We had to seek legal help due to an accident. We were not at fault and simply wanted the other insurance to pay. They tried to play hardball and deny the payouts. We got law Arnold firm involved (friend referral) and they were able to compensate us for our trouble! We were not expecting any compensation but were glad we did, dealing with the other car insurance company was stressful (even when they were at fault) and Arnold law firm took the job off my hands, we would recommend using them, and will go back if we need anything in the future.

I want to thank Andrew Minney, the lead lawyer, and his excellent team including Deana Morales and Luke Herngren for handling the legal matters following the car accident, and TBI injury for my child. It takes a team of people like this group to stay on top of filings and procedures, so there are no glitches. The process was a long one but smooth. I dont know what your situation is and im keeping my name hidden for privacy reasons but this guy isaac choy saved my life literally. At first i thought he wasnt doing his job but he was i was just too impatient. Its a slow process. Dont trick yourself being impatient. I had a case in 2019 and the only deal was 7 years 4 month and 4 felonies including a california strike. I got him as a panel attorney and he saved my life. Lets fast forward to sentencing. We did not file a romero motion and he got me 2 felonies no strike no prison time and a county year all of which i served on ankle monitor. I think i did about 88 days total in the main jail maybe less but that was prior to him actually starting the work on my case. In the beginning i felt like he was ignoring me but hes just like that. He works like that but he WAS working to help me and for me and i couldnt have asked for a better outcome or attorney. Let him work for you. Its going to take some time because theirs so many california cases. I hope your end result is as good as mine

Mr. Donato was not aggressive and didn't communicate well. In fact he didn't do much. I called and emailed him several times , to no avail. I met with Donato once to discuss case strategy. The day of the "Hearing of information" Mr. Donato tells me he cannot go to trial for me and that I would have to hire another attorney. Donato referred me to his Private Investigator, we spoke I paid her retainer as well and never heard from this person again. I'm still waiting for a response to my many text and email attempts. Nevertheless, Donato cut me a refund check to go away. I guess my money wasn't good enough. Zero Stars. I hired the public Defender and I'm 150% satisfied comparing to my previous council.

My story begins a year ago when my house was raided by the cops. They were lookin for someone who had a warrant. When I went to jail my whole life flipped upside down. Fear of losing my job and even worse ruining my record with a felony was overwhelming. My public defender said that I didn't have a case and they weren't likely to give me a deal or a break. Immediately I began searching for a lawyer. Like everyone who searches for a lawyers, my number one concern, after winning the case, would be the ammount I paid for the lawyer. Alan Donato's hiring fees were a couple thousand dollars cheaper than other lawyers. After I hired him my worries went away. He walked me through every step of the way. Basically all I needed to do was show up when he needed me to. Most of the language and laws were foreign to me but I wasn't worried. One year later, my case is being dropped after I complete some classes. It went from no case and no chance of winning with the public defender to a total victory in my eyes.. I just wanted to thank Mr. Donato again. You saved my life!

Small retainer and a flat monthly legal fee. There's a reason for that. Litigation is a long process and majority of that process is your file just sitting there. Meanwhile Foondo's cashes your $1750+ monthly check. The attorneys will convince you to settle the case for pennies siting, "It's the best you'll get." After almost two years of paying a $5K retainer and Foondo's taking a $1750 monthly fee and his joke of an attorney telling me to settle my case for $15K, I took my case elsewhere - we went to trial and it resulted in a multi-million dollar judgment. Litigation is a horrible situation to find yourself in. An attorney that exploits that and profits off of it is the last thing you need.

Mr Scharg signed a contract to represent me four months ago in a lawsuit. Four months went by and he did nothing on the case. Then he sent me a letter saying that he was not going to represent me in a lawsuit but he would only send a demand letter and negotiate if the person responded. Two weeks after the person did not respond Mr. Scharg sent me a closing the case letter. He is someone I would definitely not recommend. I feel he's only going to take cases where he thinks he can make the most money.

Every other 1 star rating I see is the same reason for my rating for this attorney, he is only interested if the case will be big enough for his time.. Even if theirs a couple claims or even one he can take he prefers it to be worth a lot more. He immediately blocked my phone number after telling me a certain claim wouldn’t be able to go through yet there was others like retaliation and unlawful determination. I closed out my previous pre litigation attorneys to go thru Falakasa for litigation, all just to regret ever had doing so horrible attitude and can sense his hunger of greed… definitely don’t waste your time on this law firm.
