I can not begin to say how appreciative I am of Ms.Felice ( Mr Barnes assistant) and Mr. Barnes!!! From the first day of me reaching out to them, Felice was thorough and extremely helpful! I received a phone call the next day from Mr. Barnes and he assured me he would do everything he could do for me with confidence and that really lowered my anxiety with the situation I was dealing with. To say the least, Trey is my hero, he brought tears of joy to this little momma's eyes. My son was facing a very very large amount of time, w/out going into details, well when I hired him (something I'd never done before) I told him I understood it was a big case and I don't expect miracles only your best!! Well today that happened with a very small amount of time having to be served, my son will be home before I know it! I cannot express how passionate Trey is for his work and clients, he made the entire long journey as mentally comfortable and and easy to understand as possible. I highly recommend John Rogers. John was 100% honest and upfront about what to expect in my case. He had a great game plan that ended up with me winning my case. He was very informative throughout, never left me questioning what was going on. He was not a traditional lawyer in the sense of just being in it for the money. When I asked around town what lawyer I should use to sue the PPD, the only answer I heard back was Alistair McKenzie and boy am I glad I listened. From the initial phone call until months after the mediation (where we settled out of court) Alistair and his team were fantastic! Michelle was especially helpful answering any and ALL questions I had about the case. Every email and call were responded to promptly with great efficiency. When I met Alistair at our initial consultation he told me what an injury like mine would usually pay out if it was settled out of court. And he hit that number right on the nose when it came down to settling. He fought diligently to get a number we both thought was fair and he achieved that goal. The state didn’t even want to go to court because of how well Allistar stood up for my civil rights (and many more before me) against these officers that unprovoked, pulled me from my car breaking my arm, dislocating my shoulder and severely tearing my rotator cuff. Alistair is not afraid to fight for his clients rights and with times the way they are he is the man for the job. Because of Alistair and his team I now own a home, am debt free and have a good amount in savings. I would 1000% recommend him and I thank him again for all his hard work.

I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

This man works miracles. If you're looking for an honest, straight forward, professional attorney who does what he says, doesn't sugar coat the truth, calls you back personally and makes you genuinely feel like you're in the right hands; you need to spend the money to retain Michael.
Michael came to see me to discuss my case personally less than 48 hours after he was called. He told me the honest truth about my situation and my case and he was 100% accurate. He and Cheryl updated me on my case every time there was a change and only involved me when it was absolutely necessary. He LISTENED to what I had to say and actually cared.
Michael told me at our first meeting that he would do everything he could to make sure that in a few years, I would look back at this as just a tough year and he did EXACTLY that. ***He took me from facing a MINIMUM of 25 YEARS in PRISON to NO JAIL TIME!***

We had an uphill battle we couldn't compromise on, and needed a lawyer with maximum experience, network, skill, persistence, and availability.
We researched dozens of local criminal defense lawyers, choosing the most promising to talk with in person.
Mr. Griffith was high on the list with an extremely high peer rating and awards, and when making a consult appointment with him on the phone, he said "I hope you hire me."
In person, he was personable and polite, not arrogantly or foolishly optimistic nor cynically defeatist.
He was confident about his knowledge and if he didn't know something he'd find out without faking it.
I was scared and needy; calling or visiting with questions, requests, or to verify court dates and times(recommended), and always got help ASAP.
My case was ugly; child porn.
Not guilty, but the accusation destroys lives and defense usually gives up or loses.
We didn't.
Of dozens of lawyers we researched and the ten we saw, I'm very glad we chose Mr Griffith.

Mr. Brett Vigodsky and Mrs.Debra Bourne did an amazing job helping me through my workman's comp case. Without them I would've never been taken care of as they were able to on my own.
