I haven't retained this attorney, but will offer a review of how she handled my specific inquiry directly from an email sent to her which I obtained on the CA Bar Association website.
I received a very expeditious reply and a time to phone me was requested. When that time came, I received a phone call from a woman with a very pleasant and compassionate sounding voice. I told her I’d send a document that would explain my situation and she said she would review it and see if she’s a good fit. Within the hour I received an email stating that it wasn’t a good fit, in addition to giving me contact info for 3 firms that would be a good fit.
I had already been acquainted with one of the firms and I wrote her back telling her so. She responded back to me and reassured me I’d be in good company.
In all my years, I believe I've developed the ability to sense compassion and “good” in humans. In light of this, I can say that Kristen Jones is a great asset to her field and to the community. I would have not hesitated for a moment to retain her if she was the right “fit” for my case.

She helped move forward a conservatorship for my Aunt and Uncle that has some bad family history attached to it.
Throughout the process she was the rock, letting us know what to expect and is a great legal writer. Her knowledge of the courts and even knowledge of the different people that would later become involved with the conservatorship made a huge difference.

I would not go with them again. They continuously gave me false information about the tow yard, the other persons insurance, the amount I would be receiving and that was only when I reached out. Never got a call or email to notify me of what was going on. They did win my case but it was a easy win, it was 100% not may fault so. I think on top of the trauma and problems that the accident brought me, they just piled on. Also offered to mail my check faster if I gave a review.....

Arroyo law group is working with legalzoom for consultation services. I have used their legal consult a number of times, and have had good service each time. The lawyers and the service are good quality and can be affordable, depending on the consult: simple matters are included in a retainer, more difficult matters can cost typically high legal rates, so you can have a fairly low average if you are calling in monthly to discuss various legal matters, but can be just as expensive as a regular legal consult if you are typically calling in with detailed requests.

During the most emotionally devastating period of our family's life Justin was a source of both sound realistic counsel and of seriously needed reassurance. He went to bat for us against a district attorney that made no effort whatsoever to understand or support our special needs child. After taking conservative and persistent approach charges were proven baseless without having to go to trial and were dismissed "In the interest of justice". He kept what was a terrible misunderstanding from becoming a tragedy with potentially life-long consequences.
Justin will forever be in our family’s thoughts and prayers. We also feel that we owe him much more than the very reasonable amount of money that we were charged. You should consider yourself lucky to have him in your corner representing you or your family.
