If you have any Immigration issues, feel like your case isn't moving or going anywhere, or if you think it's too complicated, I highly recommend Atty Rosy Cho. I've acquired a service from a well-known Filipino Immigration Law Firm. I had great consultations with the Partner/Face/Front of the company, and my questions and queries were answered by what I wanted to hear. I decided to acquire their services. I paid the retention fee as agreed. Later found out that my case was assigned to an associate when I called for a follow-up question. I find that interesting since I paid a partner's retention fee. I shrugged it off since I was assured the partner is overseeing my case. That's not why I left their service. After a few months have passed since I acquired the services and filled up the forms, but I have not received any receipts or notifications from USCIS. I decided to pick up the phone request for an update. That's when the paralegal told me I was missing documents that's why it was not filed. That was the last straw. I went searching for another firm through Yelp/Google. That was when I saw Atty Cho's reviews. I was impressed I decided to contact her. Right off the bat, I connected with her and her paralegal. She reviewed my documents and situations and made me sign documents to withdraw my paperwork from the other firm. Not even months I started receiving notifications. Atty Cho works tirelessly and continues to follow up if any updates or my attention is needed. I've got the results I wanted not what I want to hear. Thank you, Atty Cho! Tom Elke has been my primary source of knowledge, direction, and wisdom during two evictions I dealt with regarding a foreclosed single family home I partially rented. When I initially spoke to him, I immediately discerned his intent was to help me compared to the previous lawyers I spoke to. Against the advice of all other attorneys, he respected my intent to fight for my right and generously gave me the time, advise, and strategy to represent myself as pro per. And guess what? I won! Against a bank. There is NO WAY I would have done it without Tom's help. That said, Tom knows his stuff. I lost a lawsuit I perused totally against his advise. I was humiliated by the judge for disregarding Tom's advise, but I accept that I was wrong and Tom was right in all regards when he said "you can't". He's thorough, kind, generous, and kick-your-teeth-in direct. You may not like what he has to say sometimes, but he's the BEST lawyer I have ever worked with. Though his paid services as a counselor are limited, I recommend him for both attorney and counselor.

Me (US) and my wife (Russia) decided to live in the US when the Ukraine Russia conflict broke out. This was a very stressful time trying to figure out how to go about the immigration process of a russian citizen to the US during these times. After much research into the subject and becoming overwhelmed by the amount of difficulty every russian has gone through with immigrating, and border closures to russians, we decided to look for a professional to help us. Andrei and his team not only made the immigration process incredibly easy for us and a seamless process, not once did he instill any doubt in us when presented with our worries about the many issues we will face (ie no open us consulate in russia, interview force scheduled by nvc to a country that is openly against allowing russians across the border). This team is professional, organized and subject matter experts in thier fields. When presented with an immigration case that I would argue is extremely difficult given the circumstances, they knocked it out of the park without batting an eyelash. This process took around 1.5 years from start to finish, majority of this time was due to IR1 visa wait times and the fact that my wife could not easily access needed resources such as US consulates within her home country.
I want to add that my wife was so impressed with how organized and professionally detailed Andrei was when it came to preparing for her interview. She was confident throughout the interview in probably the most stressful point in the entire process.
If you are looking for a legal team to assist you in immigrating to the united states, contact Andrei. I can happily say that my wife is legally sitting here in our home with me thanks to these men and women and I honestly feel like the price I paid for this service from beginning to end was extremely cheap for what we gained. I cannot be more grateful for what they have given me.

Have a discrimination lawsuit against our landlords. They reached out to Matt and he emailed us asking if we can come to some sort of settlement. We agreed, and he tried to sneak a bunch of crazy things that we didn't agree on into the contract, which we of course denied. He then threatened us by saying that if we don't revoke our 'bogus" complaint to the DFEH then they won't be "as nice as they have been". Now obviously he doesn't really know much about tenant/landlord law because that is considered retaliation. I know a lawyers job is to defend their client no matter what but threatening a family who complained to the appropriate authorities is in poor taste, regardless of your job
