I initially applied for Social Security Disability benefits and my claim was denied. I referred my case to David Allen to file an appeal and handle my case. They promptly prepared and filed the appeal, I was advised that should the matter require a formal hearing, the process could take upwards of 18 months. After only a few months, we were advised by the Social Security Administration, that upon review of the documents submitted with the appeal, they reconsidered and awarded me the benefits I was due, including retro active payment from the date of occurrence. I was impressed with both the short time it took to resolve the matter, as well as the little effort required on my part, past the initial interview/consultation. They were very professional throughout the process. For these reasons I would highly recommend them for people who could benefit from their services.

When I was turned down for SSI David Allen took over my case immediately. I requested my file from my doctor, sent it to Mr Allen and he took it from there. I was awarded my SSI in a very short time and was able to get my life back. With being disabled and unable to work he made it possible for me to support myself. I recommend David Allen to everyone. Like most, I never expected that I would find myself going through a divorce. This, however, was not the worst part of it. I was served with a temporary DVRO from my ex-wife that was full of the most slanderous statements that I ever could have imagined and an expressed desire to move out-of-state with our 6-year old daughter. I was feeling scared, desperate, and nearly without hope.
I was referred to Mr. Burton by a dear friend of mine and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, within a short period of time, he and I found our way to craft what we believed to be a winning strategy.
We were outspent 5 to 1 and went through a grueling six day trial. But, at the end, we kept my daughter with me and I feel a tremendous amount of gratitude to the work and dedication to the truth that Mr. Burton demonstrated during our shared ordeal.

I live outside of the state and contacted Ewing Law Group when I was faced with a stressful, frustrating case and a very short time frame that would require them to travel to another county. I spoke with Jason Ewing, and during our very first conversation it became clear that he is an honest person of integrity. I explained my situation, and he took the time to answer all of my initial questions, then advised me that he could take my case but that it would be cheaper for me to choose someone closer to the county where my case was filed. Knowing my financial situation, he also offered to help me complete paperwork myself, but in the end, I asked him to take the case to avoid the stress, and I am so glad I did. Through the course of working with Jason, he was very professional, but I felt more like I was communicating with a friend than simply an attorney. I never felt rushed, or that he was “squeezing me in”, even though I had a deadline coming up when I contacted him.
He was very knowledgeable, and was always willing to answer any and all of my questions, no matter how annoying I’m sure they were. I tend to worry but he never discouraged my “what if” questions and was patient and understanding of all my concerns. He took the time to break things down into simple terms and make sure that I understood things clearly.
I was impressed with his consistent promptness in returning calls and emails – there are attorneys who figure once they have your money, you are basically stuck, so you can wait until they get around to dealing with your situation. John was able to get the two insurance companies involved in our case to pay the maximum amount for the injuries my wife sustained in the accident she was involved in, where there were two negligent drivers at fault for the accident. He was extremely thoughtful, caring, and thorough in his handling of our case. He was even able to get me a settlement even though I was not involved directly in the accident, but was severely affected by the injuries my wife incurred due to the extenuating circumstances surrounding the accident. Most lawyers would not have thought to address my mental and emotional distress caused by the outcome of what had happened to my wife and how it affected us by causing us to miss a very important event in our lives, the memorial service, burial, and family gathering for my own mother. My son informed me of his dilemma regarding a ticket he received for excessive speeding while driving in a construction zone. I knew it was extremely serious and he needed legal representation. I looked up the Internet for a local attorney close to where he is attending a trade school. Originally, Kristina was contacted via e-mail, for an appointment and meeting location. She was very accessible for the date and location.
The seriousness of my son’s case would result in his license suspension, no traffic school, DMV points, and extreme fines. During the two court appearances, Kristina met with the DA’s Office to negotiate reduction of speed, no points, traffic school, lesser fines, and no license suspension.

I was falsely accused of a sex crime, I hired Mr. Mathew Martinez to defend me against false charges from the the DA. From the time I hired him, he knows already all the accusations are incorrect and evidence provided by the DA are inconsistent and unreliable, he already know exactly of what to do on how to get my case dismissed. My case took about a year in pending because of certain reasons like delaying tactic, but this lawyer never gave up on me and continued to fight for me, gave me update in a timely manner. The DA gave several offers for me to take from no resolution, to a year jailtime with registration, to six months Jail time to no registration to the point that no jailtime and no registration and a felony charges down to misdimeanor, but Atty. Mathew was very confident and smart, even before the DA starts offering their resolution, Atty. Mathews was already ahead of a game telling me of what's going to happen and what he feels the DA is going to offer to resolve the case, and rest assured what he told me is exactly what happened. several offers was given by the DA to the point that they even offered no Jailtime at all. I know my freedom was in a jeopardy at that time, and dont know exactly of what is going to happen to me or where would this case take me, but I know and I believe that the truth will prevail in Gods perfect timing. Mr. Mathew Martinez was used as the instrument to help me, his unique move as defence attorney is one of a kind, he is very comfortable in court as if he's the only man running the show while in the court room, he talks very straight forward to theprosecuter demanding them and challenging them to dismis my case and promising them that they are not going to win. Without Atty. Mathew help and advices, I would have probably got deceive by the DA's offer and ended up losing by accepting their resolution. The DA ended up throwing my case last minute for lack of evidence.
Mr. Martinez is a great lawyer and highly recommended. He even tried to help me giving me enough time to afford his fee in a installment way.

My ex slapped a restraining order on me for nothing. Mr. Martinez handled the DVTRO hearing. He told me not to worry about anything. He was aggressive, prepared, and he knew what to do when we got into the courtroom. Not only was the RO against me denied, the judge granted my request for a restraining order against my ex. I am now in the process of becoming a citizen. If not for his aggressive representation my dream of becoming a citizen might no be possible. Paul Wagstaff is trustworthy to a fault. Who ever heard of a lawyer that pays a client's debts from his contingency fees? It took him a while to get to the meat of this personal injury case, but once he got it he brought home the bacon. Paul is very laid back and treats his clients with the utmost respect. He really is honest to a fault and is transparent in his dealings with his clients. The downside is that Paul is very naive and somewhat gullible to conniving greedyx2 liars who prey on individuals like him who try to be trustworthy and loyal.

Written on 11/2015 I was so pleased with Mr Edlow's performance, he accepted a very difficult slip and fall (Public Entity) case. My case was pursued aggressively and was quick to realize that he was not only defending me as a client, but also defending my wife and 3 children that were affected as a direct result of my injuries. Every avenue of my case was carefully examined from a loss of consortium claim for my wife, to a negotiated discounted amount to be paid back to my medical insurance for past medical bills.
