I was in a terrible accident while driving down Grady way in Renton Washington. I searched top lawyers near me and Linda Callahan popped up and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with them!!! When other attorneys would have gave up they kept fighting for me and ended up getting me way more money then I expected! And honestly if if wasn’t for Tina I would’ve missed out on a extra 30k!!! All said and done I ended up in the six figures and I recommend them to everyone I know that gets in an accident!!! Hopefully I never have to call them again but if anything happens it’s the first call I will make!!! Oh and I ended up getting more than I paid for my car 2 years and 30k miles later lol nothing but great things to say about Callahan law!!!!!!

This is our first personal injury protection case so I was a little unsure, but we are so glad we got Sonny and his team. We were hit by another car and the at fault party's insurance low balled me. We needed several months of medical care. Sonny's team, Malissa, Vy and everyone helped us feel assured we would be taken care of and they did just that. They nearly doubled the amount of settlement offered by the other agency. We got all the care we needed, recouped the losses from time off work and assured our confidence in the legal process. We come from immigrant/refugee background so we are sometimes untrusting of these things, based on our general life expereinces, but wow, we are so happy and thankful for Sonny, his expertise, wisdom and knowledge. They're really helping people get back on their feet and more. I would give 10 stars. Thanks again.

Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. We had no legal experience at all and he patiently & thoroughly explained things to us. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. If you ever get in a situation like this, I would highly recommend his services.

I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

I had been in a lawsuit with an international entity. Non disclosure prevents me from saying their name. Evan was my third attorney. The other two were puppets for the defense. Evan stood up for me when no one else would and got me back what was taken. I had a house paid in full a car. These people came along and tried to make me something I am not to hide the truth and flip the script on the lawsuit. I am no longer In The United States. Evan got back some of what was taken so I can move on and start a new life abroad. Those other reviews about his answering service. Look he does cases in New York, California, Washington, Arizona. He is a busy man and the people in the office are just doing their job.

In 2017 I was in a car accident the really change my life do to the fact that i can't really do activities that I use because of this accident. Having Evan Oshan as my lawyer made me feel better because Evan Oshan really fought for me like he was in a boxing match. he was very direct and knows what he want for his client and what they deserve. It is very true what they say about bankruptcy.....SCARY...and nerve racking. One local attorney declined to help, quoting the "complexity" of my situation. Another attorney was asking for an unreasonable fee and was not very friendly. A quick internet search lead me to Erin's practice and was impressed right away. Erin has a very confident and reassuring demeanor and I was so very relieved to have found her. Her rate is also very reasonable. Erin and her staff David are extremely prompt and reliable. They are both very easy to contact and again, very prompt. Lastly, I cannot say enough about how caring and detailed both Erin and David were with my case. We had a potentially devastating issue but Erin was very instrumental with ensuring that the outcome was favorable and positive; the Trustee during the creditor's meeting did not even bring up the matter, she's that good. Two people I know hired Mr. Floyd & suggested I use him as well. I was in my first car accident & didn't know where to turn. He kept me well aware & very informed of each process. Even through all my frustrations he remained professional which helped to keep my calm & patient. He's a very busy man with many cases so getting in contact with him was difficult at times yet he still managed returned calls, voicemails, texts and emails. He addressed all my concerns & answered all my questions even the frivolous ones. He gives advice based on your case & with your best interest at heart. Never at one time was I under the impression that he was out for self & just wanted the money but wanted to make sure I got the overall best outcome. God forbid I ever get into another accident...but if i do I would hire him again. If I ever need attorney services Cleodis will be my go to guy!

This was the second time I had talked with them and they were very informational they were definitely willing to try to help me the first time the second time they were as well even though with certain circumstances given that most other law firms probably wouldn't continue to try to take up my case they still were willing to to review everything again to see if they could help me I much appreciate them although my case was never really handled by any attorney overall cuz none of them wanted to take my case unfortunately cuz there was no homeowners insurance so it seems like it's hard to get a lawyer to kind of want to go down different road or different path to help the victim out but this one by far was willing to go an extra step even if it was for not

After getting hit by a drunk driver on 405, my boyfriend and I were lucky to be alive. We were overwhelmed with dealing with the police, work, hospitals and insurance companies - plus dealing with our own injuries. My friend recommended getting in touch with Davis Law Group. It was the best thing we could've done. From the get go we were welcomed by the staff and made to feel that our case had value. After we hired The Davis Law Group, everything was taken care of by them. They have extensive knowledge of the law and vehicle accident/injuries. Our paralegals Toni and Rory handled all transactions with the Insurance companies from the get go. They took care of paying all of the bills related to our accident and communicated with the police. All questions, we had were answered within 24 hours. My boyfriends case was wrapped up quickly but my case took about 4 years to settle -as they will tell you, sometimes it's just not a fast process. My name is Will MacHugh. Kirk has been my attorney for the last 3 years on a personal Injury case. He was referred by my business partners friend.
I was in an accident a the end of 2017. I had surgery, and some long term damage to my thumb. Kirk took the time to get to know me, know the doctors, understand the circumstances, and spent diligent time on the case. At no time did I ever feel like calling him 'Mr. Davis'. Dan York was successful at quashing a restraining order against me and replacing it with one that protected me and my child. He showed throughout his work and communication with me to have high moral values. He is energetic and great under fire. I was involved in an commercial accident lawsuit as the defendant. I was recommended to Doug from a close family friend (also an attorney) whose opinion I greatly value. William has represented me on two separate motor vehicle accidents. One when I was a college student in 2010, and another in 2020. Both times he was tough on the opposition, and very very understanding with me. I was hurt and dealing with physical ailments in both instances, and he and his office staff were kind and accommodating with my schedule and needs. He always made sure I was informed of where we were at in the process, asked for my opinion and listened to my wishes. Everything was ultimately my choice, and he made sure I knew it! I recently hired Mr. Di Furia to handle my foreclosure situation. He was really easy to deal with and down to earth. I like that he knew what he was talking about, but he also really made me feel comfortable. I was in a bad situation, but he really got me a great deal in the end. One of the best qualities about Paul is his communication. Unlike most lawyers, his assistant will answer texts/calls until late and she will also communicate over the weekends. That's excellent for a person like me that works 8-5pm. She was able to answer my questions and make sure that I calmed down if I got distressed. This was a great experience, I got lower payments, and it was very affordable fee wise. I would recommend Paul to anyone.

I’d called the state’s mediation counseling/referral line December 23, 2016 and the woman I spoke with said I’d probably miss my 30-day option for mediation due to the timing of the holidays. That godsend of a woman then called in a personal favor and contacted “the best foreclosure attorney in the business” because she said if anyone could stop the foreclosure at that point, it was him.
Paul called me from the East Coast where he was celebrating Christmas with his family. He got my information and told me he’d enter me in the mediation program to stop foreclosure even if I didn’t end up hiring him to represent me, but of course I did.
Paul’s fee was extremely reasonable, and he accepted it in monthly payments. After 4 years and 2 prior failed mediation’s, my case was a mess that took a lot more time, effort, and negotiation than all of his other clients, but he never complained or asked for more money. I was recently involved in a very challenging legal matter that I was told was essentially unwinnable by several trusted confidants. I turned to the Osborn Machler firm based on their reputation with difficult and complex cases, and Austin Neff was assigned as the lead attorney in my case.
From the beginning, Mr. Neff and his colleagues concurred that my case was indeed an uphill battle. But Austin immediately began to outline a legal strategy he calculated would maximize our chances of success. What stood out initially to me was his ability to explain complex legal terms and processes in a way that I could easily understand, which helped alleviate much of my anxiety—which, I admit, was through the roof.
As someone with very little exposure to the legal system, much of the strategy Austin constructed seemed almost counterintuitive to me at first. But he was very patient in explaining the reasoning for his approach at every step of the way, as I peppered him with endless layman’s questions about the law. By the time we were ready for the hearing, I almost felt like I had a couple semesters of law school under my belt.

Drew is a very down to earth, non "lawyer-y" lawyer. I only met with him in person one time and he was very relaxed yet instilled confidence in me when he spoke about what he does. While it took much longer than I had hoped, he ultimately won a great settlement for us from our own insurance company, using our coverage for uninsured motorists. I fractured my tailbone and suffered some other injuries after being hit by a car this summer while riding my bike. I was recommended to Stacie after I was run over by a Metro bus whilst riding my bike, and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Before I hired her, I attempted to handle the claim myself and it was a complete nightmare. Metro was putting all the burden of recovery on me and made me continually jump through hoops in order to frustrate me and make me go away. Dealing with them was like having a part time job in of itself.
When I decided it was time for professional help, a friend recommended Stacie to me and she lifted all the burden of the accident off my shoulders. Working with her allowed me to focus on my physical recovery and gave me time to get back to normal life. Any loop Metro threw at me from that point forward was no longer my problem. Stacie handled all their BS for me.
Due the length of time for my physical recovery, I was with Stacie for quite some time. Throughout the process Stacie gave me consistent updates on her side of things. She would also check in on recovery and helped defer payment with a practitioner until after I had received my settlement.
When it came time to submit a claim, Metro twice low balled us and forced us into to arbitration. They were also claiming some of my treatments used were invalid and they weren't going to compensate them. Liz was our constant support and advisor during our case against a hospital that did not provide standard of care for my husband resulting in a significantly shortened lifespan as well as a difficult one.
Liz was the one we first called or emailed with questions -- and we had lots! Never did she seem we were taking too much of her time, and she always provided her expert opinion and advice in an easy to understand, thoughtful and kind manner.
While our attorneys got to know a lot about our lives, they shared some about their own, so we enjoyed learning about Liz's children, one of whom she gave birth to during the process.
Through depositions and a mediation Liz informed us very well about the process so we weren't taken by surprise in any way.
