If you are shopping for a divorce attorney, you have my sincere sympathies. Its an awful process and was certainly one of the lowest points in my life. When looking for and attorney I was told to meet at least a few and find the right fit. I did that but after meeting the first two, I was disgusted. All I got was "we will go after them for this and that..." it was a process that seemed to be designed for them to make as much money as possible. Then I met Bill Parks and everything felt much better. Bill is a very calm person who instantly makes you feel like you are in the right hands. I think its very rare to be able to say this, but Bill genuinely cares for his clients and understands what you are going through is tough. I really can not recommend Parks Law Group highly enough.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my unfortunate experience with Dolan Law Firm. I also appreciate the time the case manager, Mercedes, took to briefly listen to my concerns. I didn't expect to receive services from Dolan Law Firm from the questions I was asked during the information (intake) gathering. I messaged them since their website was advertised on another website as a possible law firm for civil rights cases. I read their reviews and a lot of reviews seem to be accident (personal injury) cases. Possibly there's a quota that needs to be fulfilled or the documentation that was requested that I emailed to the case manager was reviewed and or searched possibly for a statement regarding a accident and or personal injury, I am uncertain. I would have preferred to have received an email message regarding the type of case(s) the law firm is/was currently interested in taking.I realize not every person and or potential clients can be 'pleased'. However, the few negative reviews listed for this law firm have concerning and possibly valid points that I think potential clients may (or may not) want to consider. I did not receive services from this company/law firm, so I would not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

We didn't plan to find a personal injury lawyer in the beginning, thinking we can deal with insurance ourselves. Boy that was such a wrong and naïve decision. Navigating personal injury claims is like going through an uncharted jungle -- there were so many laws and regulations that we were unaware of. Unless you specialize in law, it's a very difficult process to go through. On top of that, communicating with the opposing insurance company was extremely challenging.
Two months before our claim expires, we just received a notice from the insurance company (as required by law) that we only have 2 months left to settle the claim. We immediately came to Harris Personal Injury Lawyers group after a referral, and this made a night-and-day difference! The team is very attentive, professional, and truly cares about us (their clients). They listened to our needs and frustrations, and they worked with us patiently to help us get our proper compensation (in fact, they got the maximum amount of compensation available for us). They also explained all of their processes to us and constantly kept us in the loop on what's going on. I feel so much at ease working with them, knowing they will take care of all of the complicated legal issues.
Once the settlement was finalized, it was far from over. We didn't realize our insurance company had erroneously placed all the medical charges against us, saying we have to pay them back now that the settlement was over. Again, the team at Harris Personal Injury Lawyers worked diligently to appeal those wrong charges, and they were able to correct the wrong charges of $62k to $265 - yes, a total of $61k of wrong charges!
We are so grateful to the Harris team! Go with them, and you won't regret.

I was in a serious accident in The Mission District (San Francisco) on my bicycle that involved being hit by a car which resulted in paramedics, a major bone break, a major surgery, a multiple nights hospital stay, hardware being placed in my arm, physical therapy, and a follow up surgery (amongst many other headaches and heartaches). I actually turned to my dad (a lawyer himself) to help me find someone to take on my case in San Francisco. He ultimately linked me to Choulos Choulos & Wyle. Claude Wyle gladly took on my case and, I must say, it was the right choice.
As a San Francisco resident who has predominately commuted and gotten around SF on his bicycle since 2006, it was refreshing to be in the hands of a law firm who are fellow cyclists (both pedal- and motor-) who understand bicyclists' rights in the city and the many hazards that are put in front of cyclists in a city full of potential dangers. I had never been in an accident in all of my 15+ years of bicycling in the city so this was uncharted territory for me. Claude and his team were very responsive throughout the process (which dragged due COVID's impact on the world and the legal system). Claude and his team were empathetic, patient, and gave sound advice in response to all of my questions and my occasional anxieties throughout the process.
Claude ultimately helped me settle my case handsomely which was a balm to all the pain and suffering I endured during and after my accident. I will probably always have some difficulties arising from my injury but Claude fighting for a fair settlement made my physical losses a much easier pill to swallow. Claude went above and beyond! He tenaciously fought for me in settling the case with the driver's insurance company and in negotiating bills down with my own medical insurance company to help me maximize my settlement! He's a Bay Area man and was extremely knowledgeable and savvy when it came to navigating the legal system, insurance companies, and my case. They are honest, that is what I like the most. When I was looking for an attorney, I had two cases; one for my spouse and the other one my cousin’s immigration case. I met in person with Mr. Arash Yasrebi, I wanted him to take both cases and he said: he takes my spouse case because he is sure, in return to the fees I pay he will get me that green card but about my cousin’s case he said “No”, due to the nature of the case he cannot be sure of the result.
I insisted that he takes my cousin’s case, if no results I don’t blame him. He said he does not want to charge me for something that he cannot promise but he can refer me to people who work on such cases.
I had consultation with other attorneys too, and the fees I am paying to Yasrebi Law is almost twice as the others but I like their honesty. They are honest and professional.

Have a discrimination lawsuit against our landlords. They reached out to Matt and he emailed us asking if we can come to some sort of settlement. We agreed, and he tried to sneak a bunch of crazy things that we didn't agree on into the contract, which we of course denied. He then threatened us by saying that if we don't revoke our 'bogus" complaint to the DFEH then they won't be "as nice as they have been". Now obviously he doesn't really know much about tenant/landlord law because that is considered retaliation. I know a lawyers job is to defend their client no matter what but threatening a family who complained to the appropriate authorities is in poor taste, regardless of your job
