Mr. Moreno is a very knowledgable attorny in the field of inmigration. My mom and I have refered friends to him and the experience has been amazing. In one case, Mr Moreno was able to tell one of these families the time that it would take to resolve the problem to the date! I cannot even begin to describe how amazing of an attorney he is. He is been professional ethical honest and has shown great deal of integrity and motivation to help me through one of the toughest times in my life. The injustice that I endured has been an absolute blind and cruel joke from the justice system. However when everyone else deserted me, Matthew stuck by my side , he is also a very reasonable and compassionate as well as can be aggressive when need be as an attorney. Yet I feel like I could consider him a friend. He is in a long line of attorneys and legal situations I would say without question the most dedicated loyal and dependable attorney I have had. He stuck by my side and will continue to stick by my side a despite the many obstacles had to endure over the couple years we have known each other. He rescued me from a terrible situation and an injustice that has destroyed my life, and he is doing everything in his power to fight to regain my rights. I am very grateful to have an attorney with the kind of qualities that this man has! I needed assistance trying to decide whether bankruptcy was an option for me and which one to file. After a consultation with Mr. Mercado, I walked away with more knowledge in the subject than I had expected. He was very straight-forward with me, asked many questions to make sure I would qualify and addressed my concerns about how this would affect me. He advised me the best option for me was to file for Chapter 7.
He made the process very simple to follow, kept in constant communication (his office system even sent me reminders and allowed me to upload documents to him right away!) and the whole thing was a lot less painful and stressful than I thought it would be. Although it was a tough decision to make, I am glad I did it now. I was very happy to work with him.

In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google.
