I had used 2 lawyers in the past for car accidents. One did nothing and I got almost no money. I think that guy really didn't know how to deal with insurance companies. The second guy was eager to do whatever the claim person said instead of what was best for me. My neighbor raved about Ron so I tried him. Like they say, the third time is the charm. He was really nice from the first time we met. He explained the law and claim processes to me (no one did that in the past), kept me informed about what the other side was doing, kept in contact to see how I was doing and what my doctors were doing, and then told me the best course of action, even though he would get less money! Wow. I asked around before settling and three other lawyers (my neighbor is in the business) said Ron was getting me a great deal. I was really happy. Plus, he always has a good story to tell that is not lawyer related and that made feel more at home and sure he is a real guy and not just saying things to get me to sign up. After I showed my papers to my neighbor, he told me he was going to refer all his injury clients to Ron; that's a major endorsement I think.

They were able to analyze and present all the possibilities to work with my difficult case. Professional, responsive (attorney even responded to my queries while they were overseas) and personable. I was referred to Jeff Weninger by a chiropractor to help me resolve my injury case. My accident occurred in April 2021. The communication is close to non existent, it takes days to get a response via email and every time I call to check the status of my case Jeff is in a meeting. I was originally told my case would easily be resolved in 6 months it’s now going on 10 months and this case is still has not been settled. Jeff the lawyer I’m working with shows no sign of proactive involvement or a sense of urgency to resolve my case. Please be warned if you are seeking legal assistance with an accident case and looking to move on with your life, look elsewhere because Jeff Weninger has a lack of urgency, horrible communication, and he will take FOREVER to resolve your case. Today I had to find out my car has been deemed a total loss by going to my dealership. Jeff was not aware nor have I been compensated for anything this situation is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

I recommend Jeff to anyone wanting clear directions. I had no clue what to do or where to start. I had no idea what was going to happen. Jeff lead us through all the legal stuff that was foreign to us. He was patient, thank goodness. His staff took care of all the research, paper work, etc. The only hard part was the travel time to Sacramento. I had a hard time riding in a car after my accident. I was rear ended. Any little sudden movement was upsetting. But we persevered. Thank goodness we had Jeff to handle everything. He is very kind. Thank you Jeff.

We had to seek legal help due to an accident. We were not at fault and simply wanted the other insurance to pay. They tried to play hardball and deny the payouts. We got law Arnold firm involved (friend referral) and they were able to compensate us for our trouble! We were not expecting any compensation but were glad we did, dealing with the other car insurance company was stressful (even when they were at fault) and Arnold law firm took the job off my hands, we would recommend using them, and will go back if we need anything in the future.

I actually have a torn meniscus in my left knee. This firm Strung me a long for 3months with huge estimates. Imagine Elsa saying you’re gonna make millions of this case. It’s been 3months no work, no money, just her telling me be patient.
3months later and I still have a torn meniscus and disengagement papers smh.
Life gives you lemons, squeeze! Maybe my wealth is meant to be obtained though and other means but I think priority is health so I’m gonna focus on that.

To anyone injured, I was in the beginning of what appeared to me to be a simple accident. It ultimately turned into a complicated, multi-plaintiff, multi-defendant with as many as six law firms involved. It had as many twists and turns as a good suspense movie. I shudder to think what the outcome might have been if I had chosen another firm. As I healed from my injuries, Lance made sure I had excellent care and did not come out of pocket for the spine and nerve damage and physical therapy or any of the other consultants and specialists my case required. Lance navigated the complexities of the case masterfully with the skill that only comes from years of successful experience.
