I had no idea what would become of the lawsuit I filed but I am excited to have put all my trust in Mr. Ferrante! We had amazing representation from Robert Fellows. After an unfortunate cycling accident, my wife spent three days in the ICU and suffered significant pain as the result of a driver who made an incredibly irresponsible decision. When I arrived at Yaniv's office I was in one of the worst moments of my life. facing deportation. without hope and with a lot of anguish and sadness.Many lawyers told me there was no hope for my case. that my case was very difficult to win and that I was going to be deported, there was nothing to do for me .When I met Yaniv, he explained to me the process and my options .He told me that he would try his best to help me and stop my deportation. Christopher helped me with my speeding ticket. Instead of me getting 4 violation points and huge speeding ticket he was able to convert it to "1Opening and closing vehicle doors" ticket. Dave Kalabanka is an amazing attorney. When others would not take my case,saying, "it's too difficult" Dave didn't turn me away no matter how difficult it looked. I had a workers comp case pendng, and two MVA cases and we still won in the end. Dave took time with me to make sure I understood everything, he was easy to talk to and he assured me, it's not going to be easy but we will get through this and we did. From the two accidents, I had to go through 4 surgeries and they where trying to give me little, Dave made sure I got a substantial amount for my settlement. 10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. Hes friendly, impressively knowledgable, understanding and most of all not judgemental in anyway. lucas generally cares for his clients and will work hard to make sure he gets the bests results for you. stop looking for attorneys. i swear you hit jackpot with mr. mihuta, your in good hands and worth every penny.

After our motor vehicle incident with our son and having it out of county, we did not know who to call. My son was in a terrible accident in Nassau County on July, 2021. Mr. Borroughs immediately guided us to the best appropriate specialist medical doctors, walked us through the entire process (explaining the purpose of all Forms, Documents, Statements, etc.), and importantly, was extremely caring, courteous and very informative, so much so that he knew what all doctors, carriers, etc. would request BEFORE it was requested. He was always available to ease any/all worries any parent would have, and was extremely professional throughout it all. His decades of experience is second to none. Peter is a fantastic attorney and an even better person. He is thoughtful, diligent and hardworking.
He helped us fight a greedy builder by working through our town’s planning and zoning boards to stop a monstrosity being built next to our primary residence. And he did so with a tact and grace that he was then able to then help us buy that same property at a significant percentage discount over asking price.
Unlike me, he didn’t get angry or take it personal in fighting a multi-year battle against the developer, who routinely lied to our town. He brought in zoning experts, an engineer and an architect to sway the town’s Zoning department and see fit that the developers project fail with multiple variance violations - he did so with an assertive grace that blew my wife and I away!
