If you want a team of attorneys that is going to take care of you, fight for you, handle the massive amounts of paperwork, phone calls, appointments, payments etc. etc. I highly recommend GLP attorneys. I was in a motorcycle accident that was not my fault and was immediately nickel and dimed by the at fault parties insurance. I got in touch with Cydney and her team and they got after it for me. Case closed in less then a year, exceeding payout expectation. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jeff has guided us through two purchases of real estate. One dealt with a property that was an purchasing a family property. This required real strategy to work with a family selling the home that was not accustomed to dealing in real estate and worrying about family perceptions of the sale. The other was the sale between family members that required that everyone felt as if everything was completed in the most professional manner. In both cases beyond the exceptional legal advice Jeff also guided us through business strategy that worked very effectively toward completion of the sales. I reached out to Jeff from a referral from another real estate attorney, and I am glad I did. The initial consultation was informative and straight to the point. He accepted our case and gave us reassurance. It was not your usual family property dispute case, but he and his team researched all possible solutions to help us. He would provide updates on the case and always kept us in the loop. The case finally wrapped up overtime and we are satisfied with the result. He and his attorney, Chrissy Lord told our side of the story with factual evidence which was never brought up in public before. I almost didn’t engage a lawyer after being in a bike/auto accident (I was on the bike). I felt that I should have been more aware while riding and fortunate that my considerable medical bills were being paid by the PIP and my own health insurance. I was advised by some friends that the legal process was nothing but a headache and I would receive little for my trouble. After going it on my own for a short while and being stonewalled directly by the driver’s insurance company even for some small settlement, I decided to hire a lawyer. Scott was recommended to me by a fellow bike rider. He reassured me that I had a fairly good case, represented me successfully on my ‘unreasonable speed’ ticket issued to me at the accident while unconscious on the pavement, then put together a very thorough presentation to the insurance companies of my case. It was settled out of court for the full amounts allowed under the policies.
Scott kept me well informed during the whole process, which contrary to my friend’s advice went very smoothly. I am lucky to have had his assistance and will certainly recommend him to others.

I was in a really bad hit and run car accident June 6, 2023. I took my time to review plenty of attorneys before I found Boohoff Law. The reviews I read about them were unbelievailable. Jocelyn and Linsey were the key players in helping complete my case when I was rear-ended. I made the best decision when I chose Catherine Fleming of Fleming Law to represent me in my lawsuit against the city of Seattle. I had a bicycle crash on a poorly marked Seattle street which left me semi-paralyzed and permanently in a wheelchair. Catherine is a personal injury attorney but has a special interest in representing injured cyclists, pedestrians or vehicle drivers who sue municipalities for negligent road design. My case was a complicated one due to a preexisting condition, but Catherine had built a strong case, and the city did not want to risk going to trial. We are so glad we found Catherine Fleming and Fleming Law!
After my wife’s bicycle crash in Seattle and subsequent spinal surgery, we faced an uncertain future. Before, she had been a strong cyclist and active hiker, but now was confined to a wheelchair with incomplete paraplegia.
Not only did we experience the loss of the many activities we had once shared, we now faced looming medical expenses, and the possibility of needing long-term care in the future.
We believed that the area where my wife crashed was confusing and dangerous for bicyclists, but were unsure if we had any hope of recovering anything for damages. Catherine agreed to take us on as clients and worked tirelessly to build our case against the city. Eric W. Ferguson took two personal injury cases I couldn’t get other attorneys to touch, and won them both, for quite fair settlements. I was referred to him by a friend of a friend, who had a similarly successful experience.
I found Eric to be personable, a straight shooter, honest, with a sense of humor. He’s a younger attorney than some, and in that early career stage where he’s still accessible, and not just chasing the huge dollar, big cases.
The two cases:
#1: Behind an espresso establishment, my left foot rolled off the edge of a small paver, which had been set unevenly, in a path across a bark area. My fifth metatarsal snapped. I’m in my sixties. It took four months for the thing to heal. That was in 2010. A downtown attorney told me there wasn’t a case. Eric took it and negotiated a respectable settlement from the property management company’s insurance agency.
#2: My truck was tail-ended on the Alaskan Way Viaduct, in 2011. The driver pulled a hit-and-run, but I had his license number. Damage to my truck was minimal, but the impact caused my post-surgery lower back problems to make my left foot numb. Again, other attorneys I talked to weren’t optimistic about me having a case. Evidence and medical bills were small, but Eric negotiated a settlement from the other driver’s insurance company.

If MRM has been practicing 35 years we were her among her early clients. She was amazing the and still is. I have not needed an attorney much since 1981 but when I have she is the best advisor. Never has forced a litigation on any. She did took my husband I through the end of a horrid family court matter that had taken on a life of its own even after remarriages . Former attorneys had settled nothing to the satisfaction of any party, including new husband or new wife. We did prevail on a permanent maintenance beyond remarriage of the recipient or payment of attorney fees by husband. She took it to appeals and won on both. She did not further damage the already fragile relationship between divorced parents of a fragile preteen in the process. Time passes we are grandparents, everyone is the exact same personality as they were in then. She worked hard for us in an area of law that is not her specialty but she has left her mark with these appeals and by assuring we newly weds had a chance at making a marriage and eventual family find peace. For that We are eternally grateful.

I made the best decision when I chose Catherine Fleming of Fleming Law to represent me in my lawsuit against the city of Seattle. I had a bicycle crash on a poorly marked Seattle street which left me semi-paralyzed and permanently in a wheelchair. After my wife’s bicycle crash in Seattle and subsequent spinal surgery, we faced an uncertain future. Before, she had been a strong cyclist and active hiker, but now was confined to a wheelchair with incomplete paraplegia.

This company was retained to assist someone trying to steal my land. They clearly have a losing case. This firm has delayed every email and settlement offer presented to them. They takes weeks or months to respond to calls and emails if at all. It is clear they are doing this to delay the process to rack fees for their clients. Read all the horrible reviews about this firm online and how they treat their own clients and opposing counsel offering them more than generous settlements. We have 7 attorneys and have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. Even our property insirance company and the firm retained said this is the most unprofessional communication ever. All they have to do is agree to a settlement but they delay the process to rack of trial fees and do not communicate with clients or opposing counsel. Read all the horrible reviews before hiring these people.
