David is a truly great lawyer, as well as a tremendous human being. His character is impeccable: my personal experience, as well as his reputation in the community is that he is a straight shooter and a truth teller. There’s nothing fake about David. What you see is what you get; very refreshing. Rare qualities in this day and age.
As a lawyer he is brilliant, aggressive when needed, thoughtful, confident, considerate, calm under fire, and most importantly has impeccable judgment. In addition he is a walking law library, and because of the depth of his knowledge and experience, able to think "out of the box" and with tremendous creative skill. As a client this was a huge advantage.
When our son was tragically killed by a negligent driver I immediately called David. I didn’t really consider a different lawyer. He was the clear choice. He will always do the "right" thing and fight for justice, regardless of the time and energy needed and the insurance company’s unlimited financial resources. He’s was all in. The value of this to our family simply can't be overstated. David Beninger, both professionally and as a person, is one of a kind.
David represented our family in a lawsuit where our son, a young man in his late 20s with a new wife and a baby on the way, was killed by a negligent driver while on his way to work. Initially the insurance company tried to blame our loved one for causing his own death. Many lawyers would have accepted the conclusions of the so called "experts" and insurance company, and turned us away. Not David. He instigated a thorough and comprehensive investigation that showed, through engineering and reconstruction, there was no fault on the part of our son. He was the innocent victim, not the cause. Through David's hard work we learned the company who employed the driver, either knew or should have known the driver had no business being behind the wheel of a truck. Without David's unfailing belief in our case our family, including his new wife and unborn child, would have been out in the cold.
David cared for our family with unfaltering compassion, and answered each and every phone call any of us made to his office almost immediately. Our family was in the throws of the worst tragedy of our lives when David took on our case. David took the weight of the day to day dealing with the legal aftermath, leaving us the ability to begin healing, resulting in a well-founded a sense of security.
David, and his carefully chosen partners and staff, were all there for not just me, but for our entire family through a lengthy and complex battle to hold those responsible for the tragic unnecessary death of our son responsible. At our request he successfully made sure we were largely insulated from the horrific facts of our case, to the extent that was reasonable under the circumstances. That was a blessing.
I think it's also important to comment on David as a person. He told us what happened when we asked, even if it was not what we wanted to hear. David cares about people first. To that end he is extremely generous with his time. He wanted to know about our family. It was important to him to know who our family is and who our son was. He wanted to get to know our family: it wasn’t a chore. Did our son like fishing? What were his favorite hobbies? Did he enjoy playing soccer? Was he a Seahawks fan? How many children did he want? What was his personality?
David couldn't change what happened, but as a person, not just as a lawyer, he made it clear that our family came first. What he could do was find justice our son and our family. His result far exceeded our expectations and assured the security of his widow and daughter. As a 2 time client and a lawyer myself when my family had an overwhelming life changing trauma, there was only one lawyer who came to mind to help our family, that was David Beninger. David is in a league of his own. I highly recommend him.

Mark represented me in a legal malpractice lawsuit. The attorney my husband and I had hired to help us with our wills and estate planning had, unbeknownst to us prior to my husband’s passing, created a real disaster. This resulted in a lawsuit between family members and was the absolute worst-case scenario I or anyone else wanted to go through, especially while dealing with my husband’s passing. I was charged with 10 felonies in a very complicated case. This man believed in me and worked tirelessly to get a jury of 12 to do the same. He was able to get several of the counts dismissed prior to trial, and defeated each of the felony counts at trial.
Tom is very resourceful and experienced, and he works well in a team situation, as he did with Bob Goldsmith in this case. He knew the right questions to ask and the right buttons to push, and he got the result that he wanted.

Mr. Gardner was very helpful in assisting me with a previous tenant who abandoned a 24 foot power boat on my property. Due to neglect on the tenant the boat had partially sunk into the lake. I had originally hired a company to remove the boat; however they would not do so without the permission from the owner. At that time, I found out that the tenant wasn’t even the owner of the boat. When the tenant vacated they provided me with incorrect forwarding addresses and telephone numbers. The City of Seattle imposed a fine of $500 per day if I didn’t remove the boat. Mr. Gardner was very professional and took over the issue for me. The process was painless for me and the results were awesome. I can now enjoy the view without having a partially sunken boat on my property.

Couple years ago I got myself in a difficult situation (due to my own foolish screwup) and asked Mr, Haggart to help me get through the complications as best as could be done. Jonathan was assigned my case which was already in progress when assigned by my insurance company. He immediately familiarized himself with the case, quickly assessed previous efforts and decisions to resolve and made recommendations on how to proceed. It was a bit of a unique scenario, one that John himself indicated he had not seen previously, and throughout the entire process was communicative, professional, informational and assertive which in the end, worked out as favorably as possibly. Jonathan helped handle a case where the plaintiff was impacted in their car and sued myself and another car driver for damages. The results were the best that could be expected - very minimal damages on my part, and with only a couple appearances required of me. Mr. Missen showed decorum, poise, and a cheerful disposition during the entire process, which no doubt helped the results turn out as they did. He was knowledgeable without being pushy, and this came across in deposition and arbitration. I’m a happy client. Mr. Gillis handled a lemon law issue with my three-year-old automobile and represented my interests very well to the manufacturer, which resulted in reimbursement to me of all costs associated with the car at purchase (Oct 2014). I was in a hit-and-run accident which has left me with permanent injuries. Managing my pain requires daily medication and additional medical treatment. I did not have PIP; fortunately, I did have UIM. I was thankfully able to receive the maximum amount of UIM coverage available from the insurance company.
Jeffery intently listened to me and captured my concerns. After receiving the demand letter that he drafted on my behalf, the insurance company tendered the policy limits. They also paid to repair my vehicle, which was a high amount due to the extensive damage. Everything was settled out of court.
I am so grateful for Jeffery's diligence and attentiveness. If I ever need representation again, I will be sure to retain him once more. He was a pleasure to work with and was always so respectful. I highly recommend this attorney.

Justin is a highly knowledgeable and diligent lawyer. His integrity is second to none. When I first approached Justin for legal advice, I was hoping to avoid the need for a lawyer altogether, but wanted the opinion of someone trustworthy. Justin took the time to make a few inquiries on my behalf before recommending that I utilize his services.
His advice was highly beneficial. Justin quickly ascertained that the responsible party in my legal claim had no intentions of otherwise making things right (which explained the roadblocks I was facing on my own). Once Justin took on my case, the claim was taken seriously and he was able to expeditiously settle my case. He handled all of the details and otherwise removed all of the personal burden of dealing with an unfortunate situation.

Jason was thorough and he listened—smartly and kindly. He did not give up. And he helped me understand how the legal system works. Car accidents and the subsequent pain (and pain meds) can make you emotional and a little fuzzy; Jason was patient with that, too. Roger was the attorney that reached out to me after I contacted his office regarding my disability insurance policy. After meeting with Roger and his paralegal I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Roger was very knowledgeable and able to explain the different aspects of my policy and how we could proceed to move forward from there. I appreciated the game plan that was put in place and how effectively it was executed. There was always direct intention to keep the ball moving and have appropriate information gathered to make our case stronger. Over the course of two years I never felt that an aspect of my case had been forgotten or that I myself was an afterthought to a bigger case they may have had.

The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
