Choosing Gonzales, Gonzales, & Gonzales was the best decision ever! The process leading up to my husband's green card case being approved was long, stressful, and tedious BUT having them on our side always reassured us and made us feel confident. This was my first accident that involved me being injured and i didn’t know what to do or if i should hire an attorney. I called all the personal injury attorneys that you see on TV and they all wanted me to sign asap, without hearing me out or talking about any of my concerns. I called GLP and right off the bat, the experience was so much better.
The first call to GLP i actually spoke to an attorney and not a receptionist. Amanda Carmody actually listened to my case and concerns. She even did some research on my car accident even before having me sign with them. Amanda was very straight forward, honest. There was a possibility of me needing surgery and she told me that, if i ended up not needing surgery then i would probably get more money on my own without an attorney and the fees associated. She didn’t try to push me to sign with them, unlike all the other places i called. This is why i ultimately decided to go with them.
Throughout the whole process, Amanda and her team kept me updated on everything and answered any questions i had in a timely manner. They did a lot of legwork for me, which relieved me of the stress of dealing with insurance. They were able to get me the max amount from the insurance companies. It was enough to cover all my medical expenses, attorney fees, and there was even quite a bit left for myself. They definitely made me whole again. The whole process did take a while (mainly due to my insurance company), but they never left my side even though they already got their share of the settlement. They continued to help me and see things through to the very end. I would 100% recommend GLP, Amanda and her team to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. Admittedly I have no comparison to make as I’ve never been involved with any type of legal issues, but I will say this experience was highly disappointing.
After providing a binder full of documentation, photos, X-rays, and more documentation with little next to no contact (unless initiated by me) the waiting game began and continued until today when I received an email informing me they would not handle my case. This was after being told they would, with a full explanation of how things would proceed, the cost breakdown, and an agreement to not have contact in regards to this case with anyone outside of the Puget Law Group.
My first contact with Puget Law Group was in August of last year, 2023. All documentation, etc. was done by early December, treatment was completed in October and I was told they needed nothing more from me. That was nearly 9 months ago. When I was studying for my state boards and received my first subpoena as a private practice family therapist, I freaked out. Sean told me to "Chill out and go back to studying. I will handle this." This was my first accident that involved me being injured and i didn’t know what to do or if i should hire an attorney. I called all the personal injury attorneys that you see on TV and they all wanted me to sign asap, without hearing me out or talking about any of my concerns. I called GLP and right off the bat, the experience was so much better.
The first call to GLP i actually spoke to an attorney and not a receptionist. Amanda Carmody actually listened to my case and concerns. She even did some research on my car accident even before having me sign with them. Amanda was very straight forward, honest. There was a possibility of me needing surgery and she told me that, if i ended up not needing surgery then i would probably get more money on my own without an attorney and the fees associated. She didn’t try to push me to sign with them, unlike all the other places i called. This is why i ultimately decided to go with them.
Throughout the whole process, Amanda and her team kept me updated on everything and answered any questions i had in a timely manner. They did a lot of legwork for me, which relieved me of the stress of dealing with insurance. They were able to get me the max amount from the insurance companies. It was enough to cover all my medical expenses, attorney fees, and there was even quite a bit left for myself. They definitely made me whole again. The whole process did take a while (mainly due to my insurance company), but they never left my side even though they already got their share of the settlement. They continued to help me and see things through to the very end. I would 100% recommend GLP, Amanda and her team to anyone who needs a personal injury attorney. Ben Ferguson was so wonderful to work with. He kept me in the loop with major updates, but also just took my case and independently drove it forward without making it burdensome on my life.
