Great firm to deal with. I am in Canada and expanding my business to the state of Florida. They incorporated my business as well as helped me with guidance on navigating other topics as things are much different in USA vs Canada. The immigration lawyer I am using also told me they gave me the correct advice for a non-resident as it is common for Canadian's to set things up correctly and be given the wrong legal advice.

I was referred to Coleman Law Group by a Physician I was seeing after a car accident. The point of contact person was a nice individual on the phone and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me to recover from the accident. Though a minor one, the impact on my physical and professional life was sufficient enough to pursue legal compensation. However, over time, and more time and even more time, it became increasingly apparent my point of contact person had little experience and I was given next to no guidance or attention. There was always another random person contacting me from their Firm with the same questions over and over again. It was so frustrating. Then I was told that they would be handing my case over to another Firm which led me to understand that they were incapable of delivering on their commitments. I was discouraged but then was given spectacular care, attention and guidance that led to an agreeable resolution to my Case and finally allowing me to move on with my life after working a brief but productive time with The Walker Law Group. Best thing that The Coleman Law Group did for me was hand me over to them. I was just disgruntled that Coleman was compensated more for very little contribution.

Wort lawyer ever better off with a Public defender that got me 18monyhs hired deburg and left with 21 months never returns calls rude staff or security not helpful at all everyone in the office acts like they don’t no what’s going on and if you are incarcerated will never come see you to discuss your case. Ya he is cheap but honestly is a terrible lawyer needs to find a different career or retire. I definitely do not recommend him!!!

Bill is unproductive and unprofessional. You have to press and press him before he actually files anything. Lacks communication with his clients, and either is to preoccupied to take notes or doesn't care to.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Bennett. I was subpoenaed for two full consecutive days, yet not once was I called to testify. I spent both days waiting in a cold hallway, without any communication from the attorney, while dealing with my autoimmune diseases.
During this time, I had to miss two full days of work from my two jobs, which resulted in lost wages. Additionally, I incurred expenses for parking and childcare for my two young children, ages 5 and 7. As a single mother who hustles to make ends meet, this situation was not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Furthermore, the subpoena was not even served to me directly. Other individuals had to give me the papers, which raises questions about the legality of the service. However, I complied to avoid being held in contempt of court.
This experience highlighted a lack of consideration and respect for my time and circumstances. I urge others to seek legal representation from someone who values and respects the lives of others.

I’m a 36-year-old software engineer living in the Midwest. Most of my early life I never had good credit. 3 months ago my credit scores were 580 low 600s. I was obviously not happy with those scores so I started to clean up my credit. Opened 2 secured cards; Discover IT for 200; Navy Federal secured for 250. Did the pledge loan as well; self-account, stellar fi, boom for renting reporting, cap one only a 300 limit. I went in here for notarization two times on the 9th of July. Super friendly staff and Mr Moreno too! I asked him if he could assist me in a real estate issue and he said yes and to send him my file. I received an acknowledgement of receipt and that someone would get back to me. This was the second week of July. I called 3 weeks later and I was told someone would get back to me and then radio silence. This case is very sensitive to my livelihood and urgency is necessary in light of a party that is involved and her expected life span. Mr Moreno's and the staff friendliness made me comfortable in asking for legal assistance. I did a ton of investigation before sending this file as to the location of parties involved and was always willing to investigate more. Not sure what to do now...

Smith wrote one incorrect demand letter and filed one incorrect complaint. He filed my work product and failed to produce my documents. My documents were extensive and would have forced a settlement discussion. He billed me approximately $12,000 - his paralgal time was $2000. He harrassed me for 9 months involving my new lawyer William Walker. So no work was done while Smith chased me for approximately 5,000. I fired Smith and then Walker. They colluded to get me to pay Smith. They may threaten to sue me for defamation. Their problem is they have NO CASE. I can documenet every word of this review with text and Emails and correspondence.
Smith chased me without any legal authority to do so (His fee agreement was contradictory, confusing to all that viewed it including his mediator friend. He is a liar and a bad lawyer. I am 72 and starting with Smith I lost every dime. I paid horrible lawyers over $150,000. Each was unable to negotiate a settlement. Each billed time that they could never justify.
I was a paralegal and legal manager, I settled thousands of lawsuits in mass tort, had authority and settled cases for major clients and yet these lawyers cost me my financial life; And a home I intended to leave to my family. Please pay attention. Incompetance is bad, but lies and harrasment seems common in Pinellas County. I will review 5 lawyers - Smith, WIlliam Walker, Carolyn Margolies and Jesse Skipper. To be upfront, I was on the opposing side of this attorney. I can't speak on his ability with other areas of law, but regarding Family Law, I can give you full insight. Mr. Goldstein is not the most intelligent attorney on this matter, but his aggressiveness, ability to manipulate and come up with stories are his strong suits. This worked out well for him in the beginning of our case; however, I learned how to handle Mr. Goldstein's tactics soon enough. As a result, Mr. Goldstein was easily handled going forward, both while being represented or just representing myself. The key to dealing with Mr. Goldstein is to just make sure you keep EVERY piece of communication involving Mr. Goldstein because he always tends to shoot himself in the foot during his cocky emails. By doing this, I submitted his communications to the judge as evidence and used case law Rosen v. Rosen which shows that a party is being difficult and intentionally delaying a solution and as a result, the judge awarded me $2,000 in attorney fees. Mr. Goldstein attempted to manipulate the child support calculations by submitting only half of his client's annual income, committing potential fraud. When he got caught red handed as we had all the W-2s in our possession, comically provided to us accidentally by someone from his office, he continued to deny and lie. Needless to say, not only did Mr. Goldstein look horrible in the eyes of the court, but Mr. Goldstein and his client (my ex) parted ways immediately after. Just be prepared for a circus show when going against this attorney.

I have lived in St. Pete for 30 years and have always heard good things about Justin but never expected to need to hire a personal Injury Lawyer. I was referred to him and hired him to represent me in a chapter 13 bankruptcy case. His performance, follow through and legal guidance was mediocre. He missed two major events that he could and should have anticipated that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I fired him and had to hire and pay for another attorney to complete my chapter 13 filing. He just was not apologetic and just seemed to be relieved that he no longer was obligated to complete his representation. I would advise not using him under any circumstance.

After weeks of going nowhere, Mr. David R. Singha finally mailed needed paperwork for me to sign, notarize, and mail back to a P.O. Box (March 9, 2016). His words "Once he receives paperwork he will send me my check." I haven't heard anything from him since letting me know he received my paperwork, nor have I received my check. Mr. David R. Singha Probate Attorney knows the laws of the state of Florida. He was hired back in June/July of 2015, and should've anticipated Medicare process. Now I'm waiting, again, for any scrap of information, as to: Where is my money? Why don't I have my money yet? What is taking so to get long to get my money? Who has my money? I am sick, Mr. Singha knows this but he continues to manipulate my wait time for disbursement of an awardment. Instead of relaying my check has come and he's sending paper for me to notarize and send back, then promptly sending check, Mr. Singha continues still to leave me in a state of confusion and frustration by continuing to keep my awardment with no known just cause. I would not recommend Mr. Singha to anyone.
