agency and a nursing home. My personal/family attorney recommended David. Initially, I was confident in his knowledge and skill set in the area of nursing home issues. David is an exceptional attorney. He is an excellent communicator. If I would email or call him with a question, I would get an immediate response. I always felt that my concerns as his client were paramount to him. If I was puzzled by a certain application of the law that pertained to my case, David would explain to me why a certain course of action was beneficial. However, he would confer with me, and my point of view was respected and considered. I felt that we worked as a team. In a world where people feel that keeping one's word is superfluous, David is a man of his word. His conscientiousness in handling my case minimized and often alleviated my anxiety with respect to its outcome. There were several variables that made my particular case challenging. However, it was ultimately settled in a timely fashion, and I am elated with the results.

I met Tony 29yrs ago when my husband was injured in an accident. We contacted him and he was so helpful with the case. He always looked out for our best interest and gave excellent advice.

I was in a terrible situation in a 20 year marriage, I interviewed 3 attorneys before meeting Ms. Tambasco, she was the only one
willing to fight for me and my sons. She was so prepared for every court appearance and prepared me as well. It was a wonderful experience within a terrible experience. She out worked my ex husbands attorney and I'm sure made less I didn't feel it was about the money I felt she cared and still does. I got my first moving violation ticket on a very busy 4th of July weekend. It was bumper to bumper traffic. The congestion was so bad a group of cars formed another lane. I only joined so I can make a left turn, away from the traffic. Unfortunately, a police officer stopped the group of cars that formed another lane. Forming another lane was illegal. I was so grateful for Attorney Abasolo to assist me. On the day I had to appear at court, the Judge granted a no moving violation with no points charged, as long as I pay the fee - just as Attorney Abasolo had advised me. I was relieved for Attorney Abasolo's helpful and professional solution to my ticket dilemma. Thank You, Attorney Abasolo.

The entire law firm of Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman was absolutely amazing!
In my case, the MVP All Stars were Barry Kantrowitz, Esq. and Brandon Rothstein, Esq.
In a top-ten list of things not to do as a client, I probably did at least 8 out of 10 of them.
Barry and Brandon were very professional and understanding and guided me through the arduous process.
I'm not sure if the trial was recorded or not, but if it was, that recording should be played in law schools across the nation as a Master Class on how a client should be defended.
Barry & Brandon had won my case, for which I am eternally grateful.
After I had been acquitted, members of the jury were praising my attorneys and many stated that they would be calling on them should they ever get into any legal troubles.

Staff did not contact me until 2 weeks after they said they would be in contact with me only to tell me they won't take my case. The case is too hard for them too much work that's why they won't pursue it. It is very much so a valid case. Maybe a smaller law firm that doesn't boast themselves up on the turnpike will enjoy my case. Very poor law firm. Do not recommend! And for the law firm don't try and say my review is incorrect because it's not. Thank you
