In the past 20-some years Bob has represented me 4 times. Twice he defended me against criminal charges, and twice was my advocate for injury claims.
He was at all times most personable a friendly and always explained the realities of my situation and made sure that I understood what was going on. In all cases he obtained favorable results. His fees for criminal defense were less than what other lawyers quoted me and yet he went full out on my behalf as if I was his only client. (He is a sole practitioner and is sometimes very very busy.) Once he was too busy to take a case from me and referred me to another lawyer who handled my case with high competence and who obtained a great result for my claim.
In addition to criminal defense and personal injury work, Bob has assisted my brother, (who is a musician), with some entertainment contracts and is well versed in entertainment law.
There are truly not enough stars to rate how helpful Bob is!

I spoke with several lawyers before choosing Matthew. The others I spoke with told me I didn't have a case and even though I understood that and still wanted to move forward they didn't want to help me.
When I spoke with Matthew he listened to what I had to say and was willing to help me. He was very direct with me regarding my case which I appreciated. He quoted me a flat fee and was able to stick to the quoted cost. He represented me with my former employer and was able to negotiate a nice severance for me when others told me I had no chance.
He was timely in his communication and always kept me informed. I'd highly recommend him.

Nothing bad to say about Mr. Douglas. So far, he is the only attorney to really look into our civil rights case. The case I have is a bit complex.
I can tell through corresponding with Mr. Douglas, he is a really good attorney to have on your side. He's sharp, really reviews the case, and seems totally honest with his clients or potential clients.
Mr. Douglas said to me we have a valid claim, but he simply didn't have time to pursue my case. So, I did want to thank him for going through the case files, looking at the video, and even providing another attorney by name that might be able to attend to our case.
Mr. Douglas is the real deal.

When I met Cole Douglas for the first time, I was nervous and embarrassed to tell my story, but I knew I needed to if I wanted to be heard. My case was of a very personal and sensitive nature, and it was very uncomfortable for me to even talk about it. Cole listened to my story without rushing me, asked detailed questions, and treated me with total respect. When I finished giving my statement, Cole went over our options in detail and took his time explaining them to me. Once we made the decision to move forward, he returned calls and emails, and always kept me apprised of the process. These are the most crooked attorneys I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Run far and run fast. Find someone else! Don't hire them or you will regret it. Yes, they have the experience of dealing with the insurance companies. This is what got me to hire them, but this is what they will use to make a deal with the insurance company behind your back, and you will get next to nothing.

I was facing 60 months for an assault and within 6 months Morgan Benfield took me to trial and got me an acquitted via an “Not Guilty” verdict from the jury.
Looking back at this process, I would sincerely tell anyone whom is looking for a defense attorney to consider hiring Morgan Benfield.
His entire philosophical process was way beyond easy and in the end, despite the flagrant dishonesty and intentional difficulty inflicted upon us by the State, especially during the pretrial process, he smoothly navigated and directed us to a big win.
If you hire Mr Benfield please understand that the courts respect him as well. For example, whenever I showed up to arraignment, the State made it crystal clear that they were going to ask for $50,000 bail. Once they’d been informed that I was represented by Morgan Benfield, that request suddenly plummeted to $15,000, the judge ultimately deciding to release me for free under my own recognizance. “Mr Cho I see that you’ve hired your own attorney” he said, prior to releasing me.
I say again Mr Benfield is super easy to work with. So easy that at times I felt uncomfortable with the lack of effort that was required of me. You literally pay for his services and let the man work. Other lawyers, many times more expensive ones will not only ask you for their fee but then will give you a packet/check list of all the things that you need to do on your end before they get started. They’ll even attach your bill on the very top as they hand it all over to you. This is the extreme opposite of Mr Benfield.
His approach is unorthodox and he even has a catch-phrase that he uses once he has them where he wants them (I won’t disclose it and ruin the fun) but by the time Morgan Benfield was finished that jury took only an hour to decide and I truly feel the only reason that it took that long was for the jury to give the pretense to the judge that they were debating amongst themselves. We were done by lunch.
Trust me. This guy is good. Thank you to all my predecessors that left reviews prior to me because without them I may have never sought out his services. Thank you again Mr Benfield for beating my charge!

After 9 months of trying to get someone to acknowledge that I was not at fault and to get needed car repairs I enlisted the help of Mr. Shin and the Tacoma office of The Herrmann Law Group. John Wilson and the staff at RHHK was by my side for almost six years as we had to file suit against 2 insurance companies and deal with Covid. He was optimistic but also realistic. He prepared the case so well we netted over 96% of the insurance policies limits during our mediation. Even more importantly he referred me to a neck and back specialist who greatly reduced my pain at least temporarily. When he told me my insurance company only offered us 4% of the available funds and he recommended filing suit for the full limit I was quite surprised. But over the years the medical bills grew and will continue to accumulate, with this settlement I should be able to get the necessary treatment for years to come. I couldn't recommend him any higher.
