Let me preface this by saying that this is the first time that I had ever needed an attorney so I have nothing to compare it to so therefore the 4 star rating. This should in no means reflect Mr. Hughes's knowledge, skills, or talents in any way.
My dealings with Mr. Hughes went very well.
He was very understanding of my situation and helped me through a very difficult time in my life after the fall out from my car accident.
Would I hire Mr. Hughes again? In a heartbeat.
The only suggestion I would offer to anyone who is getting ready to litigate is to keep accurate documents and files. Because I did this this, we both received a better outcome.

After being involved in a minor motor vehicle accident (I was rear ended on the highway), a friend referred me to Mr. Hughes. At the time, I wasn't interested in contacting an attorney as I didn't feel my injuries were significant. However, after a few days, it became evident that my injuries were more serious than I had originally thought. I was diagnosed with whiplash and my doctor referred me for physical therapy. On top of an already hectic lifestyle and now physical therapy appointments twice weekly, I had little time and emotional energy to deal with the insurance company myself. I reluctantly contacted Mr. Hughes just to see if there was something he could do to help me.
Not being a litigious person, I was apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised with Mr. Hughes' knowledge, professionalism and considerate nature. He explained the process to me, along with the expected outcome. At no time did I feel like he was taking advantage of my situation or trying to gouge the other party involved, like I had once expected from a personal injury attorney. He and his office staff handled all the details of the case so I could focus on my health. His initial demand was fair and completely agreeable to me, as was the final settlement.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the way Mr. Hughes and his staff handled my case and took care of me personally. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Mr. Hughes in the future, should there ever be a need.

I personally do not even know where to start...I wish that my experience would get across so many people that need help with any immigration situation...in my case we had an incredibly amazing experience thanks to Violeta and her team! Starting the process with the fear of having to go to Ciudad Juarez one day would get the best of me at times and thanks to Adrian and Vero who prepared us and were attentive while we were out there, made me feel more calm. We are forever thankful for Abogada Violeta and her team. They answered all questions and doubts we had. They also have an hospedaje information with a lady Lucy who is incredibly helpful in Ciudad Juarez and makes you feel like home. Wail and his staff are unlike any other! From the moment I requested an appointment, Desire was very kind, understanding and with great customer service. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. I had been dealing with a Domestic Violence case that was overlooked by Orange County court house in January. Not only did Wail reopen my case, but also helped me with child custody. Wail and his staff ( Jennifer, Marlene and Alex) are very knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. They were all very clear about the process and always answered any questions I had. I was provided with an appointment the following day ( Thursday ) didn’t expect to be seen or to be helped since my court date was Monday. Although my experience having to hire attorneys wasn’t what I wanted to do & it wasn’t a pleasant journey; it is what was needed and Moran law firm tried to make it less painful as possible. I actually found this attorneys office on a whim because I live in Vegas and the case was in Calif. The attorneys down to David, the paralegal were impeccable. No nonsense and takes care of business. I came across their name/number strolling thru the yellow pages (google). Called a few others, Moran took my case & did an excellent job. They’d keep me updated on my mother’s case, if zoom meetings were necessary, they scheduled them and my whole family would join. Had to ask some pretty intense questions but, needed to get the job done. They offered & opened up the phone lines to Myself & my family if anyone needed to reachnout to them with questions however, to minimize them from getting inundated with questions; I tried to stay on top of that.
One issue, I personally think they need to handle, was the front end secretary(whatever her title is). She answers the phones. I’m not sure if she’s still there; I personally told them how rude she was; ALWAYS and I told HER how rude she was. Hopefully, something was said to her so that she changed her demeanor/attitude.
I can’t recall how long it took; not too long to settle the case. Something I’d like to forget🙂. I STILL miss my mom to this day💔.

A truck driven by a female driver (while she was doing her nails while driving) ran into our car, spun around and hit us again. I received an injury in the location of the C6 and C7 in my neck. The attorney we had, totally mishandled the case. We were two days from losing our case, because our attorney did nothing. I contacted Gordon Phillips and in two days he turned the entire case around and we won. He has helped our extended family members for over 35 years when small situations arise that we needed his advice. He is brilliant, effective, charismatic in his negotiations, never rude or condescending like some attorney's. He really cares about you, your welfare and your case. He is very protective of his clients and stays on top of everything. The small details are what are often missed in contracts and litigation, that is just one of the reasons he is so effective and amazing. Friendly informative customer service. My lawyer's case worker made me feel very comfortable during my long total loss process. While i was CAR LESS . My case was very difficult since the other person did not admit she ran the red light! But my Attorney fought long and hard and even though it took some time i was always kept in the loop which was perfect for me since my work hours didnt allow me to call during the day for status updates. Ms. Rubio always spoke to me after office hours. She always took my call when i called her cell phone. Now i got a new car and im happy. i will gladly recommend this office.
