Lee helped me immensely through a very difficult and new experience. My case was due to negligence on a medical professionals part and I was unsure if I should move forward with this case. Lee did not push me into this suit but listened to my case and simply stated he would take it on. He didn’t leadme to believe it was a fast and easy win yet he definitely made me feel validated.
Lee answered every question within a reasonable amount of time. He stayed in contact with me letting me know next steps throughout this 22 month process. I found him to be personable and explained everything in layman’s terms. He guided me yet let me make my own decisions. He wasn’t pushy and really listened to my concerns. He didn’t hurry me off the phone or out of his office. He honestly took the necessary time to explain things and wasn’t pushy in his advice.
And again, he really listened to my fears and concerns and gave great feedback, even if it was feedback I wasn’t ready to hear. He approached it professionally and honestly.
I’m glad I listened to Lee and glad he took my case

Roger Weinberg is not only a compassionate person, he is a highly competent and effective lawyer. We worked with Roger for two years in our case regarding our mother's unfortunate neglect at an assisted living facility. He helped all of us (five children living in various states) stay focused and informed during the course of the lawsuit which eventually led to a trial. Roger was resourceful during every phase of the lawsuit, especially at trial where he defended our case with aplomb. All of us are deeply grateful to Roger as he worked long and hard to represent us during a stressful period. From the get go, the Whitney Law Firm gave me precise instructions on how to handle my case. I purchased a car online from a dealership in Maryland ( I'm from California). They hid a major mechanical flaw, making the vehicle worthless. I was guided to Whitney for representation. Before even representing me, they told me where to file a case with the Maryland MVA. It took a few months, but the MVA found in my favor. Dan Whitney Jr. stepped in at that point, took over, and reclaimed every dime I had spent on this endeavor, even getting my legal fees back. I was very fortunate to find Jane Santoni through the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service to represent my 89 year old neighbor, Virginia, who was being sued by a home improvement company. Virginia had work done on her roof and paid the full estimated cost of the job in advance. When the job was completed, Virginia was presented with a bill for over $2000. for work claimed to have been done that was not in the contract. Virginia had not been told that the additional work was needed much less completed without her knowledge. Miss Virginia has very meager means and had to borrow the money from her bank for the roof repair and just frankly did not have, nor could she raise, the additional money. Jane Santoni volunteered to help Virginia, pro bono and I served as a communications channel, driver and interpreter for Virginia so was privileged to all communication between Ms. Santoni and Virginia. The most vivid image I have from our meeting with Ms. Santoni is the warm, sincere interest Ms. Santoni expressed in anything and everything Virginia had to say. Ms. Santoni knew how extremely stressful the situation was for Virginia and was able to create an interaction that was comfortable and put her at ease. Everything about her interaction with Virginia was perfect-eye contact, body language, and even small talk about those things in Virginia's life that are important to her, like her dog. Jane Santoni is a masterful communicator and at no time did I feel that we were getting a different level of service that we would have had we been paying. Ms. Santoni was always mindful of Virginia's interests. Even though she felt that Virginia had a very strong case for a counter suit, she did not represent this option any differently than the simple option of getting the suit dropped, which was Virginia's preference. Jane was thorough in her communication with me, passing on all the artifacts the she generated and all correspondence that she received from the plaintiff and letting me know what was happening in the case. She successfully prepared a claim against the home improvement company which led them to drop the suit against Virginia. It is wonderful to meet a person who shows compassion for people who are treated unfairly and generously donates their time to make things right. Should I ever need a lawyer, I want Jane Santoni to represent me. I have no reservation in giving Jane Santoni the highest recommendation. She is a bright shining star in a profession that gets a fair amount of bad press.

If I could give zero stars I would, I don't know about the other attorneys at this law firm, Mr. David Daneman get another attorney before allowing Mr. Daneman to handle your case, all about money, very unethical, dont listen to his clients, to busy trying to get paid from everyone involved in your case. Maryland is so Corrupt, the attorneys has jumped on the band wagon. Mr. Daneman Will show you empathy and compassion don't fall for it. Make sure anything Mr. Daneman discuss with you over phone, make sure he follow up with an email of your conversation.

I don't think they told me the truth one time during my entire case. After my case is over and I received almost No medical treatment and almost no money, now I am talking to other attorneys. They are all telling me Seigel and Rouhana scammed me and lied to me. If only I had called other attorneys earlier, everything would be different. Do not fall for Seigel and Rouhana's lies. They want to get you as little money as possible. All of their clients say they have been taken advantage of but they don't find out until it's too late. They have a class action being filed against them soon by their former clients. They are thieves.

I hired Doug as my lawyer in 2016 when I was in a hit-and-run car accident as a passenger. I came to him because I wanted to focus on healing and the insurances were already throwing numbers at me and other issues. Having him as a lawyer allowed me to focus on myself. Doug was available throughout the process and handled anything I need. When it came down to about a year before we were to settle, Doug went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, knowledgeable and not just satisfied, but happy with the outcome, financially.
