And before I transfered phone companies it was rarely any contact with the lawyers. The case got transfered a few times and I was still left not understanding what was going on. I feel after they reached out via email and I got a new case manager. Her communication was way better. I can honestly say I've had no more than 5-6 calls and or updates in a years span. I want to be in the know. So that way I could understand more about the case answer what to expect.

Mr. Oknyansky helped my wife, my uncle, and I when things needed to be done correctly and efficiently. My wife and I were on our honeymoon when our property dispute was happening at the same time. Although we were overseas trying to enjoy ourselves, he handled our case by representing us and keeping things in order till we returned. In the end, Mr. Oknyansky helped us come to an agreement that all parties signed to split and part ways. My wife, my uncle and I couldn't be happier with the results during such a tough time in our lives.
2017:
Fast forward to 2017, paperworks needed to be signed regarding our properties once again, and with his guidance, we were able to clear things up. He provided us the bigger picture, by giving his honest opinion on the matter at hand, and guided my wife and I on how to proceed. He was there to look over every documents to safeguard our interests.

I contacted Michael Franco after I had a chapter 13 case dismissed due to not being able to keep up with the payment plan. I explained to the previous lawyer at the time of my situation and how complex it was. I informed the lawyer that I would not be able to keep up with the payment that they felt was suitable because of my average gross they calculated at the time. I explained that my salary would fluctuate in upcoming months. The lawyer explained to me that there was no other option other than a chapter 13 because of my base salary being over California’s median income, not taking all my expenses and deductions into consideration and chapter 7 would not be an option.
After my case was dismissed , I found Michael Franco and gave him a call and spoke to him personally. I explained to Michael how complicated my situation was and my previous experience with the other lawyer, hoping there would be another option. After speaking to Michael and submitting a few documents, Michael was confident he would be able to help me and I would be able to file a chapter 7. We immediately went over all my expenses and deductions. From the beginning Michael made the process easy and understanding. Michael definitely takes pride in his work and truly wants to help people who are struggling financially. I’m beyond grateful I found Michael and put all my trust in him because he delivered. My Chapter 7 was granted and discharged! I can’t thank him enough. All my stress from my finances completely went away thanks to Michael. Now I have a fresh start and have an opportunity to make better choices . I definitely recommend Michael Franco to anyone struggling financially and wanting a fresh start. I interviewed several attorneys to represent me but none could give me such a detailed and knowledgeable explanation of the process I had to go thru. especially when it comes to handling professionally licensed defendants.
Levon was very compassionate and spent so much time on explaining and calming me down that he probably well exceeded the fee he charged me which was already much lower than other attorneys wanted to charge me. Even just talking to Levon made me feel better. He was more than an attorney but also a friend during this terrible nightmare I went thru. He clearly updated me at every court date and every step and answered all my questions in a clear in concise manner no matter how many questions I had. Levon has very important skill that not ll attorneys have-he knows how to talk. And finally what mattered the most was the result: after a roller coaster ride with DA's and prosecutors and after numerous court dates my case was finally dismissed! First , after going through this workers comp ordeal I would not encourage anyone to try and navigate through that without a Attorney !!! Silberman and Lam got for me exactly what they told me they would ! I really appreciate the service they provided. I would encourage anyone to retain Silberman and Lam if you have a Workers Comp case and allow them to do their work and be patient and sleep well cause its going to be worth it in the end !

"I was sitting in a booth in a La Marada restaurant when a car came crashing through the walls of the restaurant and slammed into me as I was eating lunch. I guess the driver lost control of his car. Anyway, I suffered a broken hip that required surgery and then had to spend 30 days in a rehabilitation home. I went to The Reeves Law Group for help. The lawyer I consulted at the law firm, Neil Berry, told me that it might take some time because of insurance issues, but that he would get me all the money I deserved. It took a while because we had to go against three different insurance companies, but the attorney was as good as his word! He got me all the money available under all three insurance companies. These guys are great.
