My wife and I were in a car accident and decided to take legal action against the person whose vehicle hit us. After consulting with a few lawyers in the area, we chose Kleczek Law and worked with David and Brendan. Our decision was based on our initial conversation, where it felt like David would fight for us and was willing to go to court if needed. Throughout the lawsuit, Brendan kept me updated as soon as he had any news, which was greatly appreciated. He was always reachable and would call back promptly if he wasn’t available. I never felt like I was chasing someone down for answers or that I was on my own. I was in a terrible situation involving an accident with my Tesla. The repair shop and the insurance company had been stringing me along for almost a year, and the situation seemed hopeless. David was able to get me a resolution within no time and, more importantly, took the stress of handling the situation off my shoulders immediately. I would recommend Bob Salinas to anyone facing bad behavior from a landlord. We went to him when our landlord tried to illegally evict every person in our complex, and he guided us through the process of collecting evidence and responding to the eviction threats, and then helped us through mediation and to a settlement that kept us all in our homes.
The thing I really want to stress, though, is how kind and patient he is with his clients. Needless to say we were beyond anxious and stressed out over the landlord's threats, but he was always there for us, giving us so much more of his time than he had to -- even though our case was much smaller than many of the other cases his firm handles.
Going with the Salinas Law Group is one of the best decisions we've ever made.

I was referred to Mr Lacklen by one of my good friends, when i got into a car accident. I was very stressed out and did not know much about him and how he would help me out. I am sooo thankful to have met Mr Lacklen. He is the best at what he does and you can clearly tell he does not do his job only for the money.
He is sooo helpful and veryyyy motivated and helpful. I did not have to do anything, he did ALL the work, contacting the other insurance and contacting Kaiser for me, I was stressed out that I would have to run around to get him all the info he needed but he took care of it all.
He was always checking up on me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. He always called to update me on what exactly was going on and for me to know and understand the whole procedure.
He is very organized and self driven, not to mention honest and responsible. If at anytime he needed my signatures, he would go out of his way and come to me, instead of having me take out time from my job and go sign.
I contacted him right away when I got into my second accident as well. I really recommend him to everyone and trust me you will not regret choosing him to represent you. He is wonderful!!!!

I can't say enough about the representation and results I got with Mr. Wolff and I have been involved with four other lawyers in the past! My landlord had been doing all this illegal stuff and had just ignored me until Mr. Wolff took me in. I did not pay anything and the landlord ended up eating all the costs. My case is not yet completed, and I wanted to write this before then...because for me, it is about more than a dollar amount. Working with John Winer has helped me realize what it is that happened to me; that brought me into his office. He has reminded me time and again that the injuries and batteries I endured were not my fault. I went to him at such a low and wounded point, and he met me there. Inch by painful inch he has brought me to a place of realization - that my attacker preyed on me, used me, and had the training and know-how to manipulate me. It was not my fault. Walking into John's office, I had lost the ability to trust anyone, least of all myself. A person I'd placed so much faith in, had completely destroyed me physically and verbally. John seemed to understand where I was, how I'd gotten there, and most importantly, how to put me back together and give me some power in making decisions about my case, and understanding how this horrible thing could have happened without my permission. There is much pain in growth sometimes. Its nice to have a person beside you who seems to really understand the feelings that go with these experiences. Over 2 years ago, we were looking for a knowledgeable well informed lawyer for my dad who died of elder abuse. There are 6 of us siblings in the family and due to the size of our family we were not accepted so easily with some of the lawyers. Approximately two years ago I was rear-ended in an auto accident. I had never been in this type situation hence, inexperienced on what to do...At a family function a family member mentioned Mr. Ochoa and highly recommended him. Subsequently, I engaged Mr. Ochoa to represent me with my claim. Over a span of the past two years, Mr. Ochoa was diligent, detailed, persistent and "spot on" in bringing our case to resolution.
