Mr. Gentry is an excellent attorney. Every one in the office is very helpful and very nice. My case was really complicated and he walked me through the process and made sure I understood what was happening along the way. Everyone I dealt with was really professional and took time to make sure I was taken care of.
The comp system can take a long time but in the end it was worth it. David got me a great settlement and I was very happy with the overall experience. I would recommend this firm to anyone and if I ever need another lawyer, Mr. Gentry is who I’m calling.

Let me preface this by saying that this is the first time that I had ever needed an attorney so I have nothing to compare it to so therefore the 4 star rating. This should in no means reflect Mr. Hughes's knowledge, skills, or talents in any way.
My dealings with Mr. Hughes went very well.
He was very understanding of my situation and helped me through a very difficult time in my life after the fall out from my car accident.
Would I hire Mr. Hughes again? In a heartbeat.
The only suggestion I would offer to anyone who is getting ready to litigate is to keep accurate documents and files. Because I did this this, we both received a better outcome.

After being involved in a minor motor vehicle accident (I was rear ended on the highway), a friend referred me to Mr. Hughes. At the time, I wasn't interested in contacting an attorney as I didn't feel my injuries were significant. However, after a few days, it became evident that my injuries were more serious than I had originally thought. I was diagnosed with whiplash and my doctor referred me for physical therapy. On top of an already hectic lifestyle and now physical therapy appointments twice weekly, I had little time and emotional energy to deal with the insurance company myself. I reluctantly contacted Mr. Hughes just to see if there was something he could do to help me.
Not being a litigious person, I was apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised with Mr. Hughes' knowledge, professionalism and considerate nature. He explained the process to me, along with the expected outcome. At no time did I feel like he was taking advantage of my situation or trying to gouge the other party involved, like I had once expected from a personal injury attorney. He and his office staff handled all the details of the case so I could focus on my health. His initial demand was fair and completely agreeable to me, as was the final settlement.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the way Mr. Hughes and his staff handled my case and took care of me personally. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Mr. Hughes in the future, should there ever be a need.

Extremely disappointing experience. My mother and brother scheduled a consultation for an immigration case and were required to pay $200 before even meeting with the lawyer. The consultation lasted less than 10 minutes, during which she stated that she does not take difficult cases and essentially advised them to do nothing. When they asked if she would refund the money since no real help was provided and such little time was spent, she declined. It felt like a complete waste of time and money.
I hope she is more helpful to others than she was to my family. If you’re looking for real legal assistance, I’d recommend finding a lawyer who actually listens and is willing to help.

I have been a long time permanent resident for 30 years. In my early 20's I got mixed up in drugs and picked up some very serious drug convictions. My green card was expiring last year so I decided to submit my application for naturalization. I went to my interview and was detained and a deportation order was issued against me. I was detained for 30 days. Meanwhile my family called attorneys and many turned us away with no hope on relief in my situation. Fabian was one of the only attorneys that saw hope in my situation. My family hired him and he showed up in immigration court and I was released on bail. 8 months later I had my first court appearance where Serrato law was able to get my deportation case terminated based on a decision from the 9th district court only 2 weeks before my court date. The government agreed and my citizenship app was approved. I couldn't be more happy with these guys. Highly recommend. These guys know there stuff. Thanks guys!!!
