I was driving for LYFT and after a minor fender bender (6 months past), I was surprised to get a court summons to pay the other guys insurance company the repair bill (about $5000). I thought LYFT had taken care of it but for whatever reason, they let it slip by without settling the problem. I started calling lawyers but w/o a personal injury component most would not even discuss it. Several referred me to Chris Rounds but I was a bit worried about how much it would cost! After a free consultation, I felt much better about the initial $1500 retainer. Chris quickly made some phone calls and wrote a letter and presto, Lyft settled the issue and I got a refund of almost $1000. I would highly recommend Chris as an ethical lawyer that explains your options very well.

I was impressed by Beau and the experience he offered my friend in her injury crash. The entire staff at Beau Harlan Law Firm was professional and followed through before/during/and after the trial. Anybody injured in a car accident should hire Beau Harlan if they can. My friend was rewarded over 160k more than the original settlement offered. Beau and his team fought hard for her case, and what was rightfully owed to her. I hired The Harlan Law Firm to handle a matter where I was injured by a driver that ran a red light and t-boned my vehicle. Prior to trial the defendant’s insurance company offered to settle the case for $38,000.00. At Mr. Harlan’s direction we rejected the offer, went to trial, and the jury returned a verdict for $200,000.00. As mentioned by others on this site, it is impressive to watch him in action as he represents you in court. One gets the distinct impression that he has earned the utmost respect from his peers and colleagues in the courtroom from years of distinguished service and an impeccable track record. He’s done his homework, and he presents his arguments in a concise, intelligent, and articulate manner.
The fees for his services are very reasonable, but that should be a lesser consideration in your decision to hire him because he gets results.
Many years ago, I had a life-altering disposition that resulted in a considerable loss of my freedoms. Over the years, Mr. Muenster has adeptly secured provisions; privileges that most people take for granted that were lost as a result of my disposition. One such privilege was my right to vote. On this occasion, Mark convinced me that I could accomplish this “Pro se.” He was very gracious in making time for me on two separate occasions to answer my questions, and did so “pro bono.” With his invaluable expertise, I was granted a Certificate of Discharge by the judge.
Since then, I have presented Mr. Muenster with increasingly more difficult challenges with respect to what I was requesting from the court and he has masterfully delivered on every one of them.
I apologize to any readers or prospective clients who may be annoyed with my lack of specificity regarding the aforementioned “privileges and provisions” (by excluding details of my legal petitions as a matter of privacy), but trust me when I say that I have spoken with, and have been represented by, my share of attorneys from the beginning, until meeting Mark Muenster. Ever since the first time he represented me, I will not consider hiring a different attorney. I regret that fate had not delivered me to his doorstep sooner; I strongly believe my felony disposition would have been much different, or not at all.. But, I am thankful to have him in my corner going forward. He truly is in a class by himself.

I hired Ms. Townsend for a child custody case. In the beginning I was going to court without a lawyer, just me and my Mom. It felt like no one was listening to me and thought I would lose my son. My Mom was able to find a lawyer for me that didn't ask for $1000 of dollars before talking to me. She listened to me and I knew I hired the right lawyer. Josie was the best, definitely made the right choice to hire her for my mom!!!! We were highly recommended to do a consultation with her by another lawyer and it was the best decision made. I had a little too much to drink one night while vacationing in Vancouver and managed to get myself arrested for DV. I had never been in trouble before and I was terrified. Mr. Bogar was the attorney for the defendant charged with Assault 2. I was the victim who filed charges. At the trial his cross examination was very tough on me. His client was guilty but that did not stop him from using every tactic he could. Fortunately for me, the evidence was overwhelming and the jury found the defendant guilty. However, Mr. Bogar was impressive. Even though he was representing the other side in a no win scenario, he was very professional and intelligent. If I ever end up needing a great attorney, Mr. Bogar is at the top of my list. He is very effective and commands respect from the prosecution side. His reputation is excellent.

Look no further for a lawyer Greg Price is at the top of his game. Very friendly and quick to deal with throughout my accident settlement he left no stone un turned. He convinced my insurance company to take half of what they were asking for. He is defiantly looking out for his clients as he offered to take a smaller cut from the total settlement witch i agreed to. That took me by surprise. I was in traffic Court for a serious trumped up charge of 2nd degree negligent driving that was issued by "Truck Driver Hater" Patrolman. This citation would have damaged my ability to have any gainful employment of any kind, never mind truck driving. I caught the attention of Mr. Phelan after he won a case for a client, and asked if he would consider to represent me before he returned to his office.
I had reason to suspect after observing the Judge in one other case, that he might not be as fair to me as he should be if I did not have representation. In a short period of time Mr. Phelan reviewed my evidence, and was able to determine that my citation was clearly unjust. Several minutes later, he had my citation dismissed. I think he has great skills and abilities, and I will remain very thankful to him for the professional and prompt manner in which he helped me.
