When contacting them regarding the account for my husband and I their prior correspondence of payment being dispersed to be received by mail no later than the end of November (underlined in their letter mind you), nothing was ever received 10 days into December. Called to notify them, to which they refused to divulge information by phone, I asked to please have the letter re-sent by mail then. They stated no. So, if someone doesn't receive promised correspondence via mail as PROMISED, you try to call to notify, and they REFUSE to take any action it's absolutely negligent. I tried asking how they can do that because I'm only asking to re-receive whatever they supposedly sent already. Nicole HUNG UP ON ME and when I immediately called back, no one will pick up the phone line?! TERRIBLE.
Update: Them replying that they do not show us as a client is incorrect seeing as I have correspondence regarding the hernia mesh case for my FIL with their contact information, letterhead, etc. regarding his case. Clearly, continuing negligence in the response given.

I was critically injured from an industrial accident at work, my personal experience trying to get workers compensation was one of the most eye opening experiences i have ever encountered,. how a company can railroad you to nothing without legal representation. Levin Papantonio and all undersigned took the legal steps to get me in the door of workers comp. and fought for max benefits, and did not settle for low ball offers closing, when combating a company and Insurance lawyer up, the resources ,professional counsel of Levin Papantonio are highly recommended.

I contacted Mr. Soloway about a car accident, and he said that although he didn't handle car accidents, he was willing to represent me. He seemed very friendly when we met, but then he handed the case over to his "associate." I was told that although cases like mine weren't money makers, because I was only looking for money to pay current and future bills, there should be no problem. About 8 months later, he called me in to his office and told me that he was unable to get any money and doubted that he would even get enough money for me to pay my current bills. He then accused my doctor of being a racist and said that the doctor was the reason that I wasn't going to receive any money. After looking through the file that was returned to me, I could see that neither he nor his assistant ever bothered to make a single phone call or write any letters. In fact, the assistant told me that I should get my doctor to write my "medical narrative," even though it was her job to contact him. This was the worst experience in my entire life.

He gave me advise even though he would not be able to take the case. We had an uphill battle we couldn't compromise on, and needed a lawyer with maximum experience, network, skill, persistence, and availability.
We researched dozens of local criminal defense lawyers, choosing the most promising to talk with in person.
Mr. Griffith was high on the list with an extremely high peer rating and awards, and when making a consult appointment with him on the phone, he said "I hope you hire me."
In person, he was personable and polite, not arrogantly or foolishly optimistic nor cynically defeatist.
He was confident about his knowledge and if he didn't know something he'd find out without faking it.
I was scared and needy; calling or visiting with questions, requests, or to verify court dates and times(recommended), and always got help ASAP.
My case was ugly; child porn.
Not guilty, but the accusation destroys lives and defense usually gives up or loses.

Rock Stars!!! That is the only words that describe Ryan Cardoso and his entire staff. My wife and I had a motor vehicle accident. I had a slip and fall with a broken bone that required extensive and very painful surgery. I completed a form online a few months before the statute of limitations for the fall was reached. I got responses from several attorneys but chose Scott Stone. He was very enthused in the beginning. It was clearly a case of negligence. I don't know whether a deadline was missed or what happened. He didn't offer an explanation just told me I wouldn't be receiving as big a settlement as originally anticipated. Then he and his para legal stopped taking my calls. I finally spoke to him and he said I would probably only receive around $5000. I asked when and he said he didn't know when exactly. That was four years ago and I haven't heard a word from him not to mention not a penny.

Seen another attorney and felt very confused and dissatisfied. I found this office through a friend that mentioned them. They picked up my case and it was handled like it was important to them. It felt like only a month after speaking to them they reached a settlement when the last attorney I barely heard from within a year. This company is handling the closing on the sale of our house and the communication has been the worst ever. We have signed 3 extensions to the contract to date and are now being told although our contract ends tomorrow they will close the day after tomorrow. No call, no notice and this is costing us an additional $2000 in insurance expense due to.the closing not occurring by the contract . I would not recommend this company . Their communication has been non existent. Had we not called today when our paperwork did not arrive as promised we would have not been they have pushed a closing PAST our contract date. This is wrong and will cost us $2000 tomorrow because they cannot follow through per the contract and have not been courteous to even inform us. .

Just spoke with Daniel Soloway, not very impressed with his legal advice. I'm a legally blind individual I was assaulted in a parking lot in my apartment complex with no lighting where I was robbed the $55 and he says no one will take my case because 55.00 my attorney fees will be more than this. Sorry it's not a multimillion-dollar case I'm sorry I wasn't shot in the head and I'm sorry I wouldn't stabbed. I do have a police report the police have known that many incidents at this complex but you didn't want to hear that because you over talk to me way to treat a legally blind person

Only in it to take advantage of people regardless thier innocents. Told me the Judicial system just cares about processes and not justice. I am a Veteran on VA and Social Security Disability. He took all the money I had. I gave it to him up front and all he did was drag out the case for 8 months then sold me out for a plea deal because he thought I was not serious when I told him I only had the money I paid him in full up front. I had to get that $5500 from a Charity for Veterans that belived in my innocents. I still have to pay court costs which put money into funding victims of things I was not even charged with or convicted of being guilty. He can't defend your Constitutional rights. He can't defend your Declaration of Independence rights because the USA Government never made it a Lawful document. USA Independence, and individual sovereignty is a pipe dream lie which he profits from.

I hired Mr. Klotz to represent me against those who brought fraudulent charges against me in 2021. He charged me over $20,000 for his representation. When evidence in the matter, provided indisputable facts that the people who brought the charges against me had obstructed Justice by lying to law enforcement, had perjured themselves in their sworn affidavits and had engaged in other criminal activity the matter against me was dropped. Although Mr. KLOTZ told me early on in the case that he would represent me against these people in a defamation lawsuit, he latter refused to do so. Further, when a court order was issued and then later violated by local law enforcement directing them to expunge all associated records, he did nothing to hold them accountable. As such, I would not recommend Mr. Klotz, and would certainly caution anyone who might consider his legal representation. He can’t be trusted.

I'm 43... no criminal record. I received a notice for a warrant for something I didn't do. I had picked up a stray dog and the owner thought I had it and was keeping it from her. Mr Klotz was referred to me. After seeing him, he immediately worked on my case. He had someone go to the other persons home to sign a statement that it was a misunderstanding. He made calls to people he knows and gave the statement to the appropriate people immediately. Mike, his paralegal was on top of everything for him. He took my call every single time and kept me updated. The warrant was dropped (Thank God). I work in the financial industry so this would have ruined my life and future. I have no doubt that without Mike and Mr Klotz, the warrant would have led to my arrest for grand theft. Even w charges dropped or found not guilty, I would have had an arrest record that would have followed me the rest of my life. I'm so thankful to them and will never be able to truly repay them. If you need help w a criminal defense or an injury, call them. They care... they are knowledgeable.... they make miracles happen!
