After I injured myself on a City sidewalk and found out how expensive it would be to fix my teeth, I contacted Mr. Chun just to see if I had a case for taking legal action. He ended up not taking the case, but gave me lots of good advice - for free. He also followed up and was interested in how things were going, which I thought was quite exceptional. I ended up getting reimbursed for my expenses by the responsible party's insurance. Without Mr. Chun's advice I would have never been able to achieve this good outcome. Thank you so much, Mr. Chun!

We had to seek legal help due to an accident. We were not at fault and simply wanted the other insurance to pay. They tried to play hardball and deny the payouts. We got law Arnold firm involved (friend referral) and they were able to compensate us for our trouble! We were not expecting any compensation but were glad we did, dealing with the other car insurance company was stressful (even when they were at fault) and Arnold law firm took the job off my hands, we would recommend using them, and will go back if we need anything in the future.

Earlier this year I entered into an agreement for an HVAC Contractor to do some major work on my home, but the contractor failed to complete the scope written in the contract. I refused to pay until the work was completed, but the contractor filed a mechanic's lein on my property. They dodged my contact attempts and seemed determined to take my home.

I had a medical malpractice case with Martha Taylor. I was extremely pleased with her and her staff. Obviously if you are in need of an attorney in this area of law, something has gone terribly wrong. Our case involved a minor and Martha was very conservative in her spending on expert witnesses medical experts toxicologist etc. That approach gave more money to the client after all involved were paid. All lawsuits take time sometimes years and even though our case presented special challenges she persevered and continued to Persue the best possible outcome. I found her assistant to be quick with call backs and extremely helpful with the sometimes daunting and hard to understand paperwork. I hope this review has been helpful to anyone researching miss Taylor as a potential hire for your malpractice case.

Noemi Esparza and Roger Dryer represented my son and I after a terrible car accident. I had a very long recovery and Noemi was very reassuring during the process that they would take good care of us. She was extremely thorough in knowing and learning the facts of the case. She was available to me when ever I had questions or concerns. Noemi Esparza was one of the two primary attorneys whom I hired to represent me following devastating injuries I suffered as the result of a car accident. The case lasted more than three years, and I benefited from Noemi’s genuine compassion and legal professionalism throughout. Noemi collected and preserved evidence which would prove central to the arbitration process, was involved in some of the arguments and questioning involved in the arbitration process, and was the primary attorney involved in handling negotiations with numerous insurance companies. I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.

When I was turned down for SSI David Allen took over my case immediately. I requested my file from my doctor, sent it to Mr Allen and he took it from there. I was awarded my SSI in a very short time and was able to get my life back. With being disabled and unable to work he made it possible for me to support myself. I recommend David Allen to everyone. Like most, I never expected that I would find myself going through a divorce. This, however, was not the worst part of it. I was served with a temporary DVRO from my ex-wife that was full of the most slanderous statements that I ever could have imagined and an expressed desire to move out-of-state with our 6-year old daughter. I was feeling scared, desperate, and nearly without hope.
I was referred to Mr. Burton by a dear friend of mine and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, within a short period of time, he and I found our way to craft what we believed to be a winning strategy.
We were outspent 5 to 1 and went through a grueling six day trial. But, at the end, we kept my daughter with me and I feel a tremendous amount of gratitude to the work and dedication to the truth that Mr. Burton demonstrated during our shared ordeal.

I live outside of the state and contacted Ewing Law Group when I was faced with a stressful, frustrating case and a very short time frame that would require them to travel to another county. I spoke with Jason Ewing, and during our very first conversation it became clear that he is an honest person of integrity. I explained my situation, and he took the time to answer all of my initial questions, then advised me that he could take my case but that it would be cheaper for me to choose someone closer to the county where my case was filed. Knowing my financial situation, he also offered to help me complete paperwork myself, but in the end, I asked him to take the case to avoid the stress, and I am so glad I did. Through the course of working with Jason, he was very professional, but I felt more like I was communicating with a friend than simply an attorney. I never felt rushed, or that he was “squeezing me in”, even though I had a deadline coming up when I contacted him.
He was very knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all of my questions, no matter how annoying I’m sure they were. I tend to worry but he never discouraged my “what if” questions and was patient and understanding of all my concerns. He took the time to break things down into simple terms and make sure that I understood things clearly.
I was impressed with his consistent promptness in returning calls and emails – there are attorneys who figure once they have your money, you are basically stuck, so you can wait until they get around to dealing with your situation. John was able to get the two insurance companies involved in our case to pay the maximum amount for the injuries my wife sustained in the accident she was involved in, where there were two negligent drivers at fault for the accident.
