I came to Baghdaserian Law Group on a recommendation from a client. I had felt that my divorce should be a common split of assets, and go our separate ways. Unfortunately, my soon to be ex-wife had other plans. She wanted to take all that I had and then some, and was willing to lie about abuse in order to get it. She had me removed from my home, and proceeded to lie about the years that I raised her son while she was addicted to fentanyl, and her infidelity.
I was almost nervous with how calmly and confidently Patrick and his team handled the situation. I wanted to know the progress with my case. The truth was that I didn't need to know. My job was to continue my life, and trust the team I hired to represent me.
As it turned out, Patrick and team put on a clinic with how to deal with this type of spouse and their representation. I had assumed that I would have to pay something in spousal support, but with Baghdaserian Law handling my case, the only thing my ex got was my dog. I do miss my dog, but I may have been on the hook for $ for the rest of my life.

Disappointed and Concerned - Caution to Potential Clients
I had a consultation with Patrick Baghdaserians in 2017 regarding a sensitive legal matter. During this consultation, I shared confidential details about my case, including personal and financial information. While I ultimately decided not to hire him due to discomfort I felt during the meeting, I was later shocked to find that he now represents the opposing party in the same matter. This raises serious ethical concerns for me.
I believe it is critical for potential clients to know that information shared during consultations may later be used in ways that feel conflicting. I have evidence of my consultation, and I am deeply disappointed by what I perceive as a disregard for professional ethics and confidentiality.
If you are considering working with this firm, please be cautious and ensure that you are comfortable and fully informed. My experience has been disheartening, and I feel obligated to share this to help others make informed decisions.

I would not go with them again. They continuously gave me false information about the tow yard, the other persons insurance, the amount I would be receiving and that was only when I reached out. Never got a call or email to notify me of what was going on. They did win my case but it was a easy win, it was 100% not may fault so. Let's just stick to the facts shall we? I was the plaintiff in a contingent medmal case, 1) He didn't file special interrogatories and was sanctioned by the court. 2) Prepped his client for a deposition, that never took place, after 1.5 years. 3) He didn't confer with his client to let him know he would not be opposing the defense's MSJ, which he didn't and was a complete no show at the MSJ hearing, again, did not inform client or court that he was going to abandon the case. 4) Lost my case, because of no opposition, no evidence offered. IMO this lawyer did not represent his client to the best of his abilities. 5) Refuses to return phone calls and stick to phone call appointments. 6) No communication for months, especially the last 2+ months of the case when 0 phone conversations were held. Client had to find out about the case by reading about it in the court's docket. 7) He enjoys belittling and condescending his client and gives the impression that you are wasting his time by wanting to talk about your case. 8) Reminds you multiple times that your case doesn't bring in a great deal of money (medmal cap in California) and isn't something he normally does, making you feel insignificant. 9) After a month, still refuses to forward the case file to myself. 10) For a different case in his past, he was sued for malpractice and settled out of court. (lawyer's name, amount and case # withheld for privacy) I wish I would've known what type of lawyer he really is. I have to live with his neglect, malpractice and lack of representation for the rest of my life.

In my case I had very little time left before discovery was cut off.
Time was ticking. So prior to hiring Lee Salisbury I have asked him if he will file an RFO to compel further responses, continue deposition, and ask for sanctions for failure to comply with the prior orders.
Lee agreed. He said “yes, I will “ . However, right after signing the retainer and paying he went into hiding.
I Called and called with no response . I wrote and got no response . He was nowhere to be found.
I had a very important RFO hearing. Time was running out and he was nowhere to be found . Then he reappeared a late afternoon prior to the bifurcation hearing.
Next day he was totally unprepared and motion was lost. Moreover he spent more time defending the CPA who had failed to prepare Moore Marsden and on premarital property tracing.
You may guess that The CPA is the one who has Recommended him , so his primary allegiance was to this non performing CPA v to his client .
Lee, who was leading the local bar association, had the audacity to neglect my case to the extent of deceiving me with false promises. Yet he declared that retainer already was depleted and demanded replenishment . Lee billed me and received approximately $9000 for nothing. Talk about fiduciary duties owed to the client.
By the way when the opposition filed a response he failed to file reply papers.
This is the attorney who is leading a local bar. What do you expect from those attorneys who were led by him at local bar association ?
According to recently published alarming corruption matters with the state bar, one can see how attorneys can conduct themselves in such manner .
Total utter impunity. My complaint to state bar just picked up and I will get justice whether with state bar or with the court action.
