Chad Boonswang Law Firm is the best! Having lost an only daughter unexpectedly and then the insurance claim denied not after the months was a nightmare. I researched different law firms and was very impressed with this law firm from the beginning. Zoe was very professional, knowledgeable, and precise. I felt that she genuinely cared about me and my situation. Michael was a lawyer and he fought for my grandchildren… remember, they loss their mom! The Boonswang Law Firm took on my case when other Lawyers Turned me down and told me I didn’t have a chance with the circumstances surrounding my life insurance claim for my Deceased Brother. Not Boonswang law firm, they told me from the Jump they will accept my case and do all they can to bring it to a successful conclusion and that is exactly what they did. I HIGHLY recommend them if you are battling a life insurance company for the pay out that you are owed. Call the BOONSwang Law firm, they will do all they can to assist you. Their fee is 1/3, but that is better than you getting 0$ from the insurance company (trying to deal with them on your own) when they try to deny your claim unjustly. John Rosenthal is hands down the best Injury Lawyer in the PA/NJ area. He went so hard to get me back the most money possible for my case. When he thought we deserved more, he fought and got us more money. He wasn’t satisfied with the settlement until I was completely satisfied with it. Most lawyers work Mon-Fri 9-5. With John I was able to reach him on. Saturday at 8pm if needed. He answered all questions and made sure I understood every aspect of my case. Five stars isn’t really enough to describe the level of satisfaction Mr. Rosenthal gave me. He deserves 10 STARS!!! My case was handled in a timely manner and I would recommend John to ANYONE who was involved in a accident or has sustained some type of injury. Mr. Rosenthal will be and still is MY lawyer. God forbid any other accidents happen but if so I know for sure that I don’t need anyone else and John is only a phone call away. I’m so thankful to have been referred to such an amazing lawyer that fought for me like he was fighting for himself.

Can’t recommend Jason enough! I was in a terrible living situation, when everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I ended up being charged with several erroneous charges, including a serious felony charge. We had a jury trial scheduled for next week, and at the last minute Jason convinced them to drop all the charges. Throughout the process he was focused, calm, and helpful. I hope to never be in a situation like this again, but if I am, I know who I’ll be calling!

I was approved for my settlement from an accident in 2018 it is now in the settlement department my only problem is I got a letter from centers for Medicare services a collection agency for Medicare saying that I owe Medicare $3,900 and something odd dollars they sent me another letter that they took $197 on my social security check and another letter said it will be coming out monthly until this matter is resolved and paid in full it is also accruing interest am I having a hardship with paying my rent and daily living expenses I would just like to know when I can receive my check so everybody's paid off

Andy's legal advice, representation, time, dedication and results are the only positive to come out of my criminal matter. I was facing some serious charges and Andy helped me to help me achieve a much better result. He stuck with me every single step of the way, he always followed up with me when he said he would, and was 100% correct every time he gave me his opinion and he was always honest in his assessment (even when at times it wasnt what what I wanted to hear). Even after the matter ended, Andy took the time to call me and offer me the best possible advice anyone could give me and basically using his advice, I was able to get a job despite my record. I chose Andy because a friend of mine recommended him. I visited with him with a lawyer in my family that told me he was clearly the best we interviewed. Andy was the best decision I made after making a big mistake and I don't know anyone outside of my family that showed more genuine care and concern for my well being and without asking me for anything in return (well after my case was over and his services were done- he helped me by giving me time and advice on his own time). Andy even texted me on my birthday to check in on me. Outside of the case- because of Andy I have become a better person and I am forever grateful to him for his help and will never forget him my whole life. I still have some things to take care of over time and I wouldn't go to anyone else except him. I wouldn't think twice to recommend him to anyone who is facing a legal issue of any kind (as he knows other experts as well) but especially in any criminal matter (mine was in the suburbs of Philadelphia)- Andy is the guy. Stephen was exactly the lawyer I needed when we reached out to him following my incident. He was very good at explaining the different options we had for contesting the case and also the likelihood of success and time lines. He's extremely personable and did well with the negotiations that were required.
I was charged with 6 offenses and was able to walk out of the courtroom with 2 offenses on my record and the main one reduced in severity. A very good result.
Stephen was very professional in all respects but particularly in the courtroom where it was obvious he was in his comfort zone. There were a few requests we had of the judge which were a little bit outside of the norm and Stephen handled them very well. We were able to get conditions added to the court documents making the probation part of my sentence much easier to handle.

I went to three law firms and they were highly recommended. I met Mr Caiazzo and he told me to go home and grieve. He was the only lawyer who actually cared. He was experienced enough to take the time to counsel me. He offered me grief counseling. He touched my heart with his kindness and understanding. I retained him six months later. I can’t say enough about this man. He settled the case while the jury was deliberating. I spoke to the jury afterward and the settlement was way higher than what they were going to award. He knew. He told me that we couldn’t risk the jury not understanding what happened. They didn’t. He donated part of his fee to St Jude’s Children Hospital on my behalf. I may never need a Lawyer again but if I do, I know who I’ll call.
