I could not be happier with the way James handled my case. I felt as though I was the only client he had and all his time was devoted to me. James is very response to email or calls. Even on weekends I know he would get back to me. I actually was shocked when he responded to me on a Saturday. I felt as I had a friend representing me not not a lawyer, that's what it felt like. I could trust him as a friend trust another friend. I would recommend James to anyone that is looking for the help the deserve. I had the pleasure of meeting and being represented by James Bergstedt. I was severly injured by a driver who was operating his car while under the influence (DUI). Jim Bergstedt is an excellent attorney! As a physician, it is very difficult to understand all the implications and legal jargon of a contract for employment. My contract was 13 pages long. Jim Bergstedt did a phenomenal and extensive job reviewing my contract. He had numerous suggestions and recommendations, of which several were well taken at the institution where I have accepted a position.
Jim Bergstedt has also been pivotal in the formation of my Trust in order to protect my assets and has also worked on my family's Will. He is very knowledgeable and bright. He works hard. Christian Cuevas handled our case. Definitely hire these guys if you value getting your phone calls and emails returned in a timely manner, which makes A HUGE difference when you've got creditors breathing down your neck. You can also count on them not being salesy, and they won't over-promise, in order to try to get your business. The first personal injury lawyer I hired, I did not do adequate research on and she ended up dropping the ball, which delayed the settlement of my case. So it's been a huge relief to have everything done and over with, thanks to Adams Davis.

Mr. Paul saved my life and my career in Unit States by helping me to fighting with my case, Since my girlfriend and I are both very emotional, we had a minor argument while driving and ended up being involved with the police because of some conflicts. However, due to some misunderstandings, the police arrested me and defined it as domestic violence. This was a shame for me and I stayed in jail for a night. Finally, since I was not familiar with Salt Lake City, I randomly made a few calls to local law firms. Finally, Mr. Paul was very patient in helping me and my girlfriend what to do when he received my call for the first time. In the end, the case was dismissed, and he used the shortest time to do more efficient things. And when he has time, he will teach me like an elder.

I contacted the Ault Firm at the beginning of my divorce. I had already filed papers on my own and they reviewed them for me during our free consultation. They suggested I simply continue on that track, because I was doing well enough...But to call them if I needed them.
When I got cornered by the opposing party's legal counsel, Chris stepped in and handled my divorce case most professionally and with great courtesy. We had a brief court appearance, and the outcome, though divorce is never the desirable outcome, was the best that it could be.

Just got the bill...$900 for absolutely nothing in return that was useful and maybe a 30 minute consult before actually signing any engagement letter. I would not recommend these guys for any services.

Chad regularly lies and tramples the rules--which might be fine to you, if you benefit from his cheating. He is an impetuous attack dog who cares about his clients and fights hard for them. He is what people, myself included, look for in a litigator. While most attorneys are averse to conflict, Chad is not. Moreover, Chad is not greedy like many attorneys. Then why not a five-star review, you say?
