I hired tyler back in 2012. Tyler fought a long hard battle for me for 7.5 years. He never gave up on me or my case. My case was complicated to say the least and we both learned alot about my type of injury that is rare . He and his team kept me very informed and when I didnt understand things he explained things to me in a way that I could. I hired Tyler for an auto accident claim. He was very thorough in all our meetings. He was able to direct me to to Doctor's who could help me since I was a pedestrian and had no insurance. He helped me understand the process of the legal system which I did not understand. He had my back all the way. Farmer's Insurance fought us the entire way. Tyler stood his ground. Tyler was honest, fair, and guided me in the right direction.

I had the opportunity to participate in a focus group with this company.
I was impressed with how respectful they were when presenting their case and how little bias they showed when trying to understand opinions. They never made me feel like my opinion was less than or not valued just because I may have been in the minority of the group on some topics.
I also appreciated how punctual they are when communicating with their team, and personable they are. I would recommend them to my friends and family when it comes to focus groups.

Eric was brought into my case after it had been with another firm for over a year. Once Eric was brought on board things really started happening for my case and he made sure I understood the process. I went to George with a question regarding a medical malpractice issue I was dealing with that ultimately led to blindness in one eye. Other attorneys held on to my file for weeks and months at a time, only to tell me in a form letter that they would not take my case. George on the other hand took the time to review my case file with me and helped me identify the major issues of my case.
George gave the attention and respect that most other attorneys refused show me. George was a medical professional in a previous life. His knowledge of medical issues and how they relate to the law is nothing short of impressive.

They say three times a charm. I was involved in a slip and fall in Utah however I live in the state of New York. I was required to be represented by an attorney in Utah. That made things extremely hard . Trusting people you never met and just holding on to their words. I had two previous attorney's who just didn't want to put the work in and kept using the fact that where I lived made things harder. After they both dropped me I called around and came across Gabriel. I knew after the first conversation he meant business. Was this case going to be a challenge bc of living across the country and depending on zoom calls due to the pandemic yes but him and his team proved to me that they were in it for the long hall. I admired the way he looked at this case. He was always confident, honest and knew how to speak to me when things would got difficult. My past experiences with my attorneys I always felt they were against me. Gabriel always put things into perspective in a professional way. Gabriel is a 10 star attorney. I have been searching for help with a troublesome situation I encountered with the University Neuropsychiatric Institute, Mobile Crisis Team. Gabriel was not like the other lawyers who I had brief phone conversations with. Gabriel gave great attention to the matter I proposed to him, and discussed with me the possibilities. I have worked with many attorneys. Most work well, bill semi-honestly and most are afraid to go to trial. Gabe is one of the few attorneys I have worked with that has no hesitation pushing issues through to trial. There is not a glimpse of intimidation where most attorneys will do whatever it takes to avoid the complexities of litigation and trial work. That being said, if it is in a clients best interest, Gabe will settle and avoid trial but he has no fear. He is aggressive and will get you the results you would expect from a high profile law firm without the high profile law firm prices. I would recommend Gabe to anyone for anything, but especially for litigation/PI and Medical Malpractice issues. I have not had to use Gabe for medical malpractice or personal injury issues for myself but I have referred people who did and they were very happy.

Mark was the best mistake to ever happen. I couldn't find the firm I was looking for and stopped to ask their receptionist directions. Mark overheard our conversation and took time to talk to me. We had unforseen delays in obtaining some of our needed paperwork for our bankruptcy, due to a less than compliant previous employer. Things became so complicated our council dropped us. We appeared in court as prepared as the circumstances allowed us, with no attorny and appealing Pro se.
Mark was willing to speak with us before hand, technically he was our opposition. Much to our surprise he worked with us to find an amenable resolution.
The amount of gratitude I feel for helping, and stepping in on our behalf, when he was technically supposed to oppose us, is something I can't fully express.
Thank you for seeing people behind the situation, and not forgetting that something you're professionally trained for and probably see as routine, is likely the most terrifying thing the average person has ever been faced with. On Wednesday April 12, 2017, my fiance & I had a consultation with Michael Banks regarding a car accident we were involved in back in June 2016. Ryan recently settled a personal injury case for me. I was somewhat hesitant to retain an attorney (as I never had before), but was so glad that I didn't attempt to handle the situation myself. The process involved working with multiple defendants and insurance companies - which would have been extremely time-consuming and frustrating to navigate independently - but none of those factors intimidated Ryan at all. Ryan took the time to explain all of my options to me whenever there were decisions to be made on the case. In the end, he negotiated a fair settlement for me. Having Ryan as my advocate allowed me to rest, recover, then move on with my life, instead of dealing with the stress and hassle of fighting for fair compensation on my own.

I hired Heritage law for visitation interference with my parent-time. I was referred by another attorney. Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card represented me and my children very well. We won every action that we took to the courts.

Face it, no one “wins” in divorce; however my experience with Ms. Card is as close as it will come.
Ms. Card and Ron Wilkinson worked on my case as a team and their expertise introduced solutions for the long term emotional, financial and physical security of the children and I that I never would have thought of. I “lost” by the things I had on my agenda; however I was too emotionally raw and inexperienced to see the bigger picture.
Ms. Card invested numerous hours truly working to understand all the components of the case, pouring over emails and texts between the children, my ex and I. That devotion made all the difference as we faced opposing counsel. Accusations were quickly retracted as she had documentation and a working knowledge of each child's perspective. She also went "above and beyond" by even answering the smallest of concerns in my emailed questions with an almost immediate response.
Words of advice, gather all your documentation, communicate with your ex through email and text, document every interaction, be clear and concise with “just the facts” and send that to Ms. Card at least once a month. You clearly communicating with her will go a long way in how much she can help you.
My case was responding to a petition my ex filed to modify our divorce agreement. I wish I had Ms. Card and Mr. Wilkinson by my side during the original divorce, not only would my ex not have been able to do that (Mr. Wilkinson and Ms. Card added to the modification that all future disagreements must go through mediation before anything can be filed against the other party), I believe I would have had a much healthier arrangement then what I agreed to in the original divorce.
Though my ex filed the petition to modify, I came out of it with the modified divorce agreement being a better solution for ME. Marianne Card is worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend her more

I hired Attorney Jase Allen to prepare a revocable trust for my estate in August of 2016. He responded in a timely fashion with home visits throughout the two week process. Over the course of those two weeks, I continued to give Jase changes and updates through many emails until I felt the details in the trust accurately described my wishes for asset distribution. I am in the Air Force and stationed overseas. Through some shady dealings my daughter was forced to stay behind in the states with my ex wife. A couple of months after i left the country my ex ended up in alcohol rehab. Because of my military status and living overseas I had a short window of time to gain custody of my daughter.
