I found out the the driver who ran into me at 70mph had only the minimum of insurance. I didn’t know if my medical bills would be covered. The “big name firm” who called daily until the lack of insurance became known, had now stopped returning my calls. I fired that firm and called Kevin Butler. Kevin worked as hard as possible on my claim. He treated me like a “million dollar client.” He returned every phone call, settled the claim within an appropriate time frame, and made sure my medical bills were all covered. He then worked with my medical providers, so I had settlement money left over. I can not say enough good things about Kevin Butler. I recommend him to anyone who needs an attorney.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Melvin "Mel" Wright and his whole team for all he has done for my son. I was referred to H. Manual Hernandez (Manny) by another attorney as I was being investigated based on allegations made that I had committed Elder Financial Exploitation.
This was unequivocally the worst fear that I had ever encountered. I could literally write volumes in this review regarding how well Manny conducted my case. I appreciated him never patronizing me by sugar coating issues. He always articulated very clearly the issues regarding my case. He was fastidious regarding being well prepared and was outstanding regarding how he respectfully interfaced with the lead criminal investigator, as well as numerous others. He consistently demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism. I felt that he was sincerely my advocate, not just my attorney. He always treated me with dignity and respect. Manny is extremely intelligent and has impressive credentials such as, having been a Federal Prosecutor for numerous years; he has a substantial knowledge of numerous areas of other legal expertise and is highly regarded by his peers. Heiko does great work! I had him work on a completely BS hit & run case for me a bit back and he did a fantastic job. I have to start by saying that my situation was a bit of a conundrum from the start. I was doing a favor for a woman that I knew from my church by taking her daughter to the nearest retail outlet. Unbeknownst to me the young lady while in the Dept Store Shoplifts. I never enter the building. Doesn't Matter. In the End Police in my Area try to charge me with Robbery, Then DCF visits me about my babies, Etc.etc. I've never been faced or even heard of a situation like this. Heiko Moenckmeier had this Resolved in matter of weeks. He was Prompt. Answered every question I had thoroughly and clearly. He was Patient. "As you could imagine I was a wreck". In October 2015, My husband was a passenger in a horrible car accident and was hospitalized for two months. After being in ICU for a little over a month , I reached out to Mr. Corzo and He met me in the hospital a day after. Since my husband was still unconscious and in ICU I decided to hire Mr.Corzo for Davids personal injury and workers compensation case. From the moment I met Mr.Corzo he was very emphatic and attentive to all my questions and concerns. Anytime I would email him with a question he would get back to me right away. I would even email/text his paralegal Denise after hours if I had any questions and she would get back to me within a hour. From the first meeting me an my wife had with Mr Brown we felt that things would be okay with my wife's immigration process. Mr Brown and his staff were able to help us throughout the complete process. Every time we had a question they were able to answer it in detail and give me and my wife the confidence that we were completing all steps of the process accurately and completely. I would not think twice about reccommending Daniel to anyone who has been in a car accident or is having any sort of issue with their insurance company. In September 2015 I was in a car accident were I was hit by a person that ran a red light. So after getting home from all the chaos. I was referd to Nicholas Childress. Nick is the guy to call.He help my case in ways you wouldn't imagine.The way my case was looking my injury an hospital bills wasn't even goin to get paid. Honest fact i even missed 2 or 3 months before even goin to my chiropractor.
