Do NOT Use this firm theyve scammed me upwards of $10,000 by collecting the money and have not done a single thing and they don’t communicate for months upon months read the other reviews as well. They do the same thing to others I was promised so much and they have not done a single thing. My lawyer didn’t even show up to my court date and said he sent somebody else. I have my life endangered and he was supposed to help me get a restraining order. It has been two months since he has gotten back to me. I have had Sean as my lawyer for a year and he has only lost me everything with no communication.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with a lawyer in my life. Ricardo is clear, polite, and very professional. He always returned my calls and often reached out to ask if I had further questions. The staff is also very understanding of my many limitations regarding technology and offered to help whenever they could. You can also tell that the staff constantly communicates with the lawyers about your case, which is very important.
I am so happy I found this Law office. My previous experience with immigration lawyers in this city was not the best, and I was very scared to reach out, but I am glad I did.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

They sent the dealer I bought a car from a demand letter without my knowledge and I don’t even know how he got my information I don’t know how this is legal. I only found out from the dealership. Kasra Sadr was doing all of this behind my back trying to get money from the dealer I bought a car from. I never knew this lawyer before I got notification about a demand letter sent on MY BEHALF?? WITHOUT MY CONSENT. This is absolutely INSANE! What a low thing to do. There is nothing wrong with my car and I have NO IDEA how he got my information. Then he tried to convince me to sue the dealership and that I could “make a lot of money” since my car has been in an accident according to the auto check. But I already knew this when I bought the car and literally signed for it so there was NO POINT in trying to sue them for something I already knew about at the time of the purchase. He not only violated my privacy by getting my information, but also tried to get me to falsely sue the dealership when they did nothing wrong and disclosed everything to me. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

In January 2020, I had filed for a divorce. By the fall of 2021, my lawyer informed me she could no longer represent me. I needed a reputable, trustworthy lawyer that would not bail on me again.
In my online research, I found Dell'Acqua Law and left a note on the website. I did not expect to hear a response for 48 hours or so. The next day, Dawn Dell'Acqua and I had a virtual conversation! Dawn could see I was feeling vulnerable and broken. My marriage of 19 years was a complex case. My ex was not an easy person to deal with.
My worries dissipated quickly working with Dawn, Ariel Barbre, and the amazing office staff. They were professional yet personable. I just wanted to write that Attorney Diaz is an excellent attorney and represented me in an case that caused me a lot of sleepless nights. I liked that he always returned my emails and took his time to answer all my questions and relieve some of the stress. My ex filed legal documents against me telling the judge all the lies about me harassing her etc. I couldn’t believe people could just write lies and the court issued a protection order against me, I could not even see my children and I felt my life was crumbling, When I talked to attorney Diaz he told me what we needed to do and he explained things very well. We filed a long response that were all factual and which dealt with each and every lie that my ex used to keep my children away from me. Attorney Diaz made me feel like “we would win” even before we had the hearing. Attorney Diaz talked to me several times while he wrote down the legal documents stating my side of the case. He was very good in court, when he started asking my ex questions about her allegations her attorney would “abject” and try to stop the questioning but the judge kept saying “over ruled” and even told the other attorney that they were making too many abjections. Attorney Diaz then started making really good questions, very precise and my ex didn’t have the answers. After the hearing I thought Attorney Diaz did a very perfect job. The judge took a break and we had to wait like 20 minutes. Then when he came back he dismissed the restraining order in full and after dismissing the restraining order the judge even said that my ex was not believable because attorney Diaz had caught her in a big lie. Attorney Diaz asked her the same important question at the end of the questioning and my ex stated a different answer than what she had written on her legal documents, so the judge basically said she was either lying in court, or did not have enough memory to support a restraining order. I ended up hiring Attorney Diaz to represent me in my full divorce case and he did his job with professionalism and kept me in the loop, He reunited me with my children which is why I decided to give him a good review, and would refer him to anyone who needs a good attorney.
