Imagine my shock after a one small accident landed me in the midst of a substantial lawsuit. I had no experience with anything of the kind when I was served with papers. Scared, stressed, alone and ignorant of any means to help myself out of the situation. I knew I needed help and I got it with Mr. Harwood. From our first phone call my fears were put to rest. He was knowledgeable about the law and more importantly, my own personal case. I am a single mom and cannot express the gratitude I felt after talking to Mr. Harwood. I had someone on my side who cared about helping me. He cared that I was scared and listened to all my concerns and addressing each one. He was honest with me about the factors in my case even when they weren't beneficial to my side of the case. He allowed me to see exactly how the land lay and how we were going to go about defending it. He was very thorough about sending me all the necessary documents I needed to stay informed and up to date. I wasn't just dealing with secretaries and paralegals, I talked to him personally and at length several times. He also assured me numerous times that I could call at any time for any reason. To put it plainly, he had my back and showed genuine concern for me. He made me feel like I was an important client to him but maybe that is how all his clients feel. Either way it's a good thing! Mr. Lambrecht spent valuable time with me on the phone listening to my case and provided very helpful advice on how to deal with it. People who have not been trained on law may not know how things work in the legal world and therefore be at a loss or taken advantage of in trying to resolve legal issues. Mr. Lambrecht provided advice on what steps to take and what to watch out for. It was very helpful.

I greatly appreciate all that Bruce Lambrecht has done to grant me justice in my case. I believe professionals like him that take the time to take on cases such as mine; where the road to restitution is skewed and does not promise outstanding investment return, are the reason society is able to heal and prosper even with overwhelming political and institutional corruption.
Not many people such as Bruce could understand how matters such as this could derail someone's attention, energy, and success. Since Bruce's help I have been able to pull my grades up in Arizona State University as well as become affiliated with two on campus human rights organizations. I will also be graduating with my Bachelor's degree this May and feel that my struggles would have been ridiculous and further post-poned as they were being, if it had not been for Bruce. Not only was he attentive, thorough, and constantly working on my case, but even when I had felt overwhelmed and detached from the case he ensured full communication and promise to strive for everything I deserved. I was t-boned by a distracted driver and wrestled w/the other driver's insurance company for several months before talking to Timothy. He was so helpful, knowledgable, and confident. After being in a horrific head-on auto accident a family member put me in contact with Mr. Nodland. If I ever did anything right in my life it was contacting him. From the time I was placed into a room at the trauma center I was life flighted to the harrassing phone calls started fron insurance companies. After contacting Mr. Nodland, those stopped so my family and I could consentrate on the upcoming surgeries to put me back together. The nurses had nicknamed me "Humpty Dumpty". As the journey of recovery progressed Mr. Nodland handled all the legal matters with professional expertise. Always fully informing me of the status and options available. My personal injury suit became very complicated but Mr.Nodland never waivered and tenaciosly fought on my behalf. He always treated me and and my family as if we were his own family. After over five years a settlement was reached. It was more than fair and more than ever expected. Even after the settlement was reached and no increase to his fee portion, he continued to negotiated to increase my portion. Above and Beyond he fought on my behalf. I just can't say enough about Mr. Nodland. He knows the law and knows how litigate. No matter how complicated things can get he will not quit or fail to give the very best advice. Mr. Nodland is definately on my christmas list !

Couldn't of had the result I had if it wasn't for Adam. Got the settlement we were looking for after jumping through a couple interesting situations. Adam was not phased by this. He was very responsive, kept me in the loop and let me know of the timeline of things as they happened.
I felt comfortable the whole time during the process, as it does take awhile with our situation we had.
The honesty Adam brings really is assuring with what he works on is going to be worth the effort or not.

Adam took an interest first and foremost in my physical health. He made sure I got an examination as soon as possible after my accident to ensure swift and accurate care. He was wonderful about staying in contact throughout the entire process and keeping me informed of all important events pertinent to my case. He made sure I was always aware of what I needed to do on my end as far as paperwork and doctors visits were concerned. When my treatment was completed, it took less than 4 weeks to reach a settlement, and a good one at that! Did I mention he did all of this while 300 miles away? Frank Hoover is a reliable and trustworthy attorney. He acted as a mediator for a car accident I was involved in. This mediation was extremely important to me because my injuries will be with me indefinitely and I wanted to be compensated accordingly.
I feel Frank Hoover is an excellent lawyer. He exemplified a non-biased opinion and reported to each side promptly and without persuasion. I initially worried I would not be happy with the outcome of the deposition and wanted to go to trial but was surprisingly satisfied with the job Frank Hoover did presenting my case to the opposition. He never showed he was impartial to one side rather neutral and fair-minded. I appreciated his dimeanor throughout the deposition because it represented his characteristics- strong qualities as an attorney.

I went through a nasty divorce. My X was the best divorce attorney in the state. She dragged a property division only case through the court system for 8 years. It cost me $250,000 to litigate. My X overwhelmed my other attorney and paper worked us to death. She came after me again after the divorce and I decided to hire Todd. I met with Todd and we made a plan together to fight my X. We filed our own separate action in and court venue while fighting her in another where I had litigated my divorce. His strategy was brilliant and to the point! His briefs were short but concise! I needed a bulldog and got one. He wasn't afraid to state the obvious things that my other attorney would not say and he made them and got to the point. Before I was represented by Kyle Smith, I felt vulnerable to the L and I system. Any mistakes they made or delays in response on their part was costing me time and causing me stress. After three months of trying to deal with this on my own I decided I needed representation. Kyle took my case and helped to guide me and L and I all the way through to the other side of this case. In 2008 I first meet Dayle after a Slip & Fall accident that occurred at the apartment complex I was living in that resulted in a closed head trauma and other injuries. From the beginning till the end, Dayle and his staff saw that I was taking care of physically, emtionally & then with a very nice monetary out of court settlement in the end. Dayle also was able to have a judgement put against them in the settlement agreement. At times I wanted to just quit, but Dayle and Anita would continuously reassure me to "hang in there" and it would pay off in the end, and it did!
Then in 2011 I was rearended which again caused whiplash, other injuries and $6000 dollars worth of damage to my car. After my first great experience with Dayle I knew exactly who to call. Again Dayle went in full force, got my car fixed and all medical paid for and again a very nice settlement for me!
I hope that I would not need Dayle's services again anytime soon in the future, but if you do he's diffidently the ATTORNEY I would call!

I recently attended Evergreen State in Elder Law at their free online workshop called “Estate planning 101: Everything you need to know to create a solid plan”. The instructor, Mirisa, explained about Wills, Trust,Power of Attorney,, and living Wills, and it was an incredible informative experience. Mirisa was clear, knowledgeable, and made complex topics easy to understand. The session covered everything from special needs trust to the importance of planning for the future, with helpful insights throughout. The Q&A at the end was especially useful. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to better understand their legal Planning-needs — Definitely worth attending!

Attorneys did not even ask about his will as my brother had it done to add myself as his beneficiary of any of his payouts from his benefits from his laborers union. Now have to go through another attorney to file for what should have been done through them . My brother passed away on the 21st of June, and recieved a letter to our mother, saying he was no longer representing him. Pretty cold, now I see he was just making a living off of my brother's disability for years. Now he just made it cut n dry he was done. What a racket. Lori Calvert
