When I first approached Mr. Gilbert to take my DUI case, he advised me that he typically doesn't do criminal law. However, upon my insistence he agreed to take my case. No only was I charged with a DUI, it had special circumstances that could have ended not so favorably for me. Mr. Gilbert not only did a full investigation, but also consulted with experts. Mr. Gilbert was able to reduce my DUI charge to a Negligence charge. Mr. Gilbert was professional, effective as well as making sure I knew how my decision to allegedly drink and drive could have had more dire consequences to not just me but to others. I recommend him with out hesitation and should you find yourself in a situation, criminal or not, where you need representation hire Mr. Gilbert!

No joke, this is the best lawyer you will ever see in a courtroom. Just brilliant. And it’s really fun to watch. I've worked with a number of attorneys, and been to court with attorneys in business litigations. I have seen Mary Schultz try cases off and on—a lot of lawyers and others in the court system come to watch when she’s there. Amazing presence. Never overdone. Not hard or demanding--She just gets people. You can tell she loves what she does, and who she represents. I was getting nowhere trying to fight my case in the system myself. Workers comp and social security. Then came rondi. She is very knowledgeable in all sides of the system. She is very sweet and personable and truly cares about the right thing but she also met any controversy during my case head on and with complete confidence. Definitely not afraid to fight for you and what is right. She always had my back and gave me peace of mind. Her characteristics I tend to think of her as a true friend that just so happens to be my atty as well. I highly recommend her.

I appreciate Dusty Deisner if it were not him and his staff I not be here and many others. I was on the job on the company time clock in a company vehicle going to work site stopped for seven school kids at lunch and pedestrian cross school zone when lady travelinmf over 50 in a 20 hit me and car directly from the back. 100 percent disabled Wa state labor and industries as well as Negligent insurance companies denied me medical treatment since 052902 to save so many lives 8-9 total no less and be denied medical treatment 13 years to become 100 percent physically disabled Wa State further disabled a disabled by the injury and negligence of no recovery to find out nothing nobody may do its too late damage done and my disability worsens falls seizures and eleven doctors later many medical staffs later well I love them and I'm grateful here's why got to fall in love and be loved no money can determine life from my heart thank you Dustin Deisner its not about money in a case its about our lives all lives matter and to make things right when they are not. Thank you for helping, others when you held U.S. up when we U.S. in no way could help ourselves. Dustin Deisner Attorney is beyond a great citizen and pillar in our community. Dusty 100% saved my life on numerous times when all others gave up. I was hurt saving 8 children's lives and several major accidents no fault of mine in a city bus all I remember is waking up in a morgue in the hospital to a lady screaming he's alive get the doctor now. They said hang in their. Went years fighting for my life and others lives in the same situation Insurance negligence Government Negligence all criminal and civil against the law. Scary thing is this happened several times its all i remember. Lifetime of complications for all our lives too be saved including children in my original accident. I saved 8 children and an adult pedestrian too only be hit direct on over 50 MPH in a 20 my doctors all 11 of them don't know how I survived. Washington State closed illegally my claim in middle of treatment further disabling me endangering my life 34 ER visits This attoney does things right by all sides and we all agree. My wife and I had been talking about getting our will done for years. This year was the year we got it done, and Tyler with McNeice Wheeler was fantastic. We scheduled a phone call with him due to COVID and was patient as we worked out the three way calling between my office, his office, and my wife at home. He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn’t realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign. They had everything ready and laid out in the conference room with the necessary witnesses and notary (all socially distanced of course!) and made it super easy to pop in, sign, and continue with the rest of our errands that day. If you need your estate planning done, or any legal support, McNeice Wheeler deserves your attention.

Ezra helped us with a malpractice-type suit. In hearings as well as in our conversations, he never once said or suggested anything other than providing a completely honest report. Often in these cases things resolve to he said, she said, but Ezra was able to provide definitive evidence bolstering our case leading to the win. His MO is every situation was to uphold the truth regardless of whether or not it may have detracted from our case, which resulted in establishing our credibility and accuracy regarding the issue at hand. He also repeatedly gave us emotional support to continue forward with the trial even when we pushed to just be done with it all. Though there was obvious incentive for him, I knew that wasn't what was driving him to keep the case up. He saw an injustice and felt compelled to help us do something about it, though never in a pushy or off-putting way. So in summary, he's an honest, genuine and just lawyer.

Sara was everything that I needed in an Attorney. I contacted her because the Insurance Company was pushing me to close a claim. I was having problems with my left side of my body, due to an automobile accident and the Dr.s could not locate the problem. During a consult with Sara, she suggested I go to the Spine Clinic, and she set up an appointment for me. At the appointment they found what was causing the problem and within 45 days I was having surgery and it resolved my problem. Sarah closed up with the Insurance Company's and all the costs related to the accident and surgery were taken care of. Sara did all the work and we were blessed by having her as our advocate. We want to share the good experience we had with Barden & Barden. We are an elderly couple who never had to deal with anything like this before. We felt overwhelmed by this event because it seemed so complicated. The collision caused by another driver moving at high speed and failing to yield, left us both quite seriously injured and hospitalized thousands of miles from home in a community we didn’t know. On top of that we had totaled the rental car we were driving. Shortly after the event, we contacted Barden & Barden in our home town. They did so much right away to put our minds at rest and assure us they would handle all the details of compensation for medical and rehabilitation expenses, automobile damage, and communications with the many entities involved, especially insurance companies. For example, right away they gathered complete information from the local sheriff attending the collision and the doctors caring for us. They obviously took care to see that insurance covered our bills as we never were billed ourselves. While they worked on our case, they kept us up to date on its progress. The firm’s attorneys and their assistants maintained a sympathetic and business-like attitude throughout the time they helped us. It was obvious in our dealings with them that they really knew what they were doing. At the end, they engineered a settlement that covered all our expenses as well as compensating us for what we had gone through.

Next because of this Dui stuff my wife said she wanted a divorce. I do not agree with my wife's decision but Jennifer suggested Julia Pelk she was equally awesome.
Julia and her associate were so again professional and I did not even have to appear in court. Thay handled everything.

When I recieved my DUI charge the first person I contacted was Dallas Cooney and because of the severity of my charge (2nd strike) Dallas took the case personally. Boy was it worth it to have Dallas and his team on the case. I was facing certain jail time and years of restrictions if not a complete loss of driving priviledges. It was very serious but Dallas managed to take what looked like an open and shut DUI case for the prosecution and have my ticket reduced to a Reckless Driving Charge with substantially less consequences as my DUI charge would have been. Needless to say the entire experience has "scared me straight" and I would never drink and drive again if drink at all! Dallas was always straight with me and kept the worst possible scenerio at the forefront of my mind and when I recieved a letter from the Department of Licensing that all charges had been dropped against me I just couldn't believe my good fortune. Now was the next test of the criminal charges. Somehow Dallas was able to come to an understanding with the prosecutor and my charge was reduced to a reckless driving ticket which itself had some pretty stiff penalties but nothing compared to the original charge. It felt like a miracle. In fact it was. Dallas was great to work with and very personable. Though he kept me abreast of the severity of the charges and possible consequences he always seemed to inspire confidence regardless of the outcome. I just felt the entire time that I had the best possible person in my court. The fact is, even if the outcome was not as favorable as it ended up being for me, I couldn't think of another attourney I would have represent me. Just an amazing experience all the way around and the result being a reduced charge and a changed man all at the same time. Thank you Dallas.

I'm Canadian. I was in Seattle last June. I had a beer too many. I was charged with DUI. At my age and being a foreign national I was in trouble. I first spoke with Mr. Phillipson's law partner. She's amazing. Ms. Lundin assured me the process would be handled by herself and Mr. Phillipson.
I had a very good case. I was over the limit but registered .085. The law process is enormous. Do not proceed without calling this law firm. The amount of money I spent was very small compared to the imsurance implications alone.
We did not go to trial. A good lawyer is your best friend in any legal proceeding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. I did not lose my licence. Mr Phillipson is very well respected within the WA legal community. I made two very brief trips back to Seattle and the matter was dealt with.
When you've been criminally charged in WA state, call Mr Phillipson. It will be the best phone call you will ever make.
