Having to deal with my legal issues was stressful. I don’t know what to expect. I feel like she worked really hard to help

This review is long overdue. A dissolution is an extremely emotional and draining process period. The best thing you can do for yourself and for your child may not just be to get a divorce, but to work with a firm that genuinely cares about your circumstances and will fight tooth and nail for you. I get emotional just reflecting on how much more I got out of my dissolution than I could have ever imagined if it weren’t for Paul, Liz, and Linda. These 3 ARE the light at the end of the tunnel.
Who you work with MATTERS, especially if you’re involved in a high-conflict divorce with children involved. Do what’s best for yourself and your children and retain this firm. I am writing this with tears because of how grateful I am to have these 3 incredible attorneys by my side every step of the way.

I recommend White and Amundson to the fullest degree for my wonderful experience with their counsel and staff. Despite challenging opposing party, Dan White maintained his composure and always negotiated in good faith. Dan White was ethical in the ways that he interacted with the plaintiff and in how he was honest with me. Even though I was involved in a frivolous lawsuit, it felt comforting to have Dan White's commanding and impressive personage. Mr. White showed great judgement in his negotiations with the plaintiff as well as myself. They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I don't highly recommend this attorney unfortunately. Difficult to get ahold of and her email responses came across pretty rude and insensitive. Continually reminding of the fact "we wouldn't have been in this spot had we hired a lawyer years ago to handle this, now we have to pay for the mistake. " Probably said that at least 5 times or something similar . Personally, when you hire someone to help out navigate legal issues that are completely foreign to you that are stresseful and expensive it would be nice to at least have someone to work with that feels like is on your side and explains things that are understandable to someone witout knowledge of legal terms. I've worked with plenty of lawyers where that is the case where they have empathy for you and you feel like someone has your back. Unfortunately that is not the case with this Attorney Andrea.

I have used Rebecca twice on two totally different matters and she was terrific each time. The first time she represented us against a hostile renter who was threatening to sue. She listened carefully, did careful research and wrote a four page letter detailing his violations of our rental agreement that extinguished the matter. This Spring were decided to sell our home and she agreed to present us in drawing up the Purchase/Sale Agreement. Our closing is this week and she has been wonderful. Even though five years lapsed between our contacts it was as if it were yesterday. She is personable and takes a direct interest in you as her client. If I may say so, I would call her a friend. Retained Jorgensen law to appeal my case within the 60 days allowed and my case was not only ignored but closed by social security because they never filed a appeal. The entire staff at the office gives the run around and no answers. Ask to speak to a attorney and they’ll refuse. This form is a clown show. Instead of helping they only added stress.

I had the unfortunate experience of having William J Kiernan represent me during a criminal matter as a contract attorney for the Alternate Public Defender. He refused to take my phone calls, he refused to respond to my emails, he refused to meet with me and most importantly he refused to properly prepare for my trial Kiernan, literally, did no preparation at all. He even failed to send out a written discovery request. Needless to say the trial did not go well. He is lazy, incompetent and basically worthless as an advocate. I would not recommend him in any capacity whatsoever.

I was uncomfortable from the first time I walked into the office. I felt like I was in the middle where they just grind out bankruptcies. I was not happy about filing a bankruptcy but it needed to be done. In the meantime things went from bad to worse my son died and I was in the hospital for a month. When I told them I really wanted to go with a different firm one of their employees told me that they would keep me in court to use all the money. I was talking about small claims court. She was almost yelling at me. I’m thinking about making a complaint with the state attorney board. But I warn you right now stay away from them. I am shortly going to be 74 years old. And the way she yelled at me it was almost elder abuse. I believe their shysters. And due to my failing health. I’ve been delayed and filing a small claims court. To my knowledge you cannot be represented by an attorney in small claims court. But apparently their employee thought differently. Beware
