The day I actually called in regards to an accident I was involved in I never really expected to end up with any type of settlement much less the maximum that they were able to get me. I knew nothing about what steps to even take and Samantha from the beginning made me feel I didn't have to. I let them alone to do what they do and they updated me as needed. I was out of work and needed $$ and Samantha jumped right in and had funds to me within 24 hours. They said just be patient and we will get our $$. Last Thursday they were able to write me a check that was an answer to many prayers. Can't thank them enough.

I know at times in certain circumstances it can be very difficult, but under no circumstance did we ever feel like they did not have our best interest first. During the course of a ten-year (!) lawsuit that was eventually heard by the Utah State Supreme Court, Greg was an absolute rock. The case was more complex, longer-running and higher profile than I think any of us expected, yet Greg's professionalism, attention to detail, compassion and care for how I was feeling, and complete determination to make sure justice was served never wavered. He gives great no-nonsense advice, explained complex issues in a way that I could understand, sees all the angles, and comes up with solid arguments that he effectively backs up and argues successfully. I was embarassed and ashamed of my dui arrest and Mike made me feel like a real person who had just made a mistake. He was always prompt returning my calls, and emails and was always sincere and I never felt rushed. He guided me with every right step to take to get my very serious situation reduced. It looked pretty bleak there at first but Mike kept giving me hope. I did the work he advised me to do and he basically got me the deal of a lifetime. I am grateful and amazed how professional and fast Garrett Handy worked on my case. My case was basically lost and only had a few months to start a lawsuit or lose it forever. I went to talk to Garrett. We reviewed my case. He was hesitant to take it since three lawyers took my case previously. The three of them did basically nothing with my case except to keep it in their office forever and I didn't know what was going on. One of those firms was Siegfried and Jensen; they are only known due to advertising, but have nothing close to what Garrett has: Lots of professionalism! After reviewing my case a couple of times, Garrett decided to take my case. He started working on it right away. We opened the case at the beginning of January and we had only until July to win or to lose. Well, surprisingly, five months later I got my first check as part of the settlement. Then in a month or two, I got the rest of the money. I even took a picture with Garrett for my personal file, since this was absolutely a won battle. Garrett, you and your team ARE AWESOME!! Glad to leave this review. May God bless you in your personal and business affairs.
