My brother was forced into a guardianship by these people. The Guardian Ad Litum completely ignored the revised laws of 2020 that state Guardianship is to be the least restrictive measures with individual preferance as the most important focus. The Guardian Ad Litum instead marked every box to strip my brother of all his civil liberties taking extreme measures to ensure my brother would never be able to live independantly again...my brother did not deserve the Guardian Ad Litums attack upon all his civil liberties thaf reduced him to a dog basically. Shr alsi did nothing to protect him she reduced him to a vegetable with a stroke of a pen...she probably is a volunteer for the court who has no formal education about guardianship and real intent. But here lies the true problem the attorney with FoxBallard even told my family it was futile nothing could be done to stop this nightmare ...this firm is nothing more than a parasitic nusiance of greed that benefits by inflicting suffering on vulerable adults who the legal system should protect not exploit!

I had a very positive experience with Richard Adler and Arthur Leritz of Adler & Giersch, who came to the rescue of my personal injury claim after a full year with a law firm who did not act in good faith on my behalf. They did the following things for me:
They recommended excellent medical physicians at the top of the industry for spine (neck and back) trauma, who helped me get the diagnostic testing I needed by a highly respected surgeon.
They guided me in ways that were sometimes difficult to hear or process with a TBI and spinal injuries, vision problems, constant PTSD flares, etc.
They told me what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear.
They defended me in all the battles they faced to get me the best possible outcome for my case. They were seasoned, wise, and compassionate.

As much as a legal intervention is an inherently stressful undertaking, Nelson Boyd made the experience as low-stress as possible. They did this by being good listeners, providing assurances that they were fighting for me, providing prompt and excellent communications, and always doing what they said they would do.
My suit was settled satisfactorily (they worked on contingency) prior to reaching court, which was preferable since it took nearly two years to get to that point-- though not due to any fault of Nelson Boyd. Going to court would likely have taken another six months or longer. My case involved personal injury and I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing this sort of representation -- and probably other issues, as well. At minimum, it will be worth your while to call them to discuss your problem.

Jeff has guided us through two purchases of real estate. One dealt with a property that was an purchasing a family property. This required real strategy to work with a family selling the home that was not accustomed to dealing in real estate and worrying about family perceptions of the sale. I almost didn’t engage a lawyer after being in a bike/auto accident (I was on the bike). I felt that I should have been more aware while riding and fortunate that my considerable medical bills were being paid by the PIP and my own health insurance. I was advised by some friends that the legal process was nothing but a headache and I would receive little for my trouble. After going it on my own for a short while and being stonewalled directly by the driver’s insurance company even for some small settlement, I decided to hire a lawyer. Scott was recommended to me by a fellow bike rider. He reassured me that I had a fairly good case, represented me successfully on my ‘unreasonable speed’ ticket issued to me at the accident while unconscious on the pavement, then put together a very thorough presentation to the insurance companies of my case. It was settled out of court for the full amounts allowed under the policies.
Scott kept me well informed during the whole process, which contrary to my friend’s advice went very smoothly. I am lucky to have had his assistance and will certainly recommend him to others.
