I had the wonderful experience of having Charles W. Smith as my lawyer. When I tell you the attention the detail and the kindness that he puts out was absolutely amazing.
Anytime I would call I was always greeted by Gina Amat & Rebeca McCormack. They really take care of their clients and completely listen to any issues or concerns you have. Whether I emailed them or called them I always got a response.
This is a no fool around law firm, they are there to get the job done and make sure their clients are taken care. I did not feel like a client to them, I felt like I was somebody that they truly cared about and they wanted to make sure that I was happy by the end results.
I would recommend them to anybody that I know because I know that they would be in great hands. If they could write a handbook on how respectable, honest and hardworking that they all are and have the other law firms use that as a guide, then I believe all lawyers would have five-star reviews.

Mr Smith is by far the BEST lawyer I have dealt with in every aspect of the way. Between his values on client satisfaction and his dedication to his cases on an individual bases shows that not only is he a very personable man but a highly professional one as well. While most lawyers I took the time to visit In reference to my case, I was always looked at as a difficult situation and possibly too much work to handle. I’m laments terms if it was too much work they didn’t take the case. Mr Smith not only took my case but won it in such a short amount of time. His communication, efforts, persistence and constant follow up ensured I felt like the case was being treated fairly and handled appropriately. My lawyer in the UK contacted a Florida lawyer he had confidence in and this renowned lawyer recommended Bill Ruffier as the lawyer to investigate and see if the Resort where I contracted legionella could be pursued for compensation.
There were many hurdles Bill, with the help of his PA, Amanda Angel, had to overcome to make a case for any deserved recompense.
I had been reasonably fit for my age before becoming ill and spending 27 nights on a ventilator in the Royal Sussex County National health Hospital in the UK. Miraculously they saved my life but I remembered almost nothing from the time when I left the resort in Florida.
It was in Covid times and I was transported unbelievably by my wife, Lynda, from Orlando to Miami to London Heathrow to Brighton and the by para medics into hospital.
Bill was engaged by my UK lawyer with the blessing of Lynda.
Once I became conscious again and my memory started coming back after 2 months I was able to help Lynda brief Bill.
A successful relationship was then built up between Bill and his PA Amanda and Lynda and myself which continued for over 4 years (2020 - 2024) until Bill using his experience and amazing legal skills overcame all the hurdles he was confronted with and a settlement was reached that was acceptable to us.
Nobody wants something like this to happen to them but should it happen it is marvellous when there is someone eg Bill to head a Team and win for you.

I hired Mr. Turner to assist me with a complicated claim due to a water leak from a unit above me due to negligence in the condo building I reside in. This matter became very contentious and lengthy involving HOA as well as owner of the unit that caused the damage. Throughout the entire process Mr. Turner remained professional, persistent, & was able to get the matter resolved with full policy limit payout from Insurance company. My daughter, Natalie Asport and I were referred to Clint Moore, Esq. from the attorney general's office and the Florida Bar Association due to an insurance claim we filed during Hurricane Ian. As of today, we have not received the funds awarded to repair our roof due to the roofers alleging that Natalie had signed a contract during the claim. We found out that the roofers forged her signature, and we reached out to the attorney general's office for assistance as the attorney handling our claim revealed a conflict of interest with the roofers. We reached out Mr. Moore and he gave us awesome advice on how to deal with this matter. If we would not be able to do it on our ow, Mr. Moore would be ready to help us out as his representative. Through his guidance, we resolved the issue and negotiated with the roofers of course with a portion to be released to them and soon we can begin repairs when the funds are received. In August I found out a lawsuit has been filed against me. It was in regards to a very emotional and sensitive matter, plus having never been sued before I was nervous. I got recommendations from lawyer and court employee friends, and looked up lawyers on Google. Mr Turner then took the time to speak to me in depth about the case on our first phone call. I knew I needed a lawyer who is smart, organized, and can fight. Mr Turner is that. My aunt and uncle had two Levy County lots since the 60’s. They both passed and I inherited the lots. In order to having them under my name for future needs I needed a probate.

The Last Will and Testament was in Spanish as we live in Puerto Rico. They took care of the translation as well. Here in Puerto Rico the Last Will and Testaments have to be processed through a certified Attorney, not just a Notary and be registered in Court immediately the document is signed and witnessed. Therefore the process is quite complicated in order to get all the required original and certified documents directly from Court.
Mr. Morey Law Firm through his wonderful Assistant, Junrey Quico took care of everything for me until completion of the process. And finally I was able to get the desired probate.
Now both Levy County lots show my name in the Titles.
