This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.

I retained their services for help with business contracts, and business partner discussions. They were extremely prompt, thorough, and helped me succeed with positive outcomes. I first worked with Imants, then mostly with Phil Neale. Phil was very easy to get a hold of, and constantly updated me on progress. Every time I called in, he either answered the call right away, or called back very shortly afterwards. Highly recommend, and we will retain their services when needed again in the future!

Wanted me to pay $2,000 upfront for a broker scam, so I added him to an email with the broker to analyse if what they were saying was truly a scam or if it wasn’t. He made sure to include in the email that he wasn’t my lawyer (because I hadn’t paid him 2k yet). Why would anyone in the right mind blindly give a lawyer $2,000 without know if they truly have a case or not.

I was previously represented by Mr. Coluccio for a hotly disputed liability automobile collision. He was able to get an arbitration award 100 percent in my favor (defendant found to be completely liable). The defense then appealed the decision. Thereafter, he was able to settle the case. We highly, highly recommend Coluccio Law! My husband was rear-ended by an "underinsured" motorist. Kevin and his wonderful assistant Wanda helped us through the process of not only getting the medical bills paid, but receiving the highest possible settlement. They were so patient with us and all of our worries and questions during the process. Not only that, they were able to negotiate with the "out of network" medical bills that wanted full payments! I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. Evan got back some of what was taken so I can move on and start a new life abroad. Those other reviews about his answering service. Look he does cases in New York, California, Washington, Arizona. He is a busy man and the people in the office are just doing their job.

If you’re searching for an accident and personal injury law firm, look no further. I’ve been working with Dayani Law Firm (specifically Lauren) since February 2022. This was for an uninsured motorist accident that occurred in October of 2021 that wasn’t my fault, and left me injured with ongoing chronic pain. A year after a distracted driver crashed into my car on I-5 and after lots of back-and-forth with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, I had not been able to reach a settlement. I was advised to seek legal representation and I, somewhat reluctantly, agreed. Seeking legal representation and asking Mike Myers to represent me were the best steps I could have taken.
Mr. Myers helped me to understand that I was significantly undervaluing my damages. He and his team took over the communications with the insurance company, which I found stressful and maddening. The team kept me informed of where they were in the process.
When it came time for my deposition, Mr. Myers prepped me and answered my questions. Within days of the deposition, the insurance company settled the case for the amount Mr. Myers demanded.
Although I hope I’m never again in a situation where I need a personal injury attorney, if I do, Mike Myers and his team will get my call—and much sooner in the process.

I met with Elizabeth in November 2019. I had been recently let go from my dental job shortly after being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. I had worked in the dental field for 35 years and was 61 years old. I had received an email from my former employers letting me know that I was no longer employed at their dental practice. You can only imagine the panic I felt not to mention the deep betrayal from a group of doctors that I thought were supporting me during my battle. In my consultation, I knew imediately that Elizabeth would be the attorney to represent me. Her professionalism was above and beyond what would be expected from an attorney of her caliber. However, it was her unwavering compassion and fierceness that let me know she would fight to the end to right the wrong that had been undeservedly done to me. Elizabeth put me at ease and let me know that under no circumstance was this appropriate behavior and totally unacceptable, that having a disability I had rights and they had disregarded these rights. There was absolutely no reason to warrant tossing me aside as if I didn't matter or assuming that I would not be able to continue doing my job to the fullest extent. Making sure if I needed anything to help me during my fight. She expressed her concerns that I was taking care of myself and celebrated with me as I continued to beat this. She encouraged me as I went through this journey and on many occasions she let me know how proud she was of me as I faced many challenges.
My former employers were not willing to settle out of court because they felt they had done nothing wrong and the jury would side with them. So off to court we went. Another amazing attorney from SGB Joe Solseng joined forces along with an impressive support team. All I can say is they should have settled out of court. It was impressive beyond to have this legal team show them that you are not allowed to treat an employee this way. After a long 8 day trial, the jury deliberated for a mere 90 minutes. They awarded me handsomely, way beyond my wildest dreams. I was vindicated and the message was sent loud and clear. This was unacceptable and you simply can not treat your employees this way.

My wife was runover in a crosswalk buy a driver. I witnessed the entire thing and it was one of the scariest moments of my life. Fortunately my wife survived but she had very serious injuries which required surgery and hospitalization. Shortly before this event, My wife and I had recently moved to the United States and were unfamiliar with the insurance claims process and how to recover for our injuries. Ryan was referred to us through my wife’s work and he immediately returned my call when I contacted him. We had lots of questions at the beginning and Ryan explanations took a few calls. I could tell he really wanted us to understand what our options were as far as recovery. He also did an excellent job explaining our health insurance benefits and how that related to our claims. When it came time to resolve our claims Ryan continued to be effective. Unfortunately the insurance policy that the driver had was not sufficient to compensate us for our injuries. Therefore Ryan was able to recover money out of the at-fault driver’s pocket for our injuries. Once we recovered as much as we could, Ryan then turned his attention to our health insurance company and did an excellent job dealing with it and its reimbursement claims. This entire matter was traumatic and extremely difficult. I am very thankful that we had Ryan to help us with our recovery and guide us through this process. On a nice day in July a few years ago I was walking down a city sidewalk. The area that I was in was poorly designed for pedestrian traffic. As I was searching for the correct sign to re-direct me to my route, I tripped over a heightened slab of sidewalk. I quickly threw my hands in front of me to brace for the impact, but before my hands could get situated I struck my head and face on the pavement. It was painful and required many medical and dental procedures. When I eventually hired Ryan to handle my case he went to work right away, documenting the area where the fall occurred and sending numerous public records requests to the entities in charge of maintaining the sidewalks to see if there had been complaints in the past. I suspected this was going to be a complicated and difficult matter because of how large the entities were that were responsible for keeping the sidewalk safe. Ryan was tenacious in pursuing the defendants, and after obtaining several thousand pages of documents he was able to locate a smoking gun compliant filed a year or so before my fall, which put one of the entities on notice of the sidewalk. Of course nothing was ever done to fix it, and that dangerous condition caused my fall. We had to file suit, and Ryan continued to pursue the defendants and the truth no matter what obstacles were thrown at him. In the end we were able to resolve my case satisfactorily. I was very impressed with Ryan’s abilities as an advocate and an attorney. I highly recommend contacting him if you’ve been injured and need someone to advocate for you.

Ryan did a awesome job representing my daughter and I after we were in a multiple impact collision on the freeway. Each party claimed the other was at fault so that made it very difficult for my daughter and I. We hired Ryan and he knew what to do right away. We ended up filing suit against both parties but were able to resolve the case without a trial. What was even more difficult was getting the court to approve my daughters recovery. Because of the pandemic it was very difficult to obtain a hearing date for my daughters settlement. Ryan was very persistent in making sure everything was done correctly. This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. We needed several months of medical care. Sonny's team, Malissa, Vy and everyone helped us feel assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

It is very true what they say about bankruptcy.....SCARY...and nerve racking. One local attorney declined to help, quoting the "complexity" of my situation. Another attorney was asking for an unreasonable fee and was not very friendly. A quick internet search lead me to Erin's practice and was impressed right away. Erin has a very confident and reassuring demeanor and I was so very relieved to have found her. Her rate is also very reasonable. Erin and her staff David are extremely prompt and reliable. They are both very easy to contact and again, very prompt. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how caring and detailed both Erin and David were with my case. We had a potentially devastating issue but Erin was very instrumental with ensuring that the outcome was favorable and positive; the Trustee during the creditor's meeting did not even bring up the matter, she's that good. This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. All questions, we had were answered within 24 hours. My boyfriends case was wrapped up quickly but my case took about 4 years to settle -as they will tell you, sometimes it's just not a fast process. I had a year of physical therapy and then my Insurance company fought and procrastinated to do the "right" thing. My attorney, Meredith, was awesome and was really a no nonsence bull dog when she needed to be when dealing with the insurance company. I could not have navigated this without them. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.
I realize that all attorneys have multiple cases they are working on at any given moment. And I realize that they simply cannot be as emotionally involved in each of their cases as their clients are, of course. But I’ll have to admit that my level of optimism went up a notch or two when Austin looked up from a response he was reading from opposing counsel and paused and stated, “I’m starting to take this personally.”
The hearing itself was the first time I had seen Austin Neff in action in the courtroom. I recently hired Mr. Di Furia to handle my foreclosure situation. He was really easy to deal with and down to earth. I like that he knew what he was talking about, but he also really made me feel comfortable. I was in a bad situation, but he really got me a great deal in the end. One of the best qualities about Paul is his communication. Unlike most lawyers, his assistant will answer texts/calls until late and she will also communicate over the weekends. That's excellent for a person like me that works 8-5pm. She was able to answer my questions and make sure that I calmed down if I got distressed. I’d called the state’s mediation counseling/referral line December 23, 2016 and the woman I spoke with said I’d probably miss my 30-day option for mediation due to the timing of the holidays. That godsend of a woman then called in a personal favor and contacted “the best foreclosure attorney in the business” because she said if anyone could stop the foreclosure at that point, it was him.
Paul called me from the East Coast where he was celebrating Christmas with his family. He got my information and told me he’d enter me in the mediation program to stop foreclosure even if I didn’t end up hiring him to represent me, but of course I did.
Paul’s fee was extremely reasonable, and he accepted it in monthly payments. After 4 years and 2 prior failed mediation’s, my case was a mess that took a lot more time, effort, and negotiation than all of his other clients, but he never complained or asked for more money. He even convinced my ex to sign and notarize documents he’d sworn he’d never sign off on!
Paul worked ahead of deadlines, responded immediately, and walked me through every step with patience, humor, and a positive attitude. Both the lender and mediator had extensive prior experience working with Paul and at our first meeting, both commented on his reputation as a tireless professional they enjoyed working with. Their attorney told me I ‘couldn’t have chosen better’.
The end result was Paul pulled off a miracle by not only saving our house, he also negotiated with the lender to get my monthly payment $400 lower than what I was paying before the divorce.

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I had a personal injury as a result of being hit by a drunk driver and not only did Drew make sure all of my medical care (6 months!) was covered in full but left us with $10,000 in our pockets when all was said and done. I fractured my tailbone and suffered some other injuries after being hit by a car this summer while riding my bike. After receiving some misleading communication from the at-fault party's insurance, I contacted a few attorneys for some perspective. I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. Dealing with them was like having a part time job in of itself.
When I decided it was time for professional help, a friend recommended Stacie to me and she lifted all the burden of the accident off my shoulders. Working with her allowed me to focus on my physical recovery and gave me time to get back to normal life. Any loop Metro threw at me from that point forward was no longer my problem. Stacie handled all their BS for me.
Due the length of time for my physical recovery, I was with Stacie for quite some time. Throughout the process Stacie gave me consistent updates on her side of things. She would also check in on recovery and helped defer payment with a practitioner until after I had received my settlement.
When it came time to submit a claim, Metro twice low balled us and forced us into to arbitration. They were also claiming some of my treatments used were invalid and they weren't going to compensate them. She was able to circumvent all their tactics and I ended up walking away with double of what I would have received pre-arbitration.
Besides her legal skills, Stacie is also very kind and was genuinely concerned for my wellbeing through the process.
