Dalton Law firm saved my life. I didn't know what to think when I was accused of things I thought unimaginable. But Nicole and her team stuck with me to the end and never let me feel alone. She never treated me different and was always kind and sweet to my wife and kids. She was understanding and defended me to the end in an broken legal system. And brought hope and positive results to a case that seemed unwinnable. For that she will always be my goto for help and legal advice when things look dark. My family and i are rebuilding our life since being represented by her firm. Hope and a bright future has become achievable.
The legal system is flawed and warped. Sometimes carelessness is all that is required to fall victim to it, when this happens you really want someone with knowledge and perseverance to represent you. Daltons team believed in me and my innocence and never gave up on that belief. Which is why I am able to write this review for you all today. We were in Vancouver visiting family when I tripped and fell in a parking lot, breaking my left shoulder and ribs on my left side. My husband looked in the yellow pages and found Sara Schirato from Etengoff Pak Law Group. Sara came to the hotel and interviewed me with care and concern. She fought for me and got me a settlement which was above our expectations. Plus, we have developed a friendship that will stay with us. I was driving for LYFT and after a minor fender bender (6 months past), I was surprised to get a court summons to pay the other guys insurance company the repair bill (about $5000). I thought LYFT had taken care of it but for whatever reason, they let it slip by without settling the problem. I started calling lawyers but w/o a personal injury component most would not even discuss it. Several referred me to Chris Rounds but I was a bit worried about how much it would cost! After a free consultation, I felt much better about the initial $1500 retainer. Chris quickly made some phone calls and wrote a letter and presto, Lyft settled the issue and I got a refund of almost $1000. I would highly recommend Chris as an ethical lawyer that explains your options very well.

I would recommend this firm with my eyes close. Colin worked so hard to help my dad with his case. It was the most rewarding experience we've ever had at a firm. Josie was the best, definitely made the right choice to hire her for my mom!!!! We were highly recommended to do a consultation with her by another lawyer and it was the best decision made. Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. At the trial his cross examination was very tough on me. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Fortunately for me, the evidence was overwhelming and the jury found the defendant guilty. However, Mr. Bogar was impressive. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. If I ever end up needing a great attorney, Mr. Bogar is at the top of my list. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent.
