I don't thank John t orca did someone I know took her money for themselves win she try to call for help get lies I want her to sue and get the money she paid these money hungry lawyer's miss Cheryl tell her alot of lies. That all they do is tell lies. Her name Janice daye. Left her in a big mess. She calls josh he never returned her calls. Just a big rip off the lawyer got there money. Paying little small payments to the creditors then after they get there money dismiss her off bankruptcy I thank that not right. Giver her money back

Shannon has been a life saver for me. She took my case when no one else would even talk to me. I was being harassed and bullied by a large company and no one wanted to fight for the “little guy” except Shannon. She was fantastic. The large company was attempting to retaliate against me and she quickly identified they had breached their own contract. Shannon took them on and pushed them back.

Everyone at this office goes above and beyond to not only put your mind at ease but to have your back in your decisions. Matthew Minikus is an educated and experienced attorney, but what sets him apart is his passion and ability to fight in the courtroom. He was focused and confident as he presented my case, skillfully interviewed witnesses, and quickly objected to unfair statements. We were successful because of this but even more importantly is that he put in the work.
We went to court four times, and each time he took me into a private room to thoroughly review the case. He examined it from every angle, over and over, until we developed a strong, truthful argument to present to the judge. In stark contrast, other attorneys simply waved to their clients, had a brief chat, and then spent the rest of their time socializing until their cases were called. It was off putting and sad how some professionals can be so indifferent.
Please remember that if this is something serious don't just assume people are going to do the right thing. Call Matthew and talk to him for 15 minutes. A small amount of time to invest in your future. I'm sure you will be happy.

Always a great experience. Danielle (attorney) responds in a prompt matter and is always willing to answer my questions and give advice about needs that come up for clients and the real estate transactions. Desmond (paralegal) does a great job getting back to me and in a couple transactions this past week was amazing about keeping me in the loop (I'm sure I contacted him 15 times in a 2 day period). I received a traffic ticket for driving 15 miles above the speed limit. The following day I received over ten solicitations from lawyers in the area seeking to represent me. This sudden rise to fame and attention gave me the impression I was in serious trouble. And I was. Depending on how I approach the case, the consequences of my infraction include DMV points, increases in auto insurance premiums, and suspension of my driving license. I panicked and called Attorney John Eluwa for consultation. Talking to him was like attending traffic school that broke down all the elements of moving and non moving violations, the severities, and possible defenses.
