I was involved in a serious accident in the mountains that left me as a paraplegic. I was referred to SGB by a family member and am very thankful to have been represented by them. Tom Breen and Kris Houser fought hard for my rights. They made sure I was informed and understood each step in the complicated process. Their expertise resulted in a substantial settlement for me and my family. Roger was the attorney that reached out to me after I contacted his office regarding my disability insurance policy. After meeting with Roger and his paralegal I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. Roger was very knowledgeable and able to explain the different aspects of my policy and how we could proceed to move forward from there. I appreciated the game plan that was put in place and how effectively it was executed. There was always direct intention to keep the ball moving and have appropriate information gathered to make our case stronger. Over the course of two years I never felt that an aspect of my case had been forgotten or that I myself was an afterthought to a bigger case they may have had.
The entire two years I had the privilege of working with Roger communication has always been prompt and easy. He did a great job of keeping me informed and I always felt that I was a part of the discussion and that my opinion mattered. He was very compassionate and understanding about how our case was effecting us personally and I was very grateful for this.
Roger worked with several other people in his office to assist us and the team experience that this provided was very unique and appreciated! It was very different from other law offices that we have worked with on other matters. His paralegal, Alexandria, was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very thoughtful of ways that she could help both with the case and in making things more convenient or easy when I had to come in with my kids. Roger had a second attorney working with him on my case and while the two of them on their own are both excellent attorney's together they created an amazing team.

My 19 year old son was killed on his second day at work at Pacific Top Soil. Because the L&I laws were written long ago, it was very difficult to find a wrongful death attorney to take on our case. Finally after a year of looking for representation, I was referred to Rodger Davidheiser from Friedman & Rubin in Seattle. Before meeting Rodger Davidheiser, he reviewed our case carefully. After several months of reviewing endless documents, my husband and I met with Rodger Davidheiser. My husband and I signed a fee agreement with him and his company and felt confident in Rodger Davidheiser’s professional knowledge of how to approach this case and come to a resolution. Over the course of a year, I remained in close contact with Rodger Davidheiser. He was always available by phone or email if I had questions and he always kept me updated when progress was being made. He always informed me if he would be unavailable due to other client cases or out of Town/State travel. Rodger Davidheiser was able to bring all parties involved in my son’s death to mediation. We settled after a full day of negotiations and avoided a lawsuit and trial. Even after the settlement, Rodger Davidheiser has continued to assist my husband and me in on ongoing criminal investigation on the company. Bob Christie is a great attorney and an even better person. I have worked with him twice.
The first case Bob, defended the City that I worked for against a lawsuit. He was able to get the case "dismissed" after the Plaintiff rested. He did a great job during the trial and was I was very impressed with him, as an attorney and a person.
I was so impressed with Bob that I employed him recently on a certification hearing. He was again very impressive in this hearing and he won this case as well.
Both times I worked with Bob he was always the most prepared attorney in the room.
I would recommend Bob to anyone; all other attorneys should strive to be like Bob.

I was referred to Mr. Feit by a friend for help with a minor criminal law issue. Brad was so down to earth and understanding of my situation. I was new to this area and was in need of an attorney for a divorce, I have only met a few people here and started to ask around and I was given Brad Feit's name twice by 2 different people. So I decided to go and have a visit and after sitting down with him for just a few minutes he was so down to earth and I felt so comfortable. I have had attorney's in the past and boy most of them do not have that personality so this was a breath of fresh air to say the least. I asked for help in a payment plan as I was new to area and was living on savings till a land a job and he was so accommodating that also made me feel so much better and relieved. He knew his job and explained each step of the way that was going to happen, he also kept in touch with me via email and phone and if I had any questions he got back to me with answers. The outcome took a little longer than excepted but that was because of court time waits but the outcome I could not have been happier. Thank You Brad Feit for being there for me.

To name a few who tepresented me are Thomas William "Tom" Burt, originally at Riddell Williams, presently Corporate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, Litigation Group, Microsoft Corporation and also none the he less than the renowned Steve Berman voted among 100 top lawyers in America.
IMHO, Dan Mallove is a very rare attorney. He is wise, he is thorough, he is humble, and shows compassion towards all parties. He commands much respect. I regret that he has never represented me. But I am glad to have known him although in an adversary position. It is refreshing to know that a few attorneys with so much integrity exist.

It is with high recommendation that anyone seeking attorney representation, one seriously need consider Mr. Josh Joerres. I personally have used representation with Mr. Joerres, pertaining to a product liability and home owner’s insurance claim. After dealing with my homeowners insurance, the manufacturer and their insurance company concerning the faulty product I found myself in over my head with nowhere to go except beating my head against the wall. I contacted Mr. Joerres whom was very concerned of my situation. I broke my tooth at a Seattle Chineese Restaurant. I went in to talk to the owners about the situation and it did not go well. I left feeling like I was verbally assaulted and very confused!! Having a young lawyer assigned your case can initially send shivers through the spine of a defendant. After our first few meetings with Ana, we recognized her ability to thoroughly research the allegations, their non-significance as it pertains to laws, and the facts of the case. She prepared a straight forward defense, and in the end, won our case via a dismissal.
She is a quick study, and learned a lot about the rules and laws pertaining to our business. She knows when to ask for help from others, and will keep you well informed of events.

I was referred to Bill from my Microsoft buddies back in the 90's because he supposedly defended Bill Gates II. I used him for a speeding ticket and negligent driving. He is awesome, but since he is now part of the largest law firm in the state and his focus is now on intellectual property it is fiscally prohibitive for me to hire him for a lowly speeding ticket because his rates have more than doubled. His invoice stated "$... to fight the evil forces of speeding." ;) I am now knowledgeable enough to fight my own traffic infractions pro se.

I’ve used Mr. Scruggs services several times over the last few years. He is extremely competent, very knowledgeable and hard-working. He has managed to get a favorable result for me each and every time. I know he has a number of large clients and despite the fact that my cases have been of a smaller to mid-sized nature, he always makes me feel I’m as important to him as his major clients. I was most impressed with how ethical he is. This was an LLC agreement with my siblings and me. Mr. Scruggs was very clear about trying to come up with something that would be best for the group and yet making it clear throughout that he represented me and that my siblings should have the agreement reviewed by their own counsel. He seemed very fair and logical. He is also extremely knowledgeable, competent and efficient. I will go back to him if I have the need.
My only criticism is that he is very busy and didn't always return my calls immediately. He always got back to me, but sometimes it wasn't right away.

I was in a hit and run accident. My insurance company is known for paying out very little and most times having to be sued instead of settling.
I did not have "PIP" but did have uninsured motorist. I was informed by the insurance company when I signed up that I really did not need PIP because I had medical included in my coverage. Turned out after my accident it really was not much due to the fact that I have permanent damage and will be on medication for the rest of my life and require more treatments. Mike Jacobs fought for me. My payout was the "MAXIMUM" amount of coverage I had for my medical and in addition a payout of almost $14,000.00 to fix my automobile "without totaling my car". This was all settled out of court.
I'm so grateful Mike took my case.
He was always so respectful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

If anyone needs legal counsel, Jon Winemiller and Vanessa Gullufsen are the people to see. We live a fair distance from Seattle, and it was worth the long drive in sleet and snow to see them. My wife and I ran into very complicated and confusing legal problems when we got a huge bill about which we had no idea. The legal issues involved two gigantic businesses that don't communicate with each other or their clients. Jon, Vanessa and the rest of the staff put our needs first.
