I was involved in a slip and fall which left me with a permanent injury. I was in unbearable pain and without medical insurance. My doctor recommended Adam Davis. I called Adam and as we were talking on the phone he was working on my case typing and email to the other party. Talk about fast service. Because of Adam, within 24 hours, I was able to get the medical care I needed. Miriam was recommended to me by a good friend that worked under her while in law school. The prospect of my collecting anything seemed slim at the outset. I was hit by a car while riding my bike and the car took off. I had significant injuries to my face and head. I didn't think there was anything I could do in this situation, but my friend insisted and I went to see Miriam. She listened to all of the specifics and was very honest in her assessment of what to expect, which was little. That did not stop her and her assistant from chipping away day after day, week after week. They would get in touch with me whenever they needed more information or my signatures for the release of documents, but otherwise handled everything. Very professional, caring and competent. After a number of months (this amount of time was due to my sometimes unresponsive nature) she had established a line of communication and a compelling argument for collection from the uninsured motorist clause of my mother's automotive insurance. At this point, the gentleman representing the insurance company wanted to conduct a phone interview with Miriam and myself. She walked me through this process, with pre-interview counseling and conducted the entire interview on speaker phone, stepping in when she felt it was in my best interest. A few days later she got an offer for a substantial portion of the injury limit. She gave me the pros and cons of accepting the offer and her professional judgement as to whether accepting this offer would leave money on the table. I asked her to counter offer, which she did with apparent skill and we settled for 96% of limit of the insurance. If you find yourself injured, you'd be doing yourself a serious disservice not to use Miriam. She won't leave a stone unturned in making sure you get reimbursement for your damages.

Miriam Barish represented my Mother in a case where her foot got stuck in a defective pavement, causing her to fall. She broke her femur, and also had major bruising on her face. We felt that Miriam was very compasionate, and did a great job handling her case. She always returned calls and e-mails, and kept us both informed as the case progressed. My Mother was happy with her settlement that Miriam was able to get her. She also did a great job dealing with the insurance company. I can't say enough about the help and caring that Colin provided our family. Mr Morlok was a fantastic lawyer. Before any court date, we sat down and discussed the case at hand. His opinions, advice, and recommendations were excellent. After our first court date, he insisted we kept in contact, and met in person a few more times to make sure things get handled correctly. I was collecting unemployment benefits from a Philadelphia law firm. I was hired as a management trainee for a marketing company for about 6 weeks. The position was 100% client communication. I quit due to an environmental allergen at the work site.

I was arrested for two DUI’s a short time apart. The first lawyer I hired (not Kevin) was from one of several solicitations I received in the mail a short time after my arrests. Since I knew nothing about how this all really works, I decided that they were all probably pretty much the same, so I hired the lawyer that was closest to my home. He took my $1000 deposit, and showed up for both hearings, (which really didn’t take much preliminary work on his part). I was very concerned at this early juncture so I tried to reach him at his office several times before trial on either case and he didn’t return my calls until shortly before the first trial. When he did, he said he’s been very busy with cases that are more serious and asked why I was harassing his office, even though I had only called and left polite messages, at most twice a week, without a call back. Needless to say I knew I made a big mistake hiring this guy. So I kissed the $1000 goodbye and quickly looked for another lawyer.
Kevin was recommended to me by a relative who actually works for another lawyer. After talking with him on the phone for a short time, I had a good feeling about him so I decided to make an appointment and speak to him in person. I think I just gave him my name and case numbers, but before I arrived he had already familiarized himself with both cases. He explained everything to me in detail, and patiently answered all of my questions. Although I was, of course, still concerned with the possible pending consequences of the DUI’s, I left his office feeling confident that he was really going to do his best for me. I had been so worried about losing my driver’s license, jail time, criminal record, car insurance, job reputation, etc… I didn’t want to be concerned about my lawyer too. I do field service work so my driver’s license is critical to my livelihood. I came to the conclusion that I really needed to put full faith in my lawyer and let him do his job. With Kevin I felt I could do that, so I did.
Over that course of both cases and many trial appearances, I became even more confident that I had chosen the right lawyer. I discovered that Kevin really knew is way around the court room. He had a familiar rapport with the court officers and officials and knew the personality of each of the judges. He seemed to be well liked by them. He knew exactly how to make the system work for us, and to use a verse from an old Kenny Rogers song, “knew when to hold em, and when to fold em”. He was very versed in court procedures and legalese. He knew which of the legal maneuvers to use and at which time. He kept me completely informed throughout each of the trials and proceedings. Although I’m no expert in evaluating the way a trial goes, I was amazed at his expertise and subtle finesse.
When all was said and done, both of my cases were discharged! I knew I didn’t deserve jail time or to have my license suspended or any of the other consequences, including losing my job, that would have come with a guilty verdict, and Kevin did everything right to assure that didn’t happen. I know he knows just how very grateful I am too, from my obvious joy at the outcome.

Used Kevin for my boyfriends VOP hearing. It was a first time tech. violation for a DUI case. Not only did he get the detainer lifted and avoid further jail time, he was very upfront and honest. He did not give false hopes or make unrealistic expectations. Even for a simple VOP hearing, he put time and effort into the case and even followed up after the case to ensure he was released. He also has very reasonable prices. If you need a criminal lawyer, I would highly recommend Kevin.

Jason was great! He immediatly addressed my concerns by having me forward the documentation regarding potential litigation against my company. After forwarding the documentation, I received a return call right away from Jason stating that there were numerous legal reasons why the other parties claims were worthless, and that if he needed to defend my company, he was certain he would be able to do so with 100% success. I was involved in a very lengthy divorce and custody battle. I had spent a fortune and had gotten nowhere. A friend referred me to Mr. Fenerty. I was amazed from our first telephone conversation. What can I say, sometimes we find ourselves in a tight spot. Don't take a knife to a gunfight.
