I spoke with Alison about an issue that I have, she is very kind and very helpful. I was also blessed to receive some information about my issue with no charge which was truly a blessing! Alison went above and beyond to help me and the fact is, she didn't even have to. I don't have any plans for more issues, however she will be the first I go to if needed! The best laywer I’ve ever had accompany me:
I haven’t much cases but this one in Florida was 6 years in the making. I had a warrant for these past 6 years and many people said they couldn’t get the warrant off, or I had to surrender, well.. she got it off. With a reasonable plea deal. She is top notch and knows her stuff. O would recommend to anyone with a case in Florida, or if she’s willing, out of state. Great lawyer and a great lady and person in general, with reasonable prices. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney to turn their life around.

After three months of searching for a good attorney and office and talking with dear Amin Yacoub, I signed the contract with Bogin Munns and Munns office for an NIW Green card petition, Amin's expertise and experience are beyond the word, he carefully collected documents for 3 months and I got approval for I40 smoothly. The office and all of their team are wonderful and supportive. I am fully satisfied with their job, especially Amin, an immigration attorney, and I highly recommend working with them. I did not know them, but now I am one of their recommenders to my friends.

I’m writing this as a warning for special needs parents who are looking for legal help. We contacted Shay almost two years ago, needing help with a special needs trust and a birth certificate issue. She said she could handle both for us and we paid 3k up front. During the next 18 months, we had to consistently call her office for updates regarding the trust. It took over a year for her to finish writing it, and then when we finally received it, we found she had written the wrong name down for guardianship. A big error!
As for the birth certificate issue, it never got fixed. We would call her office every few weeks for an update. But finally, we just stopped calling and we haven’t heard from her in over 6 months. This entire experience was horrible for us! I’m shocked that her rating is as high as it is on here… We paid her 3k and baaarely got half of what was promised.

Having never been involved in a legal action, we were hesitant to seek assistance when our insurance company flatly denied our claim, after our roof was damaged in a hail storm. Justice for the little people is something I never believed in until I met Riley Allen. He has a keen intellect, a kind heart and an amazing way of analyzing the facts of your case. He recognized an unfair bully situation with a previous employer who fired me as a strategic move to avoid paying me money that was due. Riley wrote the most amazing letter I have ever read in my life. The letter brought tears to my eyes as he was validating the unfair extortion methods being used against me and now was giving me his voice to fight for justice. I met Mr. Allen quite by chance and explained my situation hoping he might refer me to an attorney near me who could help, but instead he chose to defend me and for this I will always be grateful. As mentioned above, I contacted Riley to help resolve issues caused when another attorney really blew it on a case I had filed against an ex-partner for theft of monies (shares). Riley's knowledge and 'fearlessness' in the face of the opposing attorney resulted in my having a frivolous 'counter suit' thrown out. I am 99.9 % percent certain that had I retained Riley for the original suit I would have easily prevailed and not suffered almost 5 years of ineffective counseling and the resultant losses and costs.

My attorney was Jason Arnold and I was extremely pleased with attention and service provided. Jason took care of everything! He had an investigator arrive at my house the very next day to take my statement and collect all of the info needed for my case. The ER referred me to a neurosurgeon and the earliest appointment I could get was 14 days away; Jason was able to get me into a neurosurgeon days later. I was amazed at the honesty and guidance I received from Jason. I highly recommend this law firm; especially if you are able to have Jason work your case.
