You can not trust seigel or rouhana or Cohen with your case. They will not represent you in good faith. The worst mistake of my life was hiring them. For some reason they feel entitled to just take as much money from you as they want without you even knowing. They will never tell you the truth. They work behind the scenes the entire time to damage you. They constantly have complaints filed against them and they don't even care. They are known in the industry as the firm that sells out their own clients. Do not hire them. If you already hired them, Run! You can fire them any time and get a new attorney.

If I could rate with no stars, I would. I had a case opened since June 2023 and no measurable results can be seen. The communication is terrible as far as the legal counsel goes. Every time I call to check on the status of my case, it’s like my case has just been opened and they just found out about it. My mom referred me to this law firm because she used it for workers compensation after being harmed on the job. She didn’t know that they would drag their feet on my car accident case. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this firm to others.

I was referred to Mr. Mallon by an attorney friend of mine.
I explained to Mr. Mallon my situation with the IRS and he quickly set up an initial meeting. He was very helpful explaining in detail what our next steps would be and guided me through the process of submitting crucial documents for my case.
Initially I was having difficulty communicating with the IRS and Mr. Mallon took the reins and was able negotiate a settlement that was in my favor.

If I could give zero stars I would, I don't know about the other attorneys at this law firm, Mr. David Daneman get another attorney before allowing Mr. Daneman to handle your case, all about money, very unethical, dont listen to his clients, to busy trying to get paid from everyone involved in your case. Ms. Caruso does not know the in and outs of a divorce/custody case. She continuously made mistakes such as sending me to the wrong court house, telling me not to submit documents which was used against me, she failed to give the judge a witness list so we had no witnesses. Once her retainer was paid she refused to meet with me to discuss my case putting me off until 12 days before the trial when she said she would not "embarrass herself" by trying to get me custody. She negotiated things with opposing counsel behind my back like child support which she should have known I am not legally allowed to pay. She put fillings off until the last minute and charged me for records I never received. She missed important emails from opposing counsel, was wrong about the sale of my house, accused me of not being able to pay her saying I owed her thousands of dollars, when she never sent an invoice. She used the excuse I have other clients besides you to explain why she did not return calls or answer emails. I fired her the first day of my trial. I am considering filing a complaint against her with the Bar.

I have called Elijah Barrett every day for over a week now. The phone doesn’t even ring, it goes straight to voicemail. I have left 4 messages with my name and number over the course of a week. He has yet to get back to any of my messages or my email. I haven’t even spoken to Elijah Barrett because I can not reach him with the provided contact information. I absolutely do not recomendable his services. In fact I advise against his services. FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY. How am I supposed to trust Elijah Barrett with handling my case when he can’t even respond to a voice mail? How can I trust Elijah Barrett when he can’t even answer his cell phone? I have called at least 40 times in the course of the week between 9:00AM and 4:00PM EST. No one has gotten back to me. Despicable. Also, he entered his line of appearance for the wrong court case! When searching for a lawyer in a family matter or custody dispute it's often best to think about how they will impact your relationships moving forward. I made a mistake years ago and after doing so my family and I reached out to Adele for guidance. Without much consideration on our part and with little thought about how it would impact my life for years to come I hired her. At first Adele was extremely aggressive and although it was over the top it seemed to work in our favor for a few months. Slowly but surely the truth began to prevail but Adele continued to push the envelope with her own agenda, even after we had clearly asked her to stop. In the end I walked away with absolutely nothing and the way Adele handled things in the process eroded away any sort of relationship that most divorced families might have. What she has done has been used against me and prevented me from having even the slightest bit of communication with my ex. I wasn't surprised to hear about her reprimand a couple of years ago, there were many things that transpired that if they had been reported would have added to it. If I could have done it over I would have searched for someone that was more interested in the future of my family than someone that was motivated by attempting to destroy someone's life.

I hired him to represent me in my divorce case. He was very unorganized, called and emailed me all the time asking me for things I already gave him and billed me for many hours of pointless meeting so he could increase my bill. He is not polished and he is a bad negotiator. I tried to work with him but he continued to give me bad advice that prolonged my case so he could keep billing. He overcharged me many thousands of dollars for work a para Lea gal could have done. Very unprofessional.

Throughout my SSDI case Mr. Neuworth didn't know how to answer questions I had and gave me incorrect information on what to do when dealing with SSA. Mr. Neuworth never provided proof that he appealed my case, which I asked him to. He later fired me as his client saying that he could not represent me because I "didn't qualify." When I asked for my records he refused to comply. It took me going to his office unannounced (after several emails) to get him to agree to give me my records, however when I first appeared he did not even know who I was. Because of Mr. Neuworth's lack of competency my SSDI case has been left in limbo and it has become extremely difficult to find other representation due to the now unusual nature of my case.

I was charged with harassment after I placed a call to my neighbor's place of work for her her multiple crimes against me. I was referred to Mr. Sauer as being a top criminal attorney despite nothing to back up that claim. Both attorneys told me I had to sell my home and I thought they were providing me with proper advice. Soon they got involved in the rapid sale of my home to appease my neighbor. When I called the Maryland States Attorney I was informed that my home had no relationship to the case what was one phone call. I was also told I would be given one year of no contact with my neighbor. Both attys were charging me despite that fact that the other was the referring attorney. The other attorney even got a real estate agent for the house. They told me I had to put a For Sale sign in front of my home as soon as possible. The other attorney then wanted to have me move into a senior living area in the county where he l iives. They were working together. I was so horrible I cannot describe what they were putting me through. It was evident that they were very happy about the sale value of my home because they discussed it in front of me. My husband was very ill and I was his caretaker. We were married until his 2017 death after 52 years of marriage. To be thrown out of my beautiful home was a nightmare. I didn't know where to turn. I finally fired both of them.

Mr. Sauer represented me for a DUI case and an associated MVA hearing. He got me unsupervised probation with a not guilty plea at court. I also got to keep my license with no restrictions or suspensions. I feel like he saved my life. He was also one of the least expensive lawyers of the four I consulted with.

Mr. Beach has been representing my office in Workers' Compensation cases. As a healthcare provider I interact with many Workers' Compensation lawyers. Jim represents my office because he gets results. Insurance companies often try to avoid payment on healthcare bills. Mr. Beach has dong a great job of getting them to pay. He has also represented my patients in Workers' Comp and auto accident cases. I have never heard a complaints about him. I highly recommend him.

I would not recommend this attorney. I think his priorites are elsewhere, and his only focus is how quick he can get his clients to settle their case so he can make a quick profit. Very pushy when he thinks your case, and your medical treatment{s} are not going as well as he thinks they should. In other words, he is very inpatient if he thinks your case and your healing from an accident/injury is taking too long. He asked many times if i was ready to go to settlement yet, which i thought was out of character, because i always thought a lawyer was supposed to have your best interest and trust at heart. You will not find that with this particular attorney. Also, he would always ask me to refer "New" clients/friends in his direction, which i didnt deem appropriate.

If you have a worker’s comp case, please stay away from this lawyer!
I had brain injury and have severe post-concussion syndrome including depression. My first lawyer, Mr. James Nicoll was rude and made my condition worse each time I contacted him. It reached to a point that I could no longer bear it anymore. Finally, I decided to find a new counsel. I called a local law office and a lawyer in that office was nice. The lawyer said he knew Mr. Gay many years and he strongly recommended Mr. Gay to me. He praised Mr. Gay enthusiastically and said Mr. Gay is best lawyer in Baltimore. I was so delighted to hear that and switched to Mr. Gay without second thought.
It turned out to be the worst mistake. Since he took over the case, not single time I called him, he was at his office. His secretary always told me to leave a message and would let Mr. Gay call me back. But he rarely did and rarely reply my emails. It seems he is too busy to stay in his office. I was very timid to speak out for fear that I was a difficult person because I already terminated my first lawyer.
He has very limited knowledge of worker’s comp. He even thought that the accidental disability retirement would offset worker’s comp, which means he would not get paid because my retirement is more than the award. He basically stopped working on my case after I was award disability retirement in early May until I pointed to him in July that worker’s comp would offset my retirement, which means I would not get any award benefit (of course, this is extremely unfair to injured workers, I have lost 1/3 of my income in the past and will lose 1/3 in the future).
Worker’s comp stopped paying one of my medications for my headache after IME in late April. I have to use my own insurance and asked Mr. Gay to contact IWIF. He had never contacted IWIF or my treating doctor regarding this matter. As a matter of fact, he had never contacted my treating doctors regarding my treatment or medications. I have to say he had done absolutely nothing on my case. I do not know what would happen to me if I did not get the retirement. Most likely I would kill myself because I can not go back to work and this lawyer could not do anything for my case.
Worker’s comp system is extremely unfair to injured workers because any lawyer signed on would get part of the settlement even though they did absolutely nothing. The worst, you can not directly contact IWIF adjuster and everything has to go though your lawyer. When a lawyer is not responsive, it keeps you waiting and waiting. It increases your anxiety and depression.

Adam Roa is a smart attorney in his field, however don't expect to receive consistent communication. He only answered some of my questions and he ignored other questions that were of concern to me. He is a control freak and if he doesn't like your answers, he will dismiss you as a client. This is not a very reassuring thing to know because when you hire a lawyer you want someone that has your back at all times. Again, he is a very fickle fellow. He will only take cases he knows he can win.
