After scheduling what I thought was a paid consultation that should have lasted 1 hour, I learned I was unknowingly scheduled into a 15 minute free consultation. Heather rushed through the consultation continually reminding me she was losing money every minute we spoke. Completely unprofessional, zero compassion, zero fighting skills & capability. Charged me $225 for sending one email that took no longer than 10 minutes to compose. Tried to convince me that my divorce decree needed to be revised even though my ex and I agree on it. I would not recommend him.
- take his response as proof. He mentioned a case completely unrelated to the review. Just another attorney who’s hungry for your money and will tell you that you need an attorney for the simplest of things.

I was embarassed and ashamed of my dui arrest and Mike made me feel like a real person who had just made a mistake. Travis is one in a million. He's honest, and works in his clients behalf. I was stopped at a red light and was hit from behind. I had to have chiropractor care and he directed me to the best. I went for treatments for a couple of months and Travis got me a final settlement. In order for me not to take a complete loss after having extensive treatment from my chiropractor he was able to get the Dr. to discount some of my bill as well as he also discounted some of his bill so that I didn't have to take a complete loss. Had a credit union mistakenly apply my payment 2 days later than I should have missing my statement and date. I worked with Caleb for five years over an equestrian accident case. No other lawyer was willing to “charter I chartered grounds” so to speak. Working with Scott was a total pleasure! A few things I liked about working with him was as follows:
1. He was very quick to communicate with me. Normally no longer than 60 minutes to reply to an email and 30 minutes to a phone call.
2. He was very open and willing to give advice when it was needed.
3. He brought in experts when it was needed.
4. When I was the bottle neck he was consistent on the reminders that he would send to me. This was very helpful as I am busy and sometimes need reminders.

Being sued for malpractice after 35 years of successful practice was disheartening and depressing. Scott was very warm and friendly and reassuring. He was very prompt in answering my questions and messages and phone calls. He was careful to not predict outcomes but was very clear and concise on the process and and explained very carefully and patiently how events might play out. It felt like he truly had my interests at heart and instead of acting like an attorney hired to represent me - he was resolutely on my side.

I just wanted to post a quick review of this law firm.
I was in a head-on collision back in 2012 with my girlfriend. My insurance company decided to play hardball after being with them for my whole life (including my parents being with them for over 50+ years.)
It was a difficult process for me (and my girlfriend).
Bill & Sally took the helm in creating a comfortable situation where my bills, medications, and doctors were taken care of without worry. They were even able to negotiate my hospital bills to make sure my final settlement was worth the wait.
