Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem. During a consult with Sara, she suggested I go to the Spine Clinic, and she set up an appointment for me. At the appointment they found what was causing the problem and within 45 days I was having surgery and it resolved my problem. Sarah closed up with the Insurance Company's and all the costs related to the accident and surgery were taken care of. Sara did all the work and we were blessed by having her as our advocate. When my insurance company was not returning my calls I wasn’t sure what to do. I was injured in an auto collision, the other driver was uninsured. I thought my insurance company was on my side, I was wrong. As soon as I spoke with Sara at GLP Attorneys I felt better. Sara and her team took my case and they handled everything. I've worked with him a few times when I was involved in car accidents - one of which was a hit and run from a drunk driver. He made sure I got a fair settlement and all of the medical I needed. Having him there helped me recover easier knowing he'd take care of all of the insurance, paperwork, and legal stuff. He also made sure the hit and run driver was caught with the minimal information I had. He has a great way of putting justice first and prioritizing the betterment of the community over judgements.

We want to share the good experience we had with Barden & Barden. We are an elderly couple who never had to deal with anything like this before. We felt overwhelmed by this event because it seemed so complicated. The collision caused by another driver moving at high speed and failing to yield, left us both quite seriously injured and hospitalized thousands of miles from home in a community we didn’t know. On top of that we had totaled the rental car we were driving. Shortly after the event, we contacted Barden & Barden in our home town. They did so much right away to put our minds at rest and assure us they would handle all the details of compensation for medical and rehabilitation expenses, automobile damage, and communications with the many entities involved, especially insurance companies. For example, right away they gathered complete information from the local sheriff attending the collision and the doctors caring for us. They obviously took care to see that insurance covered our bills as we never were billed ourselves. While they worked on our case, they kept us up to date on its progress. The firm’s attorneys and their assistants maintained a sympathetic and business-like attitude throughout the time they helped us. It was obvious in our dealings with them that they really knew what they were doing. At the end, they engineered a settlement that covered all our expenses as well as compensating us for what we had gone through.

I was hit by a car while out on delivery for a local company. I explained to Jed that I was a student and that I really didn't know how to put forward my claim or what was a reasonable price for my compensation.
Jed listened to my concerns and made good recommendations in terms of medical treatment, dealing with Labor and Industries, and the hospital regarding my billing. Additionally he helped me ask for the maximum settlement amount that was reasonable, and helped me negotiate with the insurance company which really tried to lowball then ignore my claim. Having an advocate to help you navigate the complexities of the insurance, labor and the legal obligations was so great. I would recommend him to any of my friends!

I hired Winston earlier this year as my attorney in my Family Law case, specifically my divorce. Hi my name is Steve and I made a serious mistake and chose to drink and drive.
I first met Dallas, I was in terrible emotion shape but Dallas was so professional and actually cared about my well being that I was completely blown away.
He made me feel like I was NOT a loser and that I was in good hands and that he could help me fix the mistake I had made.
Yes I was reluctant to believe but. Dallas saved my Drivers License.
I can not even begin so say what an impact this did for me!
I was able to keep my Job and continue to drive.
Dallas saved me on the State part of a Dui and then he introduced me to one of the finest ladies I have ever met for the civil part of the incident .
This lady's name is Jennifer Fassbender. Jennifer also treated me with complete professionalism and respect. Her approach made me feel like she truly cared. I did commit a very serious violation to the great people of Spokane and the State of Washington but she helped me get through this tragedy with hope and a better understanding of what I had done.
The court system made me jump through a lot of hoops that are law I.E. The blower thing in the car and stuff like but she professionally protected me.
Next because of this Dui stuff my wife said she wanted a divorce. I do not agree with my wife's decision but Jennifer suggested Julia Pelk she was equally awesome.
Julia and her associate were so again professional and I did not even have to appear in court. Thay handled everything.

When I recieved my DUI charge the first person I contacted was Dallas Cooney and because of the severity of my charge (2nd strike) Dallas took the case personally. Boy was it worth it to have Dallas and his team on the case. I was facing certain jail time and years of restrictions if not a complete loss of driving priviledges. It was very serious but Dallas managed to take what looked like an open and shut DUI case for the prosecution and have my ticket reduced to a Reckless Driving Charge with substantially less consequences as my DUI charge would have been. Needless to say the entire experience has "scared me straight" and I would never drink and drive again if drink at all! Dallas was always straight with me and kept the worst possible scenerio at the forefront of my mind and when I recieved a letter from the Department of Licensing that all charges had been dropped against me I just couldn't believe my good fortune. Now was the next test of the criminal charges. Somehow Dallas was able to come to an understanding with the prosecutor and my charge was reduced to a reckless driving ticket which itself had some pretty stiff penalties but nothing compared to the original charge. It felt like a miracle. In fact it was. Dallas was great to work with and very personable. Though he kept me abreast of the severity of the charges and possible consequences he always seemed to inspire confidence regardless of the outcome. I just felt the entire time that I had the best possible person in my court. The fact is, even if the outcome was not as favorable as it ended up being for me, I couldn't think of another attourney I would have represent me. Just an amazing experience all the way around and the result being a reduced charge and a changed man all at the same time. Thank you Dallas.

When I first approached Mr. Gilbert to take my DUI case, he advised me that he typically doesn't do criminal law. However, upon my insistence he agreed to take my case. No only was I charged with a DUI, it had special circumstances that could have ended not so favorably for me. Mr. Gilbert not only did a full investigation, but also consulted with experts. Mr. Gilbert was able to reduce my DUI charge to a Negligence charge. Mr. Gilbert was professional, effective as well as making sure I knew how my decision to allegedly drink and drive could have had more dire consequences to not just me but to others. I recommend him with out hesitation and should you find yourself in a situation, criminal or not, where you need representation hire Mr. Gilbert!

I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence. I'm Canadian. I was in Seattle last June. I had a beer too many. I was charged with DUI. At my age and being a foreign national I was in trouble. I first spoke with Mr. Phillipson's law partner. She's amazing. Ms. Lundin assured me the process would be handled by herself and Mr. Phillipson.
I had a very good case. I was over the limit but registered .085. The law process is enormous. Do not proceed without calling this law firm. The amount of money I spent was very small compared to the imsurance implications alone.
We did not go to trial. A good lawyer is your best friend in any legal proceeding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. I did not lose my licence. Mr Phillipson is very well respected within the WA legal community. I made two very brief trips back to Seattle and the matter was dealt with.
When you've been criminally charged in WA state, call Mr Phillipson. It will be the best phone call you will ever make.
I've learned much from this experience. Firstly, don't drink and drive. Secondly, pay to have a legal team take care of the way your feeling right now. You've made a mistake otherwise you wouldn't be reading this. Phillipson & Lundin gave me my life back.

Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Scared, stressed, alone and ignorant of any means to help myself out of the situation. I knew I needed help and I got it with Mr. Harwood. From our first phone call my fears were put to rest. He was knowledgeable about the law and more importantly, my own personal case. I am a single mom and cannot express the gratitude I felt after talking to Mr. Harwood. I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. After being in a horrific head-on auto accident a family member put me in contact with Mr. Nodland. If I ever did anything right in my life it was contacting him. From the time I was placed into a room at the trauma center I was life flighted to the harrassing phone calls started fron insurance companies. After contacting Mr. Nodland, those stopped so my family and I could consentrate on the upcoming surgeries to put me back together. The nurses had nicknamed me "Humpty Dumpty". As the journey of recovery progressed Mr. Nodland handled all the legal matters with professional expertise. Always fully informing me of the status and options available. Firstly I want to say Shayne is one of the nicest people I've ever met and could sense he wasn't in it for the money.
