My experience applying for the K1 visa for my fiancé with Yasrebi Law has been exceptional. Communication with the team was always clear and prompt, and the process of gathering necessary information was thorough. Nicolas Jurado was assigned to our case, and he was fantastic to work with. His communication was excellent, and he ensured we stayed on track, rushing us when necessary. Nicolas closely monitored our case until my fiancé was able to pick up the visa package. We encountered some difficulty when the embassy requested our travel itinerary and port of entry, but both Noushin and Nicolas efficiently handled the situation. I met in person with Mr. Arash Yasrebi, I wanted him to take both cases and he said: he takes my spouse case because he is sure, in return to the fees I pay he will get me that green card but about my cousin’s case he said “No”, due to the nature of the case he cannot be sure of the result.
I insisted that he takes my cousin’s case, if no results I don’t blame him. He said he does not want to charge me for something that he cannot promise but he can refer me to people who work on such cases.
I had consultation with other attorneys too, and the fees I am paying to Yasrebi Law is almost twice as the others but I like their honesty. They are honest and professional.

If you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. We had the misfortune of being involved in a personal injury case, but fortunate enough to have Tanya, Robert and team in our corner. The truth of the matter is, no one hopes to need an attorney -- but when you do, you'd best have a good one.
My case is finally resolved. I feel neutral but optimistic. There were a lot of obstacles to overcome. I'm learning to move on past the negative feelings that a lawsuit will no doubt bring up. That I feel positive at all is largely due to how calm, professional, fair, knowledgeable, connected, responsive, and empathetic Tanya's team is.
If you examined my case, it's clear that Tanya, Robert and team did an amazing job. Just about every box was checked. I would still trade it all in a heartbeat for the injury case to never have come up. Only a genie could do that. Tanya, Robert and team were the next best thing.
I would not hesitate to recommend this firm, but hope to never need to.

I had a pretty straight forward uncontested divorce, but there still is paperwork and hoops to go through that I wanted help with to make sure it's done correctly.
